Riz Patel: Went with the family on a warm sunny afternoon. Their desserts were OK not the usual standard though. I ordered a Sundae but what I got was 2 scoop ice cream with at mess at the bottom of a jar. This was not a sundae. I mean it's called toppings for a reason...the clue is in the name, goes on TOP and covering the ice cream. When you have a 1000 calorie sundae you expect the calories to be mainly from the ice cream. Not the ice cream being the topping to the topping.I gave this feedback to the "manager" to say you should be more clear on the sundae that its not a traditional sundae. He said speak with head office. I had to ask him again that you are the manager right? Where is your ownership to feedback through your channels? Again, fobbed me off whilst claiming it has 2 scoops of ice cream...in a sundae...right...ok. see picture.Time to find a new regular dessert place I think.

S s: They dont use fresh strawberries in the dessert, when i asked they said thats how it is, the waffle tasted burnt after they changed it, rather eat a chocolate from a shop than go there. Mojito is lifht flavoured just for looks. Overall not great experience.

Neil Manning: From the moment I walked in this place I felt unwelcome. The luxury veneer of the decor could not hide the poor service.I asked for a booth, which you would think would be easy given there were at least two that were empty. The waitress had to go ask a colleague what I meant by a booth.After 15-20 minutes another member of staff finally came to ask what we wanted. We duly ordered about £25 worth of desserts and coke. As I was very thirsty I asked for a glass of tap water to accompany my coke.The waiter refused.I was flabbergasted. After he left to fulfil the order, I sat fuming until I realised that I didn't want to give my hard earned money to people who refuse a glass of water to paying customers.I got up and told the waiter (so that other customers could hear) that I wouldn't be spending my money in an establishment that refused water to thirsty customers. At which point, embarrassed, he tried to u-turn and get me a glass. Too late. He and his colleagues had already demonstrated how contemptible is their view of their customers.It was lucky for me actually because I then went 50m down the road to Madison's where I got great service, great gelato and a milkshake to die for. Do yourselves a favour and walk right on by Heavenly Desserts and go try Madison's. You won't regret it.PS - I told my girlfriend who runs a pub what had happened. She informed me it is illegal to refuse a glass of water in an establishment serving refreshments.

Had visited that place around 12:15 in the night and upon ordering the desert, just five minutes after we started eating the person who took our order had popped up out of no where to ask us to pay.Upon asking her, she gave us the reason that her shift was about to get over. I have never faced anything like this. Would strongly recommend to think twice before going.

Vikrant Kumbhar: Heavenly desserts is a great chain. They maintain the quality of the menu across their branches and Leicester branch is no different. Great selection of desserts. Also being a large chain they display calories on their menu. The ambience is welcoming and friendly. The desserts are very good and there is plenty of choice. There is room for improvement as the few times I have been there they always seem to struggle with staffing levels.

The customer service and overall experience were abysmal, characterized by rudeness, unprofessionalism, and a complete disregard for the customers. The employees seemed disinterested, apathetic, and outright rude. Instead of addressing my concerns and queries, they brushed me off with curt and dismissive responses. It was as if they couldn't care less about providing assistance or ensuring customer satisfaction. Such behavior is inexcusable and reflects poorly on the company as a whole.Additionally, the stock available was outdated and far from satisfactory. It appeared as if they were trying to pass off old, stale products as new and desirable. The items lacked freshness, quality, and relevance. It was clear that the management had neglected the responsibility of keeping their stock up-to-date and appealing. This kind of disregard for the customers' expectations is simply unacceptable.To make matters worse, the taste of the products I purchased was downright awful. It was as if they had no regard for quality control or maintaining a consistent standard. The flavors were bland, off-putting, and failed to live up to the advertised expectations. It was disappointing to spend my hard-earned money on items that were not only unsatisfying but also lacked any semblance of taste.All in all, my experience with this business was extremely disappointing. The very bad customer service, rude behavior, old stock, and terrible taste left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise potential customers to seek alternatives and avoid this establishment at all costs. There are countless other businesses out there that genuinely care about their customers and strive to provide a positive experience. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and satisfactory shopping experience.

Frequently don’t have one of the cookie dough options available (E.g. no milk chocolate cookie dough today)Denied any tap water when we asked for it, which is just bizarre! Have been to other Creams elsewhere which have tap water out for everyone to help themselves to.

I also tasted hubby's Lycheess and Raspberry desserts and, wow, again beautifully presented and tasted delicious. My daughter loved her mini pancakes, served with delicious berries, and covered in chocolate. A lovely gem of a place. I honestly say it beats Heavenly dessert by a mile.AH we will definitely visit again IA.

A&B cabs Leicester Taxi: Excellent food and brilliant service.

Asfand Yar: Staff were very helpful. Dessert was tasty. Freshly made so quite different to most other dessert places. Staff explained that the brownies, cookie dough etc were all made there, not bought from elsewhere. The actual shop was great too - a nice, small area for a celebration or party.

Tahmid Munaim: The peanut butter milkshake was the best I've ever had, quality was second to none. Homely service made the experience even better.
