Nomad FX Trader: I arrived at the location precisely at 5:00 to collect my prescription, but to my surprise, the staff informed me that they could not provide me with my medication. Despite explaining that I had traveled a long way to collect my important prescription, they remained unyielding. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I am disappointed with the service. I will inform my GP to change my collection location.
Madiha Khan: Horrible customer service. I've been a loyal customer for many years when Bassim, Hannah and the rest of the brilliant staff worked there. It's all new staff now and the service has gone really downhill. Awful attitude, most of the time they serve you as if they are doing you a favour. The staff have no training in placing online orders or issuing refunds or dealing with customers in any capacity. After facing this snotty behaviour a few times, I won't be going back.
Salman Faiz: Rubbish customer service. I buy baby items every other day from this pharmacy but the staff they have now they don't know how to treat the customers. Never going back to buy anything from here.

yi liu: I went there to get my son's prescription which was only one customer in front of me and I waited for a while and one woman severd me and another woman came again to ask me a question and I just told her what I know from what my son's doctor has said to me earlier today and she felt very annoyed and inpatient, then I waited again, finally she brought the medicine and very inpatient from her face and I said "Thank you very much", no responds from her. Well that's my first time using this family pharmacy and I don't mind waiting and the attitude of customer service is "impressive".

Every stage was checked and double checked with great care, and they phoned to make sure I had received the results and could download and print the necessary certificate.
