Soumya soumya l bh: Phone always busy, since 8:00 to 10:00 difficult to meet doctor even continue until 1pm and the reception said fully booked and call again tomorrow at 8, but the next day still the same but when you go straight to GP practise, the patience only 1 or 2,very quite place. This is always the same routine whenever we want any appointments. But when ever we visit GP all the staff are good and kind. They treat very smoothly.
Elaine Rose: Its such a shame that the smaller surgery on Saffron Lane (near Pork Pie roundabout) merged with this one. I used to get excellent service from them. I realise this surgery is under pressure - everywhere is - but the people who answer the phones are very short with me. Making people who are sick wake up at 6am in order to fill in the Engage Consult form and then wait hours (sometimes a day) to hear back from the surgery is long winded and unnecessary. If you try to ring at 8am you can very rarely get an appointment and in the unlikely event that you get an appointment at the surgery you get there and it is deserted. It is a shame they have spent so much on the surgery and not GPs.
Will Smith: The worst your patient advisors need retraining and what is the point of this surgery they have spent the budget on the decor but unfortunately the service has worsened
Jo Newbie: Outstanding surgery in my opinion. I’ve received constant support and help from Dr Short and MH nurse. I feel completely listened too whilst I’m living with acute health problems. Thank goodness for their care because they keep me above water when I feel like I’m drowning.Thank you so much.

George Brown: WOW!! I rang up at 8 a.m. the phone line was very busy. An automated voice asked if I wanted a call back when I became number one in the telephone queue, I said yes, and got call back 12 minutes later.Receptionist Helen took the details of my enquiry, then told me that I'd get a call back from a doctor later. I did get a call back from the doctor at about 12:30, which wasn't a problem to me. The whole process was dealt with politely, & professionally.
lilah hart: I am disgusted with the service I received today for Emma, a receptionist to laugh on the phone to me and put the phone down. She called me at 9:03 to discuss an appointment. The whole point of me waking up at 6am to book an appointment online for doctors to call me back the same day. I’ve been calling every week and getting no way.I’ve been having headaches every day for the past three months.I want my call to be listen too.for her to laugh at a vulnerable customer is disgusting disrespectful, they should no be a person like Emma working as a receptionist at a doctors office on saffron lane or anywhere.

Deborah Mccarter: I just want to say a Big Thank you 🙏 I registered with the surgery in November after being messed around with Spectrum Health in Oadby for over a year. The Doctors and Reception staff have been amazing. After explaining that Spectrum were meant to do 2 different referrals and I have been waiting over a year for both, the Doctor chased both up and I have just had one operation and have an appointment with a consultant for the other. Ellie Rose: Worst doctor surgery going and i haven't ever even seen anybody! Can NEVER get an appointment. Ring up first thing and the ques already full so by the time you get through they're all booked up. Cant book doctors appointments in advance and you cant book at the desk either!!!!! My partner who has kidney failure has literally never been able to get an appointment either! Literally the most useless place going.
The Stasi: Saved my life and has cared since. The telephone system rings me back when i’m 1st in the telephone queue. All the staff are really polite and the doctors have been great. Another reason to put GREAT in front of Britain.

Charlotte SMITH: You will never get to see your doctors or even get a phone call back. Do yourself a favour and go A&E before you die.if I could give it a 0 I would because I'm disabled and have complex health need so when my conditions flare up they say a pharmacists will give me a call, a pharmacists called and said I'm not sure what to do. One staff will refuse you an appointment and another will put the phone down if you try to plead with them.
Ela s: This practice is a disgrace. One can only book appointments for the same day (through the online service or phone) and these are all booked out as soon as one tries to go on it early in the morning. Apparently people that work full time and are on their way to work at 7 in the morning have to drive while trying to call the practice??? How can this GP no longer take prebooked appointments like they used to before pandemic?? I am not one to complain but it is unacceptable that this practice still acts as if we were under full on pandemic after all other businesses have gone back to normal practices and standards. I cannot help but being sarcastic! I will have to go online at midnight tonight to hopefully get an appointment for tomorrow!!! If I could I would not even give you 1 star.

4worldlovers: The Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Integrated Care Board (LLR ICB) is an organisation responsible for arranging health services delivered in GP practices. I am writing to you about some changes that will be taking place at Cossington Park Surgery.
The health services that patients receive from the Cossington Park Surgery are provided by Dr Boora and Partners. They provided GP services for 10 years under a contract which will end on 30 June 2023. Whilst Dr Boora and Partners might wish to continue the services, they will have to apply to continue providing health services from 1 July 2023 onwards. Based on the outcome of the application, the same team may be able to continue the services, or it could be a different team or organisation.
I would like to hear your views on the health services you would like to receive at the practice going forward. This information will help us make the decision in selecting who provides health services in the future.
It is important that you have a say on the future of services at Cossington Park Surgery, so that they meet your needs. We would like to hear your feedback and suggestions.
