Neenu Saji: Service is not good. I have been there two times with my husband to renew his passport. We waited there for hours for our turn. And finally when we were in the counter they trying to find silly things to send you back. They are asking for documents which not even necessary. We took appointment 2 times because of them. Even the second time they did the same. Finally, we have taken an appointment in Birmingham and went there then I was wondering how easy all these procedures are. It was just a 10-minute process.
