Michelle Latham: we visited this establishment with the family this afternoon when we confused as there was no signs were to go upon arrival we were placed at a table and then we got up and went to the bar to find out how to order the member of staff was rushing and was very rude the whole time we were at the bar and bellowing at the customers was not the way to deal with customers i felt that i wanted to walk out of the place this is not the service i would expect even though it was busy this does not excuse rudeness the food was excellent! service a big disappointment ! we was given a ticket to go to the carvery and get our meal and then back to the table every thing else was ok all in all im disappointed in the service i received today

dreamcars4you: My first visit was disappointing. To start with, the table was sticky. Was seated at table and simply left. Had to work out by myself how Cavery worked. Cavery was excellent, apart from Yorkshire puddings which were extremely hard. The desert I wanted was not available. Meat well cooked and big portions. Prices old for both food and Drinks. Hope next visit is better.

Nathan klemo: It's changed a lot in 5 years, down graded an awful lot, manager was very ignorant but I'm putting that down to him maybe having a bad day, a lot of damages around the place, food smelt great, and looked good when the next table along had their food arrive, children's park has downsized to 2 items so wasn't great, the staff were nice especially the big fella so went from 1 star to 3, toilets broken, benches broken and doors broken but the food did look good, San Miguel was great it's a solid 3 out of 5

Guy Fothergill: Had not been to The Gynsills for ages and keen to try it again we visited one Friday evening (approx. 7pm). In a nutshell we were very pleased with the food;good portions and quality. The service of one barmen left much to be desired, the clientele was...without wishing to sound snobby...a level or two below a Wetherspoons which was disappointing. Finally the place itself looked weathered, uncared for, shabby and a bit dirty. A REAL shame...could be much better.
