THE PARK VET GROUP: what do users think?
Jo Marlow: Staff are lovely, easy to talk to the vet and be listened too, vet had very good knowledge too
John Pugmore: Faultless!
Margaret Meadows: Park Vets, Scraptoft lane is always helpful & reassuring
Alex Moore: Always very polite and caring
Aish Srk: Very friendly and caring and polite staff
Wayne C: Excellent service, friendly and genuinely care for the wellbeing of my dog.
lauralea smith: My puppy had a medical emergency yesterday after a rare reaction to her jabs, the minute I walked into the practice she was taken immediately to be monitored and treated. The vets, nurse and receptionist allude sure I was kept updated as her treatment was being administered. It was an extremely worrying time for myself, however they dealt with her medical issues and thanks to them shes here next to me chewing my phone as I leave this review I will be forever grateful 🙏3 years ive been registered with scraptoft Park vets and I wouldn't consider anywhere else.
Debbie Dainter: Such an excellent vets; warm, caring, great with my cat and very professional. Really excellent quality medical knowledge and care. I’ve been bringing my various cats for over 20 years and couldn’t ask for better.
Nick Jackson: My initial appointment was cancelled and rescheduled at a convenient time on the same day with minimum fuss to myself .Excellent veterinary service supported by administrative service and communication of the same high standard .Would highly recommend the Park Vet Group to anyone !
Ryder: Never answer their phones.Useless.
Sue Boddy: Speedy appointment. Great care for my pet
Stacie Lowe: Park vets went above and beyond when my dog took suddenly poorly. They were kind and compassionate and showed such amazing service by all staff
Tricia Mistry: All staff are brilliant! Kind and think of your pet and you. Always greeted politely and more importantly the boy is greeted by his name and some cheeky treats. I’d be surprised for this place to ever get a poor review
Lucy C: I've been coming to this vet for years. Receptionists are lovely. The vets are thorough and explain everything so well. My dog has lots of problems, so she's a regular, unfortunately, and I've always come away feeling satisfied! Wouldn't go anywhere else =)
heidi ingram: Absolutely brilliant very friendly and really helpful . They where very compassionate when I had to have my dog lola put to sleep nothing was any trouble at all i highly recommend them . Thank-you Park vets scraptoft Lane x
Gema Fernandes: Polite warningIf you have booked an appointment with park vets in advance (we did in October 2022 for 7th Feb 2023) make sure you take the letter confirmation with you.If you don't and you phone the day before to confirm everything is still okay to go ahead as arranged, you get told yes and confirm all the details. Then turn up in the morning of the day of the procedure to be told you don't have anything booked and needed to see written confirmation that it had in fact been booked, despite being told by them the day before everything was okay. (Luckily we had the letter on us)Please also be aware that when they book the appointment for you and provide an estimate for the procedure it is only valid for 3 months. They don't make you aware of this when booking and only inform you when you bring your pet in on the day and time of your appointment. (An increase for us of £130)They also request you to sign a consent form to make sure you agree to the higher price. Which they don't tell you to take your time to read. Instead you have to sign before the procedure can take place. They require you to speak up and tell them you need a few minutes to review or discuss it with someone else. These are some of the things that I wish we knew to make the process less stressful than it needed to be for us.We have been with park vets for a number of years and had raised this with them to hopefully improve the process for others however are disappointed with how we were treated.
Julie Gibbs: A great experience with the lovely Dutch vet Weineke. She was professional, kind and loved my dog. My dog loved her too, fantastic 😍
Beth jacques: Just had my wonderful dog Roxy put to sleep today. My family are heartbroken, but the vet and the receptionist at the scraptoft surgery were so kind and compassionate towards us and (most importantly) Roxy. They allowed me to spend all the time I needed with her, they were so reassuring and explained everything to me. They listened to what I wanted, even though I know I was waffling. Thank you xx
Smart Guy: Very poor service - The receptionist is very rude.I have stopped taking my cat here, and travel to another vet service is spot on, and not only do they love animals they treat there customers with respect!
Sophie Le-butt1978: Positive:Professionalism,ReliabilityStaff are so friendly and vet is fantastic with my doggies. I am a new customer and i felt valued. I am so happy I chose this vet to look after my dogs.
Victoria Spencer: Lovely staff, really helpful in person and on the phone. Seem to genuinely care about my kitten.

Bell Brown & Bentley Veterinary Surgeons: what do users think?
Mandy Clarke: Louise our vet was amazing. Very confident and professional easing all of my worries and concerns about Madge. A world of knowledge that I knew we were in experienced, trusted hands.
Josh Jordan: A very warm and welcoming vetinary with great receptionist and vets. They care for your animals and offer great impartial advice and treatments. Will not force you to go for treatment if they don't think it's necessary either which is nice as some vets overcharge you things that aren't even affecting our beloved furry friends.Couldn't recommend this vet enough to anyone looking to get the best for their pets.
James Watts: Our appointment started right on schedule. The practice was clean and tidy and all the staff were pleasant and helpful.
Joshua Ashdown: Excellent vet with well mannered and understanding staff
John Bradley: Very clean and tidy very friendly and excellent with my puppy and explained everything to me. Five star service for pets.
Wayne Clarke: Always gave our dog the attention and love she deserves.
Lisa Trolley: Friendly place with great staff
K9 Outdoors: This is my honest review of my recent experience with this veterinary practice. I brought my Amazon Parrot that had a serious chest infection. The receptionist was friendly, the female vet appeared to be seriously concerned about the parrots condition. She took it into a back room to put the parrot on oxygen, i waited outside for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. I was called back in and the vet told me the parrot had a bacterial infection caused by a parasite after viewing a fecal sample. The vet prescribed Baytril oral antibiotic to be given twice a day. The vet had also given my parrot a dose of Baytril antibiotic by injection, however i cannot confirm this because i never observed it. The whole consultation took in total 30 to 40 minutes at the most. I went to pay for the consultation and medication and was shocked to see i was charged a 'whole' hour of oxygen use for my parrot. Come on now this is totally unfair. Furthermore i was told to put the Baytril antibiotic in the parrots water dish so the parrot would take the medication. The problem here was the parrot could hardly breath let alone drink. The next few days my parrot got worse, the breathing was heartbreaking to watch, worse my parrot was sneezing/coughing constantly 24/7 at least every ten seconds. I hated to see my pet in such distress, i took it upon myself to adminster the medication directing into the parrots mouth, hoping things would improve. The vet did telephone a couple of times but by this time i realised the vet was out of her depth regarding parrots, she meant well but was at a loss. The vetinary practice telephoned me again on the third day to now advise me to collect a fungal medication, but not at their practice because they didnt see it practical financially to hold such a medication. The medication was a common fungal medication used mainly in cats to cure ringworm, however it can be used on parrots. I was directed to collect it at a Vet4Pets store locally. I was told that it would be ready for collection when i arrived at the other vetinary practice. However when i arrived at Vets4Pets i had to wait for a whole hour because this veterinary clinic didnt seem to bothered about its customers. The excuse they used was they had an emergency arrival, however i had arrived at a empty reception a good 30 minutes before any emergency arrived. Furthermore this other vetinary practice had its vets chatting and laughing relaxed with the reception staff right in front of myself whilst i just sat there watching. I meanwhile was not knowing if my parrot would still be alive when i got home. That evening i administerd the fungal medication directly into my parrots mouth. Sadly the next day my parrot passed away in the evening, still gasping for air, just as it had done at day one. It was only at the end that i realised my parrot was suffering from the fungal disease Aspergillosis. Antibiotics will not work on this fungal disease at all. The fungal medication i had finally been prescribed at day three, that i had to collect and wait for an hour for whilst my parrot was suffering, had been prescribed far too late even to help alleviate the parrots suffering. During the evening of day four my parrot passed away, still gasping for breath just as it did in those first minutes of day one at the vets, however in a far more distressed and frail state. Now please dont get me wrong, i know Aspergillosis is basically terminal, at best it will be a reoccurring illness for my parrot, that my parrots condition couldn't really be improved. However if the vet was knowledgeable of exotic pets that includes parrots she would have realised prescribing Baytril was useless for Aspergillosis. I was given false hope, if i had been told the truth at day one i would have ended the parrots suffering immediately. So i basically paid for a consultation fee, fecal sample diagnosis (that was wrong), antibiotics that were never going to work, both orally and via injection, oxygen use for an hour? Much worse my parrot suffered terribly. Like most vets of today its all financial
Trish Arnold: Excellent, informative. Handled my cat very well leaving him very calm.
Doris Davey: Very clean and very friendly
Ca Sa: I appreciate the caring staffs here. I newly moved to Leicester and hardly find a vet as they are all full, staff in BBB vet knew my situation and registered for us and make the first appointment for us. The doctor is professional. Clear instructions on how to give the medicine by the doctor and staff and with reasonable price.
Neil Manning: I was really worried about my dog Bob who had hurt his leg/ hip. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the amazing care shown by the vet, I have to say my anxiety was allayed and, most importantly, my furry friend well cared for. He's back to his bouncy self now. Thanks team!
Sir Luke MG ROVER: I've just came here today with charley my cat. This service here was amazing. Vet was lovely reception staff great price spot on. I can't thank you guys enough for your service. I'm really grateful and thankful. Most definitely the best vets going 💯
Reema Chauhan: I would 100% recommend this veterinary in Leicester. The staff are amazing, helpful, and so caring. I know my kitten Loki is well looked after there, and the communication and information given to help look after him is great. Thank you all so much.
Andrew Mee: Rang around a few vets trying to register a new arrival to the family (puppy) with no joy. Rang Bell Brown & Bentley straight in no issues.Staff were super helpful and friendly and you can tell that everyone there loves animals.Nice and easy access to the reception, clear areas for cat owners one side dog owners to the other (genius move)Highly recommend them.
dave reilly: First class service. Vets listen and communicate brilliantly
Megan Lupton: Bell, Brown and Bentley in Leicester is a fantastic vetinary practice. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the prices are fair and the option to use the Pet Health Plan makes caring for my dog really simple. I would recommend BB&B to other pet owners!
Janette Percival: Everyone here is so friendly they really care for your pets
VIRTUAL OVO: Great vets great atmosphere
LeXi Coleman: Despite hanging spent thousands here over a 10 year period on my dog with many inconclusive tests, I went through a patch of being unable to afford the monthly blood tests for my dog and the vet agreed I could get the blood tests done elsewhere and just go there for meds and treatment. The same blood test was about 40 quid cheaper elsewhere. My dog had not needed treatment for several years and I called to ask about euthanasia and some tests as my dog is very old. To be told they are not taking on new patients and only have time for their regular patients.I'd say the fact she had emergency surgery amounting to thousands in 2019 and monthly blood tests, skin scrapings, ear surgery, monthly flee and worm treatment until she got too old to go to the park, pretty regular. But it's not enough for BBB VETS.Samples from my dog have been used from this very vet and sent to be studied as David Bentley had never seen such results.
Caroline Parsley: Bell, Brown & Bentley vets are brilliant, staff always make you feel welcome and they always take great care of my dog Bear. Can't thank them enough.

Vets4Pets - Leicester Central: what do users think?
Daniella: Very helpful
WRG Bearded: Helpful staff and a good selection of things on the shelves
Meebs: The receptionist and nurses are lovely HOWEVER the VETs are unexperienced and do not know what they are doing.Had to put down my 3 year old cat because the vet who saw my Leo misdiagnosed him as well as giving him the wrong medication and food. This led to my cats health deteriorating really bad within 3 days to the point where he had to be put down.Leo was diagnosed with a ‘porto-systemic shunt’ by one of the vets at vets4pets back in May 2020. The vet recommended him to be on long term medication as well as a hepatic diet (special food). Leos health was up and down for 3 years due to this ‘condition’ they said he had.Fast forward to a month and half ago, I took Leo into the vets as he had an eye infection, to which they prescribed eye drops - but the vet also looked at leos file and claimed he thinks Leo was misdiagnosed and that I should stop his medication and put him on wet food.I listened to the vet and within 3 days my baby got so so ill to the point he wasn't able to move. I took Leo back to the vets and the decision was made to put him down as his health had deteriorated so much and he was in a lot of pain and the vet said there isn't much we can do and they also said they don’t think his body can withstand any more treatment.I will never forgive the vet who saw Leo and misdiagnosed him and caused this heart break, I just wish my baby never suffered and never experienced any pain 💔
Abaan Tarapuri: A really professional place.
Umme Khan: Normally I’ve never had any issues with my local vets , as a cat mum , my cat hates going in to her carrier , so it does take time , but today I was 15 minutes late , after speaking to the assistant, and because I did make a fuss , because my cats left eye has been a little red , I waited 40 minutes because they agreed to see her , but than the vet comes out and refused to see my fur baby , if they’re so committed to animals and care for them , they would have got her seen , I’m utterly disappointed with there so called service , not a happy customer,👎🏻
dawfin00: very friendly staff
Rita Cera: Delay on the schedule, 20 minutes waiting to the be. And previous appointment was cancelled when I called informing that I would be 5 minutes late. That cause me more expenses tha VET4PET ignored completely
Kim Shackleton: All staff are very welcoming and friendly. Vet explains things in simple terms that you can actually understand
Millie Frith: Our vet, Ross, was incredible. It's very hard to find a good exotics vet for guinea pigs, and after one visit with Ross, I think he's the best in Leicester. He went above and beyond and spotted a health problem we didn't even know existed - in under 30 hours from our initial checkup our guinea pig was home recovering from surgery. The cost and pricing structure was well explained. We are looking forward to further visits in the future. Thank you to Ross, Abby and all of the team for their amazing work!
Janice Tebbutt: Quick appointment made... Very helpful and caring staff. Nice waiting area, with good information on display.
Phoebe-anne Nagle: We were late as we went to the wrong vets for pets and due to the weather but we rang and explained and the receptionist moved appointments around so we were able to be seen which was amazing. She was polite and very helpful. The vet was AMAZING! such a lovely man with a approachable aura. Amazing visit, so glad we selected vets for pets for our baby kobe.
Bella Varcoe: Vets/ nursing assistants were lovely to our little kitten Tommy.Offering lots of advice and making sure we are following all the right things to help Tommy become a healthy cat.Thank you very much!We look forward to seeing you very soon for our next appointments!
Paul Sullivan: Vet was very helpful and nurse carmed my puppy down loads
patrick mc cann: Amazing customer service
Christopher Watts: Due to previous vets letting me down over a period of a month regarding vaccination, Vets4Pets made great efforts to fit me in which they did in time for my dog to go into kennels for a night in the near future. I shall remain registered with them now for the future.
Iffat Rasul: Went there to use the vets service, they were fantastic. Really sensitive to the situation
Nasira Valera: I was highly satisfied because the reception people were good and explain everything that needs to be done the welcoming was so good. They friendly to every customer and every pet. The nurse was really good also explained everything that I didnt know. I really appreciate for the way my cat was really looked after i was very pleased i would recommend vets4pets to my friends and family everything was done on time. Thank you so much for treating me and whiskers the best.
Sharon Adu: Excellent
toader antohi: because i was
rahim sattar: My pet was well cared, the vet fully explained my cats health and the vaccinations and was able to answer my questions in a very polite manner
ascarredrose: The staff were friendly and understanding and treated my cat with kindness and respect
