The hotel is located in a good location, with a dark lobby and fancy looks. It is within easy walking distance to all locations and the station. The hotel offers fantastic rooms, a very secure environment, and superb food and drinks.

The six-course tasting menu at the hotel's Grill was overall good, with nicely made dishes like Crab Dumplings and Ox Cheek Croquette. The Chateaubriand was cooked to perfection, although the portion of chips was a bit small. The Lemon Posset was okay, but the Coffee and Caramel Sponge could be improved. The service from the table waiter was excellent.
