Doctors are excellent and I feel more attentive than when I go to the local GP where they just want you to be as quick as possible and get you out.Only negative is sometimes a lack of common sense and generosity, I have spent a small fortune here over the last 2/3 years, was booked in for a GP appointment today and wasn’t able to go to it, as my new born daughter was taken to hospital. Considering I am very regular as a patient, I was emailed a £120 invoice for payment for a missed appointment. Nobody tried to call me, or ask if all was ok, I was sent a cold hearted invoice without any dialogue. Seemed really unthoughtful considering how well they know me and that I’d last been in only 3 days before!!

Spooky Tooth: Needed a prompt walk-in appointment on a busy pre-Christmas Friday afternoon. Staff did their best to fit me in. The Georgian townhouse environment is pleasant and professional as I waited a lot less time than expected. Doctor C was dynamic, personable, thorough, clinically exact, cheerful and she she came up with what felt to be exactly the right answer. First class. The icing on the cake was I promptly left the prescribed drugs in a taxi - and Ariana on Reception saved the day by getting my local chemist to provide a replacement prescription that very same evening. World Class. Overall a little expensive, but great value for money.Recommended.

Zach LeBlanc: Scheduled a visit due to a bad sore throat I was having while on vacation in London. Visited with Dr Luke Oates and I was impressed by his bedside manor and experience. He was very patient and understanding to ensure he had the whole story, and to make a good diagnosis. He offered to perform a strep test just to be sure, and that he could provide a prescription if the results were positive. Unfortunately, it does not seem like the UK has the "instant" strep tests like we have in the States, but the office was sure to follow up and the swab actually gets tested a few times over the course of a few days; thankfully the result was negative. I was very happy with my experience and it was quite a breath of fresh air compared to "urgent care" clinicians we have in the States.
