Mandy: Any chance of zero stars? This company only seem to know one word - DERIGISTER! Maybe the most accessible NHS dentist but defo the worst - ignorant & do not accept genine reason for the need to cancel - that is when they eventually answer the phone! How the hell they have a 3.6 rating - which is poor anyway - i'm guessing they mite add fake reviews?
Shaun W: Got an emergency appointment today after days of pain, the lady on the counter was lovely and dentist Ash and his assistant (unfortunately didn't catch her name) were absolutely fantastic, very caring and professional and made me feel very comfortable. Very grateful for their help. Would highly recommend this practice.

Benjamin Le Boutillier: Excellent i used the emergency dentist Service they offer as an NHS patient. They did exactly what I asked no questions, no doubts, I wanted a tooth gone they took it. The extraction was 100% pain free with only two injections, I was in and out In minutes. And most importantly friendly good natured staff throughout.
Kayla Sylvester: I’ve only been once and they rescheduled my appointment but didn’t inform me. I found out when I showed up to the original appointment. When I did eventually have my cleaning, they were incredibly rough with the scraping and it was very uncomfortable. I’ve not been back since COVID but I’ve been trying to book in for weeks now but no one ever seems to answer the phone or respond to emails.

ramsay scotland: JDRM Leicester is an excellent dental surgery. Dentist's are talented and they helped me out big time with some intricate and complicated surgery . This dental surgery stayed open all throughout the pandemic and saw patients, respect to all the staff for that, thanks!

Shital Odedra: If I can give more than one star I would give that for customer service and for answering phone calls to this dental care i rang on Friday I was on phone for half n hour they answered phone and told me ring back ok morning at 8 I woke up before 8 try to ring them I was on fn for one and half hour they cut me off 4 times and never answered my phone call it’s like they choosing not to answer I had to give up and my father still in pain because they just not answering phone I would suggest never go to JDRM dental or don’t try to phone them because it’s waste of your time and energy

Swaahi Kular: It was rubbish, although it was good at first few appointments but then for 1 of our appointment we were 10 minutes late and the lady with the scarf didn't allow us, she also said that if we were 5 minutes late she would allow but the next time that same lady didn't allow us for 2 minutes late. Today we were deregistered from their practice as the last two appointments were in vain the staff booked it mistakenly still we had to travel for 1 hour. Don't go to Nelson street they don't stick to their rules and even once if we broken any rule they threaten us to deregister from the system.

Tamsin: Have had various consultations and ended up getting some tooth bonding, whitening, small fillings at the back and clean/polish as well. This is by far the best dentists I have been to and I have been to a few in my time 😩😂 the staff from the minute you walk in at reception to the all the dentists and nurses are wonderful and friendly. They remember little details about you. The work Dr Sunita and her dental nurse (I’m sorry I don’t know your name but it’s the blonde nurse usually) has done on my teeth is absolutely stunning and I am proud to smile now. So glad I went for the whitening as well as it’s really made a difference. Worth every penny spent and more and they offer finance it you need it. Thanks 🙏🏼😊

Melanie Hani: Thank you so much to Milan and Amal for looking after me through my treatment today. I am an extremely anxious patient and I am so very grateful. Milan is a skilled, talented, kind and caring Dentist. I had to go to this practice as I had cracked my tooth and was in intense pain. I found an easy booking site for urgent appointments. I was extremely suspicious as to how easy it was to book an appointment that I thought it was a scam. However, I booked and paid for the consultation (£49 which included assessment and xray). I was in that much pain I was happy to take the risk and be scammed. As I didn’t know the practice I thought it would be an old dive off some back street or a scammer had taken my money but I got there and it was absolutely amazing. It was beautiful and I felt like I had walked into a spa; the relaxing music, the design of the environment; drinks at hand and the wonderful friendliness of the whole team. It was spotlessly clean and just like an 5 star hotel spa environment. All it needed was a beautician and I would have felt I was in a relaxing spa. Milan gave me an xray and knew the tooth had to come out. I never felt a thing and he spoke to me in such a calm way; absolutely skilled at his job. Both him and his assistant were amazing. The combination of his technical skill, theoretical knowledge and empathy and kindness was fantastic. It took seconds for the tooth extraction and I could have kissed him (but in this day and age it is not appropriate). 🤣🤣🤣

I was struggling to find any dental practice that had availability within 6 weeks, and this dental practice took me in last minute. I was seen by Dr Milan and nurse Sahina, who were both lovely. I was out of the clinic within 30 mins of coming in, tooth removed, and pain gone 😊 could not recommend enough.

Found the dental wellness centre online through calling emerdency and got an appointmentthe next day.I've always had a phobia of the dentist but Dr Chande was lovely. Friendly and explained everything he was going to do. Nurse Ayesha was lovely too. Even though the tooth had to be drilled into three and the roots drilled out it was much better than my experience the day before.The best experience I've ever had at a dental practice. Left with an extracted tooth and my nightmare over. Highly recommend.

Janice Parr: After trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment with a dentist in Norfolk, I was so relieved to get this appointment all be it that I had a 200 mile round trip. However all the staff at the practice were amazing. By the time I got to see Dr Nayyar & Nurse Ayesha I was in quite a state with the pain. But they efficiently discovered the problem and carried out an extraction. They were so kind and caring. The reception staff were also made sure that myself and my husband were ok during our visit and before we left.

The Windsor Dental Practice is an independent family run practice close to the city centre. Dr Ravi & Dr Anjli are a husband a wife team who took over the practice in 2018 and have continued to build the practice with a focus on high quality and ethical dental care.

Jason Brice: I visited Windsor this week to have extensive implant surgery carried out by Deep & Ravvi. This was my first visit to the practice, the reception staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly. It was easy to park in a local side street even though the area was busy with Diwali. I was in the chair for just over two hours, Both Deep & Ravvi were focused and very reassuring throughout, explaining each step of the operation as it went along. Having looked into implants extensively it was also reassuring that Windsor used what some practice's offer as an optional extra, a surgical guide which ensured the accurate placement of the two implants, two very tiny titanium screws and a bone graft. Things are settling down after a couple of days, thankfully there is lots of follow up planned.

Rikesh Kotecha: Hi just to review this fantastic practice, I was in so much pain with my tooth and it was a Friday before the bank holiday and they reopen on Tuesday so I thought how am I gonna get through this. Having rang 111 they basically told me to wait until Tuesday and then go to get it sorted.Having spoken to Zoe, this remarkable lady put me out of my misery and told me to come in on Saturday(even though the dental practice is closed) and Akash the usual dentist I see came in too to carry out the treatment, and he did a fantastic job, and it’s purely down to them that I was able to get through the weekend. Thank you both so much.About the practice whenever I walk in the receptionists always greet you with a smile, polite, and very helpful what more could you ask for???Thank you so much
Anita Patel: I haven’t visited a dentist in over 10 years. My wisdom tooth became infected and was putting off visiting a dentist to have the tooth looked at. I emailed this dental practice and they responded within an hour and I contacted them via the phone they got me an appointment within two days with a check up an X-ray they told me there is an infection and I will need the tooth removing they understood I was nervous and remained calm professional and kept me relaxed throughout. They gave me an anesthetic and proceeded to remove my wisdom tooth. They were truely amazinf and would recommend any one with fear to visit this dental practice!
Azam Khan: I went in for an emergency appointment and extraction. The dentist and his assistant, Akash, was very friendly, helpful and polite. He extracted an absolute monster of a tooth, and gave me good aftercare guidance. No problems, I’d definitely recommend Windsor Dental, and plan to go back.
Kripa Valand: I am very fortunate to have Dr Aish Arha as my dentist. I had my first visit with Dr Aish and he has been very caring towards my dental needs! Dr Aish understands all concerns and addresses them immediately and is also dedicated towards his patients. Highly recommended!
Chris Hamilton: So I'm not the best patient to have in a dentist as I've had numerous problems and bad experiences with dentist along with the fear factor added and anxiety. I had to get an emergency appointment because I was suffering so much with earache and jawache all stemming from a bad tooth. I came to Windsor dental practice and found put that everyone here was very polite and respectful, my appointment was with Dr Aish who was brilliant and really put me at ease after hearing about how I am managed to make me feel comfortable in the chair after explaining options and what was best he battled with a very stubborn tooth and extracted it relieving the pain I was in instantly. I can't thank him and the team enough for the help they gave me. Would highly recommend. Thank you all again keep up what you are doing 5 star rating all the way.
