Yoga Hero: what do users think?

Jane Bairstow: Excellent place to practice yoga, varied classes, brilliant teachers. Everyone so friendly, a lovely warm welcome everytime. Great energy throughout all the classes. Would highly recommend.

Holger Weiß: Loved every minute of the class

Katrina Welsh: Yoga hero is a fantastic space to practice in Leeds, they have a range of teachers and classes to suit everyone. In the winter, the gorgeous polished cement floor can be chilli, so bring warm top and socks for your shavasana and double up your mat.

Kal Kaur: A welcoming, relaxed and very friendly place to go and do yoga. it’s great place for beginners and advanced.

Lucie Tylsarova: . The studio itself is very relaxing and all the teachers are amazing. There is always a big variety of yoga styles to choose from daily - I would recommend this place to everyone :

Vicks Men: Amazing, relaxing and unwinding x

Veronika Golubeckaitė: Love Rise & Shine Flow by Taylor - great way to start the day. Taylor's classes are always enjoyable, every move is well-thought and I like the feeling of finding softness in strength and other way around. Would definitely recommend!

Bryony Cooper: Always a warm welcome, fantastic teachers and a great mix of different yoga styles to choose from

Davide Minicelli: Amazing!I loved everything. I loved the fact that the lights were off, the pace of the poses weren't too fast, perfect for an evening relaxing class and a good full body stretching. On the top, I loved the music and the final adjustments. I'll definitely come back!

Yoga Kula Leeds: what do users think?

Hannah Newbery: I’m 34 weeks pregnant and I’ve been coming to the pregnancy class on a Tuesday evening since I was 14 weeks pregnant. The classes are never the same, there is always variety. Ella always asks if there is anything specific anyone would like to focus on so we’ve had classes focusing on backs, pelvis, hips etc. it’s a lovely environment and Ella is very experienced - always offering alternatives for positions so you can feel as comfortable as possible. I’ve met some great friends through the class and am so pleased I’ve done this for myself during my pregnancy. Would highly recommend.

Stephe Kamalathasan: Would highly recommend the pregnancy yoga classes. It has been really wonderful to have some time every week to relax and connect with my baby and other mums to be. Ella is a fantastic teacher, she puts a lot of work into keeping the classes varied week by week and tailored the classes to address individual issues such as lower back pain and rib pain. Thank you again Ella for being such a fabulous teacher!

Kathryn Wood: Very good event. Excellent explanations and super relaxing. Was a lovely break in the festive vortex and in fact brought harmony to our slightly stressed family as we came to the event in a pack! Thanks!

Lydia Giaffreda: Pregnancy yoga is a really lovely class. I look forward to it every week!

Julia Morris: I have been attending Ella’s pregnancy yoga class throughout my pregnancy and really cannot say enough positive things. There is always a very relaxing, calm atmosphere and Ella guides us through gentle movements and breathing exercises to promote relaxation but also build strength and flexibility. Have also met some lovely mums-to-be who will hopefully stay in touch with when our babies arrive. I look forward to class every week - thank you Ella!

Noemi Alvarez-Pedrosa Pruvost: Pregnancy Yoga is just perfect. Perfect to relax, to indulge in your wellbeing, work your pelvic floor and enjoy the pregnancy. Ella is super knowledgable and will make you feel safe and like at home. Thanks!

Helen: The pregnancy yoga class is wonderful!

Elaine Hall: , in terms of the complete experience for the senses - lighting, music, aromas, warmth - just what's needed for a restorative class & everyone was so friendly & welcoming. The teas & snacks were also a great bonus.

Joanna Winestone: Friendly staff, excellent classes, beautiful space, tea and chocolate always goes down well. I feel part of a community there and am so grateful for the wonderful people that make Yoga Kula.

Nicola Lonsdale: Great space. As a yoga teacher myself , I'm fussy. Love collettes embodied flow. This time it was kylie who covered. She's also amazing. The chocolate and tea is a wonderful offering. Thank you xx

Lauren Reed: Beautiful studio, really calming and peaceful environment. Quiet and relaxing despite there being a busy class. Lovely extra touches like tea and chocolate. Nice welcome from teachers and other attendees. Ella is a wonderful teacher - great guidance, really nice sequence, felt somehow really cosy and personal despite being such a big class. Just generally a gorgeous vibe.

Alison: Yoga Kula is a warm and welcoming Studio. The ambience, the Teachers and the People make this Studio a positive, happy place to practice yoga. I feel grateful to have Yoga Kula in my life . Thankyou 🙏

Wg Mentis: I love this place!

Adrian Highman: I've been practicing yoga on and off for nearly a year. Yoga Kula are amazing and have made my experience most enjoyable. Would highly recommend. Thanks to all at Yoga Kula.

Lynn Warren: I have attended many classes over the years I have been practising Yoga and have to say this is the best studio I have ever used. Everyone is super friendly, there is a huge variety of styles and options and great flexibility with times. They are generous with their trainees allowing them to offer free practice classes and the pace of the classes is suitable for everyone. If I didn't have to travel 45 mins to get there I would be in every day

Jenny Holford: Lovely calming atmosphere. Made to feel really welcome x

Tim Becker Goldy: The instructors are beyond fantastic, the studio is charming, relaxing and perfect for the practice. Couldn't recommend the hot classes more for anyone looking for a challenge and way to cross train and engage their muscles.

Oksana Bogucke: Best kula in town. Lots of different classes for different levels and abilities. The teachers are very supportive and friendly. Must visit!

The Hot Room Leeds: what do users think?

Yaqob M: This place is a gem, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the classes are very good. It's a shame it will be shutting down :(I hope they consider opening somewhere else in Leeds.

Alex John: Excellent studio and classes, would highly recommend to try

Aishwarya Oza: I've never had so much fun doing yoga! The instructors are fun and patient and explain all poses clearly. The vibes of he studio are so fresh and positive too!

D West: Although I have a regular yoga practise, the Hot Room was my first hot yoga class in a few years and it was the perfect re-introduction. The studio is beautiful, clean and light with a gorgeous view over Leeds. I was warmly welcomed and shown the space. Complimentary tea and water was appreciated. Showers were clean and changing facilities were secured whilst the class was happening. I really enjoyed the class and the flow felt like a warm bath for my body. The teacher was knowledgable and professional, and although I was new and there were plenty of regulars she made me feel like part of the class. Will definitely be coming back if in Leeds again.

Centea Stefania: A really good studio with great teachers, really well guided classes and cosy atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone who has back/posture problems, wants to improve flexibility and to empty their mind after a long day. Classes all suited for beginners as well as intermediate, depending at what step you are in your practice journey. 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏼

Jonathan Turner: . I thought this would be worse; wearing very little in a room full of mirrors, but the opposite has been true. Right from the first minute, the atmosphere is so welcoming, and I've felt completely accepted. No need to compare myself with anybody else. The teachers are all so encouraging and knowledgeable, and all through the class they give you such clear and constant instructions that it's easy to know what's expected. Also, nothing is forced, so if it's too much you don't have to do it. Another thing I like with the hot yoga is that it's the same positions each time, so you can feel it when you make slight improvements from one time to the next. The other people who attend the classes are very supportive, and no-one ever makes you feel inferior if you're not as advanced as they are. As well as the running injury, I also have lower back pain and arthritis in my joints. Obviously nothing is an instant miracle cure, but since I started going I feel better in myself, I'm sleeping much more deeply, and I feel better rested the day following the classes. I've been to five classes so far, and I hope to keep going for the forseeable future.

Stuart: Been coming here for a while now, it’s great. Helped loads with my injured shoulder

Natasha Kaur: I have been attending the studio on and off since 2016 I absolutely love it, it is very clean teachers are lovely and very motivating - to top it off the yogis are wonderful and you feel part of something. Would recommend to try the health benefits are amazing and I have to say having flexibility over the age of 40 is an achievement and purely down to this yoga! Ohh and hot Pilates for that calorie burn after Christmas is much appreciated!

marcelina szczygielska: I'm so happy place like this exists in the centre of Leeds. Wonderful studio, fabulous instructors and great classes.

Zoe Webb: and music to encourage you at 7am or 7pm! Exercises vary class to class but always fun!

Cess Rodrigo: . I am super grateful to be part of this wonderful yoga community😍

Kaitlyn Bullen: x

Cicely Freeman: Amazing and supportive teachers, lovely service and facilities with a range of different classes. Definitely recommend it - it's addictive!

Balázs Bodócs: Best yoga studio in Leeds! 😍😍😍

Ale Anaya: The best studio in Leeds! The teachers are super knowledgeable and amazing! I love it!

Saskya Grant: Quickly becoming my favourite part of each week. I am very much a beginner but the atmosphere of the studio is lovely and difference in how I feel after each class is already having a great impact on me. Could not recommend enough
