The Works: what do users think?
Princes Court: Be careful what you buy many items are already open and not working properly.
A A: Amazing prices, friendly staff and variety of products.
Andy Roberts: Great shop!
Purple Queen: Fantastic shop. Helpful, polite staff who seem happy at work
suresh kaul: This shop is a saviour…really nice craft and diy collections..loads of toys to select from…nice colluof books as well and finally at a very reasonable price
Peter Quigley: I did not need to ask a member of staff for any assistance and that is why I have only awarded a four star rating. The store offers books, stationary, art supplies, craft supplies and other seasonal offerings and outside of the box gift ideas. Today I purchased some stationary as was slightly cheaper than some nearby competitors and was pleased with the range and prices on offer. I have purchased from the works before. Online shopping is available for home delivery, but cannot be certain about picking up online orders from the store. Well worth a visit if you are a student or have creative hobbies. Worth a browse for gifts and stocking fillers at Christmas.
Praszath Uthayashankar: Great choices of kids books and play things
Barry Donovan: Decent well presented branch of The Works but doesn’t have a very wide selection of books.
Kazi Juwell Abbas: A great place to buy kids gifts, stationary, toys, books, art & craft for a good bargain. Books and stationary for adults too.Kids will love spending time in there.
Be Free LIfe: Like poundland less variety
Harmanpreet Kainth: Good range of books but the toys are very cheaply made.
Kanwal Qureshi: I really like this shop they have wide range of books fit adult and children
Robert Smith: I Supprised what the works had in stock like you can get your canvases for your oil painting and the tools for using for art work in oil painting plus all the different stamps and glitter to make your birthday or Easter cards and different pencil sets you can purchase and it was he first time I went in here for a visit yesterday because I wanted to have ago making a birthday card for mum because it's her birthday very soon very friendly staff and reasonable prices that the public can buy apart from the art and craft the sell book and jigsaw puzzles I would recommend anyone to go check out all the art Craft if and like drawing sketching and painting so they've got it covered for anyone who's budding artest
Karlo Barac: Very good store, lovely staff especially a kind lady named Emma and a boy named Matt - helped with purchasing a book. Would recommend to all!!!
Emma Crook: Very cheap and good value
Joshua Geoffrey: Awesome, convenient, low prices. Friendly Staff :)

WHSmith: what do users think?
Selvi Frost: DO NOT ENTER. Despite purchasing flashcards, a member of staff who was not doing much, and just chatting with a colleague decided to chastise my friend for shaking a light up ball, as instructed to on the packet. This was unnecessary and rude, and the staff member continued to argue with us, his own customers. I should have taken my business elsewhere; perhaps an independent stationer like Suttles in New Malden. Enter at your own risk.
Oliver W: Rude Service
Natasha: Thought I'd walked into a Card Factory. 7 aisle of cards and no pens for sale other than two multi packs of sharpies. Ridiculous.
Valerie Speller: Unfortunately we were unable to find a diary suitable for our needs
geeg :D: Delilah was amazing
Ian Sibley: £9 for two cards and you can't have a simple paper bag to keep them clean! Never again.
James Sturges: Everything youd expect from WHSmith
N C: Nice large shop on two floors
GoogleUser: Came looking for a specific book, was having trouble so asked for help from an employee. Got a really cold and uninterested reply that they didn't have the book (even though I'd seen it online), so I asked if there was a stock system we could check together and again got a blunt reply that they didn't have it. Employee seemed really uninterested and like they couldn't be bothered. Went to Waterstones instead and an employee there saw I was struggling to find the book so they made a point of asking if I needed help before I went looking for it. I left Waterstones with my purchase and couldn't have been happier. Even though I paid a little bit extra, it was worth every penny. Won't be using WHSmith anymore.
Mira Stefan: The shop is tidy and I received great customer service, especially from one of the staff members who went the extra mile to make my journey to the shop worthwhile.
luckybandit_: On the weekends I went to WHSmith Kingston with my children to buy stationary. I couldn’t find the right type of stationary on the shop floor however a young lad with glasses went above and beyond to get some for my children from the stock room. He was very polite and professional.Excellent customer service!
Becky Wilding: Helpful staff
Sue Self: Colleagues are very helpful
General Rashidi: Very friendly staff
mihai valcu: Ok
Alfie Allum-Hill: Great store
Lidia Rizzo: All good you can get anything, school books, reading books, art supplies, snacks, school supplies. However most of the things there are pretty expenesive.
Ahmed Lashin: Always a pleasure to visit this branch in Kingston.
Dawood rehman: Really nicely laid out. Didnt feel congested even when it was busy.
Mareike Mauelshagen: Great store, lots of different products, great offers
Mark Hurst: Great books still and choice of magazines

Ryman Stationery: what do users think?
Trevor H: Very good service from Amanda at the print desk.
Lizzie Grob: Amanda was great really helpful and quick!
Maureen Howard: Top praise for Amanda at the Ryman store at Kingston Eden Walk. Extremely helpful not just to me, but to other customers too. Her patient, kindly manner in dealing with an onerous task was one of the top shopping experience I ever had. Thank you so much.
Andrew Barwick: Remarkably helpful sales lady in Rymans (Kingston on Thames) yesterday afternoon. She went to a lot of trouble to find the correct size name badges for me and even provided a few elastic bands. A very nice experience - thanks.
Suraya Khan: Friendly service + good selection of stationery = all good ✏📝✒🖊
Rafi Ahmad: We went with our family and the person in the shop called Chloe was very helpful and really friendly. She provided us with outstanding customer service. Very impressed!
Jonathan: Professional knowledgeable helpful staff especially Chloe
Pamela Lister: Good stationery supplies
Trudy Clayton: Good shop, well laid out and well stocked, surprised by the amount of products they sell.
Andrew Brooks: When did stationery prices rocket so high! I suspect it is stationery shops trying to cash-in on the tail end of the pandemic where people are working from home more.
Maria Gallego: Good
Tom Barker: Stock of folders at a minimum
Ashwath Purushotham: We went to get my Google Pixel 6 couriered to Google via DHL. The whole experience was very smooth. Then we explored the store and found that lots of stationery items are available. The staff is super friendly and I really appreciate their time and kindness. Even if they don't know something, they try hard to assist you and guide you in the best way possible.
wojciech kurdziel: Czasami Moana trafić na ciekawe promocje.
Anita Randall: Very good service, affordable copying.Very helpful young man.
Michael Seddon: Very helpful and friendly chatty lady staff member.
Waqas Ahmad Sheikh: Very well organised store. Its the best store if you want to get any stationary item, office work accessories including printers, scanners, cables like hdmi, USB, Docks etc. They have a range of folders even the big rectangular ones which are used by professionals to present slides like you do in PowerPoint so it can be used to store and present picture collages of clinical cases and degree certificates which are usually longer in length. They also have metal folder safe boxes both analog and digital. Various sizes of strong plastic boxes with secured lids for storage of office documents, folders, books, manuals or even heaps of toys or other household items. They have printing and binding facilities and amazingly they have both incoming and outgoing facilities for DHL which is a big plus point. Laptop bags are also present. Painting canvas storage cylinder made of strong cardboard with lids is also present. It's a five star stationery shop. Recommended.
Angel L. Q.: Not sure why the other person's review was taken down (The one that worked there). The managers are ableist and treats their staff like they don't matter (To the point of encouraging customers to ask the staff of their medical history. I witnessed a customer ask a girl with a cane "What did you do to your leg?", her saying "Nothing" (Clearly uncomfortable to talk about her accident or whatever), there being silence of the customer wanting an answer as to why the staff member is disabled, and one of the managers saying something along the lines of "We love to see the customers caring for our staff." I have no clue how intrusive that must have been for the girl and if she got asked that often. The staff get little to no training which is why the service is so slow. The service is so slow because the staff don't actually know what they're doing if they've only worked there for a few months. It's not the fault of staff, it's the fault of management.
Leon Blade: Not to bad can be a little expensive but who is not these days
Kalapacs Csaba: Nagyon kedves segítőkész eladók. Bő választék és ami fontos jó árak.
Sandy Sullivan: Although busy staff were very helpful.
