4worldlovers: The Instrument Cluster of my Ford Zetec (2008 plate) stopped working, causing my engine to malfunction, and I struggled to find a mechanic in Leicester who was able to fix the problem. After trying a few different mechanics but with no luck, a friend referred me to Sancars. Both members of staff were very friendly, helpful and flexible. I called on the Thursday and took it down on the Saturday morning. Within less than a couple of hours they had sorted the problem and over a week on I have not had any recurring issues. The lads also fixed an issue with my central locking I was having, free of charge. I would highly recommend Sancars!

Their customer service is excellent. Very friendly family business. When we first contacted them to check our vehicle, they didn't find any faults initially so they charged no fees for that time. Then the actuator fault surface when we returned home. They told us to come back and to leave the vehicle with them. The elderly gentleman, I think his name is Ash... He was brilliant. The vehicle was fixed the next day. We travelled from Nottingham to Leicester to get our actuator fixed. We've had no issues with the vehicle since. I will recommend them any time. I believe they are the best.

I took my vehicle to Sancars in Leicester today. This is the second Job they have done for me. First one was on my golf they had to rewire the golf boot lid as this was not opening and rear lights were not working correctly. My heater fan packed up in my van. They fitted me in the same day (Today fixed within four hours) Up and running with fitting a new fan and new resistors for the internal heater fan as i need the van for work.
