Paul King: Popped into today. Plenty of plants and stock of bark, stones etc. Friendly staff who are willing to help.

Rakesh Pancholi: Been many times previously. Great choice of products, decent prices, and excellent service. My first point of call for anything garden oriented.
Carren Tate: Good sized car park and a very good range of everything you need for your garden, prices vary, some plants and pots etc are very reasonable but many other items were very expensive. There are customer toilets and plenty of shelter if it rains. There isn't a cafe or drinks facility of any kind, which was a little disapointing.

Ĺinda Fowler: We visited this nursery a week ago a 50 mile round trip (my husband is 76 and I am 73). We wanted to buy a flowering tree. There was a lot of building work going on so it was very noisy. The first person asked us to wait as the person who could help was busy. 20 minutes later we were able to speak to the person concerned. He told us we had left buying a tree very late as they did not have much left in the nursery. We asked what was available and he looked it up and made a list of about 6. He didn’t have a price for them and said as they were very busy he didn’t have time get the price and he would email us prices but “it won’t be until next Monday or Tuesday”. Of course he hasn’t and we have taken our business elsewhere!
harvinder singh uppal: Sorry my original post wasn't complimentary ... and i apologise to Coles as i thought it had been edited, I have had dozens of good experiences with Coles... they do offer some really good deals contrary to the belief "it's expensive there". The only negative experience was when a plant died and the response wasn't overly helpful .... but truefully most garden centres are very wary of taking back plants which may have not been cared for correctly

Jill Green: Hello daughter bought a bonsai tree in pot and all the kit for her partners birthday pot arrived fully cracked she has emailed you twice and you have still not responded, so said bonsai is at risk of dying due to a damaged pot due to bad packaging and courier driver too or pot was already broken before you post it , please respond to her emails and send her a replacement pot foc. Hello Richard the order no is 5587 , she has just forwarded the emails to you regards thanks. Tuesday 10th Jan 23 , replacement pot arrived today in one piece , daughter will check when she gets home thank you

Kevs Inkhouse: Soon as it arrived I placed it in a sink of water for a good drink, following day gave it a feed.. keeping it moist it lost 30% if it's leaves but within a week had many wee buds and by 3 weeks was a lovely bushy healthy elm bonsai.. 😁

Maurice Cooke: Good place to go but you need to have idea an of what is good. There are some gems but you have to search them out. Very reasonable prices and helpful staff. Don't expect a modern garden centre! Will be back.
Laura Cutts: Visited the garden centre looking for a bonsai tree and it was a lovely experience. Richard was very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter loved seeing the chickens & ducks! Would visit again!
Oliver Skinner: Went with a group of us on a trip to several bonsai nurseries. This was one of the last ones we went to. The old saying save the best till last didn’t hold true. We walked in to what can only be described as a junk yard. Broken pots and fallen over trees everywhere. It was clear they mainly focus on online sales with the area packed to Bursting with trees just sat on the floor with no room between. There are chickens and ducks just wandering around some looked to be in quite poor shape. We weren’t even aware of a staff member was present as they didn’t approach us or even attempt to make themselves known.Would 100% avoid this in person and probably avoid ordering online. Better nurseries which take care of their trees else where.
