Changes to non-Flexi bookings are subject to a change fee of €2.60/£2.00 per ticket.
Ticket change requests can only be made for Flexi tickets. Tickets purchased without Flexi are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a customer selects a wheelchair companion seat, it must be purchased in conjunction with an available wheelchair space.
Refunds (where applicable) will be made to the card on the original payment within 10 days.
