Rhiannon Hales: If you can afford it, do it! It’s expensive, and the best thing I have ever done. If you REALLY want to lose weight, please, please do it. You have to be dedicated to sticking to it. The staff are amazing. Huge shout out to Steph who has made me into a new person. Every session is a laugh, the amazing team have made the gym a happy place. The UP gym is a safe place for you to transform with zero judgement. I only wish I had done it years ago! Ive now lost 28kg / 4 and a half stone in 26 weeks.

Not only your trainer but everybody in interested and personally invested in your success.They provide absolutely everything you need to succeed. If you’re like me, I didn’t know where to start with diet and exercise regime. UP provides it all, personalised dietary advice including not just ‘how many calories to eat’ but what types of foods to eat and which micronutrients to focus on. A tailored exercise regime for both in and out of the gym. Again, this is all personalised to you and whatever your goals are.You cannot fail if you go with UP. And the best part? The results start FAST! Within two week I noticed a huge difference which then helps motivate you to keep going.Before going to UP I hated gyms and would never have prioritised it or enjoyed it. Now it’s an integral part of my week and I wouldn’t swap it for anything.If you’re on the fence about it, don’t be, just do, give it a go, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Shredding 20kg in that time, feeling fitter and stronger in my 40s than I ever did in my 30s. Kyle Green and the team have been fab in pushing me to achieve my goal, as well as teaching me the benefits of strength training. UP is not a diet and endless hours in the gym, it is a lifestyle change for a healthier future.

B HS: Committing to 3 months training at UP prior to my wedding was the best thing I have ever done. I’ve always trained regularly myself and I wasn’t overweight but I wanted to really challenge myself prior to my wedding so I looked and felt my best. I was worried how it would work as I wasn’t a typical ‘transformation’ client but I’m so happy I did it. I am lifting so much heavier than I ever did training myself and feel absolutely incredible. Hannah Wandless: write reviews but I found them so useful when I was deciding whether to join UP and I hope this might be useful if you’re in the same position.I joined UP about 5 months ago. I’d put on some weight over the last few years and was struggling to lose it on my own. I’ve now lost about 16.5kg and haven’t been this weight for over 6 years! I’ve really enjoyed my training and the whole process. My trainer, Steph, is fantastic and because of her help, guidance and support I’ve achieved so much more than I ever thought I would including a recent PB on deadlifts of 80kg! I feel so much happier and more confident than I did when I first arrived. It's a nice atmosphere in the gym and the other trainers are all very friendly too. Yes, it is a lot of money and not always easy, but for me it has been completely worth it and I'm so pleased I decided to do this. If you really want to make changes, UP is the way to go. I've learnt so much about exercise and nutrition and I really can't speak highly enough of them.
