Richard Johnson: Fantastic little theatre. Like going back in time. Always get that friendly, personal feeling when watching comedy shows here.

Steve Young: What a wonderful old theatre, we went on Monday to see the fantastic Joanne Shaw Taylor and her band, supported by Connor Selby, what a terrific show, then went back on Tuesday to see Neil Brands tribute to Laurel and Hardy, another fantastic show, albeit completely different, this venue was perfect for 2 sell out shows.

Stuart Springett: Been a few times, always had a good experience. Bar is reasonably priced for a city centre venue. Good access for disabled people and wheelchair users with the lift. Staff have always been polite and friendly.

David Harrison: Great location in the centre of the city and the theatre is a joy to visit. Jeff Stelling and Bianca Westwood lit up the stage and I'd highly recommend the show to anyone.

Ravi Kelly: Fantastic venue.

Astrid de Los Angeles Torres Flores: The space is fantastic, the designs are interesting, but the people who serve there are wonderful.

Angela Burt: Excellent smaller theatre with great views from every seat - each tier is higher than the one in front so it doesn't matter how big the person is who sits directly in front of you, still a great view and no huge pillars either. The recent production of Macbeth was superb, extremely imaginative and well produced.Nice friendly helpful staff as well, especially the barista.Thank you all guys .

Alhambra Theatre, Bradford: what do users think?

Rebecca Potter: Beautiful venue

Michael Searle: Wizard of oz is just a perfect show, performed by a vibrant cast. The ambience of the theatre is a wonderful experience to enjoy 😉Please, more toilets for your customers!!!!!!

Helen Colley: Great show well recommend sleuth

Karen Crowther: Just been to see wizard of oz , amazing show , loved it brilliant place , topped off with a rainbow 🌈 in the sky when we came out.

Leedsbird Leeds: Lovely old theatre, right in the centre of Bradford opposite town hall. On seeing Sleuth here recently, I was made aware via its website that I would get half price parking if I parked in nearby NCP, however was charged full price when I could have parked a little further out for much less money.Be aware, the city centre is a no go area for traffic whilst the council spend millions of tax payers money making it impossible to access due to ridiculous green policies . I’m glad I don’t live in Bradford and pay them any of my hard earned cash.

Mark Lawrence: Every time I go here I am impressed by the experience, always friendly staff and excellent productions. Location is also excellent. Seen so many shows I've lost count.

DEHW: A truly ornate and beautiful theatre. Glorious architecture, especially the lovely paintings high above the stage. Also an excellent venue to see some top class shows, musicals and brilliant productions direct from London's west end. This year's pantomime at the Alhambra, Cinderella starring Billy Pearce is also a must for any panto lovers.

Donna Coniglen: Wizard of oz awesome. Stunning theatre although as its 200 years old there's not much legroom.

BIU BIU: It's a great experience enjoy every moment

Steven Smith: Opening night of the wizard of Oz show was amazing, unfortunately an issue with one of the other guests meant I couldn’t give 5 stars.

Hiago Castro: Beautiful, cool and charming theater

Amanda Sitto: Beautiful architectural features

Jeanne Bridgman: This truly amazing building bringing essential culture to us

steven whitaker: Good place for all age groups.

Gary Hepworth: Lovely venue

Grand Opera House: what do users think?

Ann Booth: Went to see pretty women with all my girl friends lovely theatre we all sat in the circle but all I can say it was like being in a sauna it was way too hot we were all melting no air conditioning

Jen Spence: We hired the Grand Opera House for a photoshoot for JD Sports for a summer sports campaign shoot. Laura, Lisa, Magnus and all the team were incredibly welcoming, flexible and went over and above to assist us during the shoot day. We couldn't have asked for more. Myself and the team wouldn't hesitate to recommend the location as a hireable space for your event or photoshoot. A big, big thank you to the team at ATG - Grand Opera House York!

Tony Bates: A beautiful old theatre with helpful and friendly staff. We paid extra to access the Ambassador Lounge and it was well worth it, a truly VIP experience.

Nick Allcock: Decent theatre with a great choice of shows/events. Bar prices are expensive. There is parking locally at reduced prices for evening parking. There are bars and restaurants in the local area.

Ben Linfoot: Amazing show, Saw six in 2023.

Eleanor: A beautiful old traditional theatre with great acoustic quality. Mercury really rocked it!

Catherine Frazer: and to our seats, asked if we needed anything and let us know about the QR code order to seats. Which is the fastest service I think I’ve ever had! Barely put my phone down from ordered and the drinks and snacks were already there. Dan kept checking in through the evening to see if we were alright, enjoying the play and if we needed anything. Hands down the easiest theatre experience we’ve ever had. Thank you so much to Dan and all the staff for making it such a brilliant night for my mum. Will absolutely be back

Chris Howard: Nice place, bar takes to long…!

peter78: We went here to watch Meatloaf by candlelight, we had access to the ambassador lounge with a box as well. What a great experience! Totally recommend and it isn’t much more than a standard ticket! As part of our ambassador lounge experience we had a glass of Prosecco on arrival, then we had crisps and ice cream available either before the show or at the interval. We chose to have ours at the interval.Upon arrival in the box there was more Prosecco available in a chiller and a family sized sharing bag of chocolates each! The chairs were really comfy as well, the view may have been ever so slightly restricted by being on the side but this was easily remedied by moving our chairs.Based on our experience I would totally recommend a visit - we had a great time!

Tom Buchanan: Love it

Well done to everyone involved 👏 we're already looking forward to next year's and are hopefully booking for Goldilocks in April.
