not chloe: Ate at this place 3 years ago and gave me very bad food poisoning.Did not enjoy my experience of being on the toilet for 14 hours.Traumatising experience for 15 year old me
Maureen Wright: Although we live 14 miles from Leicester for my birthday our daughter took us to Bill's last Sunday. I chose my favourite breakfast treat Eggs Florentine. It was not only super delicious with glorious runny eggs but also had every ingredient in the right proportions. Superb friendly service so well done everyone, you made my day.Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options available.
arub yousuf: Go to especially for pancakes or breakfast in general
W S L: excellent food and serviceVisited on a Thursday evening relatively quiet which is perfect for me,Service was friendly, food was enjoyable10:/10
Diane M: Absolutely great experience here tonight with my team from work. The staff stayed open for us as we were unable to change our booking time even though the restaurant hours had changed after we booked. The staff were great and then told us as we were leaving that they were closing permanently next week. Massive loss to the customers and staff and am gutted for them all. Thank you all for looking after us tonight and all the very best in finding new jobs.
Ani: I feel like the food and service quality has gone down since a couple of years ago. At around 4-5 pm on a Sunday many of the menu items were out (including but not limited to coke, the house beer and burrata cheese), the potatoes and fries were clearly frozen and they were cooked as if they had been microwaved, chicken on the burger was dry and bland on its own (they attempted to hide this with an overpowering spicy sauce) and the bun was almost stale. One of us also ordered a cloudy apple juice (for £3) and was given watery apple juice clearly made from concentrate with ice in it. Additionally there were dirty glasses on the table from previous customers which we had to ask to be changed and we also had to ask for cutlery for our mains since they were taken away with the starters and we weren't given new ones. Service was awfully slow for a nearly empty restaurant both this time and the previous time we went about 6 months ago, and that time we ordered steaks that very clearly had fake grill marks on them (so they had used food colouring or something to add them) - one of the people in our party who is a trained chef noticed this. The menu has also been reduced significantly since a few years ago (resembles a TGI Fridays now) and in terms of quality of the burgers we agreed that KFC or Five Guys would have been a better choice in terms of freshness and flavour and much cheaper.Hate it when this happens but I can't recommend Bill's until they make some serious changes.
Scheila Wesley Martins: Good place for a brunch. Make a reservation. The service is slow. Food and price fair.
Jayant Dattani: Went for lunch . Service was good and food was good.
Tom Brown: Great restaurant with fantastic vibes and really good vegetarian and vegan options. They're also seemingly dog friendly!Vegetarian options: A few on offer - not a huge selection but what's there is really good.Dietary restrictions: Staff ask for restrictions after ordering and even label your food with little sticks.
Annettt Jeffery: Always a great meal at Bill's. Friendly staff too.
Bernie Donnelly: Slow service ,we had our coffee drank before our order even arrived..also wasnt hot ,eggs where so watery not cooked right
Roya B: Not a great first experience unfortunately. Thought the plant plate sounded great but they don’t do dairy free butter so ended up with very dry toast. Margarine is so readily available so I didn’t understand why they don’t offer it.There was no sriracha sauce with my breakfast as stated on menu. And also the waitress started clearing the plates away whilst I still had a mouthful of food, I couldn’t even answer her. The manager was nice but the rest of the staff looked like they would have rather been somewhere else.I will say the rest of my food and drink was very nice. Just please offer some dairy free butter
Craig w: Went with work and no steak...how on earth do you visit a steak house that has no steak on the menu. Disappinted
Mike Carter: Not great service, must of been during some shift switch overs, empty glasses, plates etc not cleared away from the table quickly, long delay in getting starters that we think was wrong (ordered a large calamari but looked very small), no cheese on the burger despite ordering as extra, different waitresses and waitors all sitting together having food in the restaurant and we couldn't get the bill, delayed payment. Not all were unfriendly but wouldn't return there. Other Bills we have been in are much better run.
Karl Harris: Just OK...pretty slow service, food nothing special and fairly overpriced
Harry: Great location, staff and food. Prices are perfect for what you get.
Helena Prusakevica: The sterter was nice and tasty but We didn't get cutlery main food wasn't tasty and overpriced. I ordered lobster and seafood and was very disappointed when I got crab sticks and a couple of prawns and squids and my partner ordered meat balls but I don't know what kind of meat it was but it was disgusting. I put 1 star because it looks good on the picture
GT B: So glad to visit Bill's again as our Bill's sadly closed. Staff were excellent & their service was great. Menu is not as extensive but still plenty to choose from. Really good to see the flowerpot dessert is back on the menu - had to choose that. Main course I had the chicken goan curry & it was delicious. A faultless visit.
Ethan Clarke: Beautiful atmosphere. Beautiful quirky decor and as ever with Bill's, a delicious breakfast and presented real nice. If you're planning on heading into town late morning, I would highly recommend skipping breakfast and going for brunch at Bill's before starting your day! It's a nice dining experience at Bills, reasonble costs and great value for money. It's hard to put your finger on it, but it feels like a breakfast establishment and it just feels nice. I'd highly recommend.
Lesly Pointer: Great food, good service
Lawrence Wilson: Great food and service.
