My family had come to visit Leicester and some were even from abroad I thought I would take them to a nice night out and clubbing around Leicester and I know about Waikiki since I have been there myself prev but when I tried going another time with my family we were told without any reasoning that we can’t go in to the club and my family were told they are “too old” which is ridiculous and we have never ever heard a club doing that. We couldn’t help but find it very humiliating and embarrassing and I was ashamed I even attempted to bring my family to this place. Especially the guy I have uploaded a pic of he was the one denying our entrance and I couldn’t help but think that it was a bit biased and racist because we are Asian however everyone else was allowed in. All we wanted to do was go in have a drink or to enjoy the music and chill but for my family to be told they are too old and can’t go in without actually any legitimate reasoning was an unrealistic experience as the guy on the pic had said there’s no reasoning just cannot go in when we had done absolutely nothing wrong. Very disappointed.

Crystal A: Where do I begin with this horrendous experience at this club.I was visiting family in the Uk and decided to visit this place Saturday evening. Upon arrival one family member out of 7 was denied entry due to having trainers on. Which I totally understood. But where things took a turn was when I saw multiple individuals leaving the club with trainers on. I politely asked the bouncer “but the other individual have one trainers.” That’s when the bouncer( a white bald male extremely fit and covered in tattoos on his forearms) started yelling at me, a woman half his size and throwing his hands in my face. I immediately took a step back in fear for my life. He visibly became upset because I asked him a question and said “you guys aren’t getting in.” What started as one family member now turned into all 7 of us. I thought this was quite odd and his demeanor was very violent.I took a step back and looked the club up on Google reviews and low and behold. It stated if you are black good luck with getting in. I even said you guys don’t have the best reviews. He said I didn’t know bleck people could read. This was utterly disgusting! I asked the bouncer why he was yelling at me? And he said I’m not going to argue with you no means no. I said I’m not here to argue but rather just asking why he’s yelling. He started trying to intimidate me by towering over me. Honestly this took things left and I was super frightened. I am not from the UK and to know this is how this establishments treats people who appear black in skin color is quite scary. I opted to leave a review rather than use my Tik tok platform or Instagram platform to post the disturbing videos of the bouncer yelling at me! Because those videos would immediately surface the internet and destroy this business. Please be cautious of this place. I hope you guys treat other tourist better in the feature.

Ben Stallard: Went in and the lady at the front told me it was £10 to enter so I gave her a £20 note and then she told my mate it was £7 entry, so I told her to use my money for both of us and I didn't get any money back and then she made my mate pay for herself so between us it cost £27 just to get in and then the bouncer told me to go in or get out after I asked why it was different prices
