Becky Field: Visited during covid for an early gender scan as partner wasn't allowed in the hospital for scans. Was slightly confused as to what was included in the price and quite dissapointed in what we recieved considering the amount we paid for the service.Staff weren't really that enthusiastic, considering it being a place for private scans and presumably for a pleasant and comfortable experience, and ultimately felt quite rushed unfortunately. Didn't feel entirely certain that the gender was correct as was reinforced multiple times that "baby wasn't coorporating" so result could have been inconclusive anyhow.The clinic itself was very clean and clearly a lot of effort put into the presentation of the place.

W9⁹e came as we were having a gender reveal so was warned when to look away as we both wanted to find out the same time as our family and friends. Excellent service start to finish. I lost my photo that was given at my gender scan and they were more than happy to reprint another photo at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend using this company.

solly singh: Could not recommend this place enough. Myself and my partner visited the other day and had a 4D package, the images were clear and the lady was very patient, she provided us with a USB so we can always watch it back.

tamara mcphedran: We got to the place and was informed there trans vaginal scans where not permitted there. Considering I had emailed them before the appointment about other things... This is something that should be explained to women before physically getting there we traveled an hour for our scan to also be rushed at the end we did get to see the gender but the quality of the scan was terrible i had had other scans a week prior to this one and actually was able to see baby this one not so much. The scan was rushed and there was only 1 person from what we could see working there and she was very quick to try call it quits on finding baby's gender then and there she did however offer a free rescan but honestly i wont be returning all in all the appointment lasted no more than 10 minutes. The USB stick we purchased was really dissatisfying as well a we thought we would be able to hear baby's heart beat on there which we was unable to and also on the gender scan when purchased online it advised a free view in 4D would be done this was not done at all.... We got what we went for but the execution was terrible.

Kellymarie Price: So disappointed by the services hear staff was so rude the lady that scanned me didn’t have a clue what she was actually doing scan was so unclear and blurry booked in for a gender reveal and as explained my baby was small and under consultant she refused to scan me and refused me a refund so had to return for a 2nd scan made us feel so uncomfortable I was scanned for tops 10minutes and rushed out the door wouldn’t recommend anyone attending this clinic so judgemental and rude destroying peoples special moments

Good standards of cleanliness.It's bit hard to spot it while driving by as they share a building with another business but instructions sent out after a booking were good enough in order for us to find it without to much troubles.

Kniacala Keeann Cowie: We visited bump2baby on Monday 31st jan for our early gender scan. Our little boy was able to be a part of it and loved seeing his baby sister on the big screen. The lady who looked after us was absolutely amazing, couldn’t ask for a better person to have done our scan. Our little bean was being very stubborn and it took a lot of hard work to get the baby to move and be able to find out the gender, however the lady was very patient and did everything it took for her to know the gender of our baby. The lady did everything we asked, such as putting our bear inside a black bag so that we couldn’t see the colour. We had an amazing experience at bump2baby, we was very well looked after & the sonographer did everything she needed to do. I was convinced baby would be a boy, so when we popped that balloon and see the pink confetti, we was over the moon. I couldn’t thank bump2baby enough. They were amazing. Will definitely be using bump2baby in the future and would highly recommend. Thank you for being great!!

The lady who we dealt with was very polite and professional and allowed all the time possible to answer our questions and to assist with our needs. Kam Basra: I found out I was pregnant in April this year and being 42 my mind began to worry about pregnancy at my age. I did some research and came across Bump 2 Baby. Their website was professional looking and easy to navigate without jargon!. They also had great reviews on google. I booked an appointment for a reassurance scan.The building was easy to reach with parking on site which was great, on entering the building there were plenty of Covid measures in place such as hand gel and no other patients were around.The lady at reception took her time to explain the process to me, she didn't rush me and answered my questions. During the scan she was equally as attentive explaining everything to me and pointing out things on the scan.After the scan we were escorted back into the waiting room and discussed the NIPT test. This was something new to me and again she took her time explaining things thoroughly and carefully. It wasn't a 'sell' like some clinics do or scare mongering into going for the most expensive option but more like a health care provider explaining the pro's and con's.We decided to opt for the NIPT Trimester level 4 test and yesterday received fantastic news that everything looked good and our baby was at low risk.I just wanted to say thank you to everyone, I know it's your job, but when handled with care and empathy it makes all the difference.Keep up the good work.

The scan was incredible and she got some really lovely photos for us after hearing baby didn’t want to move for us at our 12 week scan so we originally didn’t have a photo of baby.
