Zahir Yasin: Don't bother. I bought a vanity unit and sink which has clearly been damaged previously and had been touched up with paint. Small cracks and chips everywhere. Admittedly I didn't check the product but neither me or the bathroom fitter were expecting this from a new Hudson Reed product. Pay a little extra and don't get conned.

Jackie Mogg: If I could give this company zero stars I would, they took the order, gave me a delivery date and the item was not delivered from the supplier. I then contacted them and they gave me another delivery date, this time the incorrect item was delivered. So having waited in 2 days I still didn’t have the item I ordered. After contacting Banyo again, I am told the supplier can’t find the item, so they are going to cancel my order. They made no attempt to try and source this from another supplier. So beware when ordering anything from them they’ll take your money, and won’t deliver the goods. I’ve now been told I’ll have to wait 2-5 days for the money to come back into my account.

David Neale: What a great British company.We have been dealing with Aqata for at least 25 years and thing keep getting better, alway bringing out new designs. During the last 4 month many suppliers closed their doors and left us high and dry. Thank you Aqata for being so conscientious especially Nicola who always answered emails night and day.
Lisa Mitchell: Although it was over two years since our original purchase, Aquata could not have been more helpful in trying to establish what was causing a problem that had arisen and they have, despite being out of the guarantee period, sent replacement parts for us to try to resolve the issue. The response time was quick and the service professional and very helpful.
