Aimee winfield: Thank you for your kindness and care in 2018 - we had our miracle son Sidney in 2019 and we cannot thank you all enough.The consultants were wonderful and listened to my worries. The nurses were caring and empathetic, they gave reassurance when needed. Julia in the admin team was so calm and was always at the end of the phone if needed. Mo was such a kind and though person, when I was unwell she went above and beyond to ensure I got the right care.Everyone I came into contact with was fantastic.We are about to start our journey again soon and even the initial contact puts me at ease.You are all wonderful and I feel privileged to be under your care.Thank you all x
Shriti Soni: Julia and Laura got no manners at all. They don’t know how to speak with people and lady doctor she can’t even read test reports I can’t believe this what kind of doctor she is unbelievable be careful think twice before you go to this place.
amanda walker: The staff really are kind and caring. Every time I’ve had a mini breakdown they’ve picked me back up. Reception staff lovely as always (Julia taking time to come and speak to me) One of the nurses (can’t remember her name) during my scratch, held my hand and joked with me throughout. This meant so much. Had another great experience at my frozen transfer with the team. All reassuring me and lots of well wishes. Thank you. It means so much. Don’t change.
Mahmuda Begum: The staff at the centre have been so reassuring to me and have made me feel at ease from my very first appointment to my most recent one today. I don't know the names of all the staff but Julia and Catherine have been amazing. Thats not to say the other staff havn't been. The nurse that done my scans was so lovely too. You're all so compassionate in what you do. I am always greeted with a hello by staff and have been made to feel welcomed. I can't thank you all enough.
Davey Prince Narcisse: I had a bad experience with this place when I opted for the egg sharing ivf. Firstly, I was told over the phone that my egg count was fine and just needed my doctors approval. I spent weeks chasing this up from my doctors so I could get the go ahead. This was particularly stressful. Then when I went in for my next appointment, I was told that actually my egg count wasn't infact fine. It was low and someone must've misread the information over the phone a few weeks before. This was heartbreaking going from believing I was a suitable candidate for weeks to then being told I wasn't. To make matters worse, I put in a complaint and got a letter through the post saying a resolution will be found etc within a certain time. When I hadn't heard anything after the date given, I called up, just to be told the complaint had been cancelled by myself, which wasn't the case. I gave up because this caused so much unnecessary stress around an already sensitive situation of needing ivf. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Amanda Mason: Awful place, awful experience. Preliminary blood tests mixed up or not sent to the lab on time, resulting in more tests having to be done. Had 5 cancelled telephone consultations with Miss Potdar which were cancelled 5 times. Had a session booked in next week with her and she decides to take annual leave and cancel with 5 days notice. Absolutely disgusted by this service. Staff are rude and incompetent, expect no less. Gone private with CARE fertility and this was the best decision ever.

Pina Patel: Doctors are absolutely helpful and polite but when speaking to the reception/admin staff they are very rude and don’t explain things properly and when you ask they jump down your throat and say you need to be patient at a time like this when you have to have treatment they should be a bit more caring and empathetic not give you a lecture for calling just to ask about an update.

Emma Naidoo: We really appreciate all of the support we received at the Leicester royal fertility clinic. We had a positive result with our first IVF cycle and it was much easier than we had anticipated. All of the staff were absolutely amazing!! Could not fault them.
