Warhammer: what do users think?
Nikko De Guzman: Very friendly staff and supports you without hard sell tactics. Knowledgeable with the products.
Felicity Marfe: The staff are always so helpful and friendly. Great shop
Jamil Al-Yaqubi: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can tell that these guys are into the hobby, by how much passion and patience they have with people, be they newbies or seasoned players. They are especially good with children, showing them how to build and paint their first mini (figure) and how to play the game. If you are new to the worlds of Warhammer, or have never experienced them, then I highly suggest popping in and getting a feel for the various games. The staff will help you decide which game best suits your style and experience level.
Khristian Rawlings: Main London store for games workshop with a fantastic team and extended range of products available.
Ricky B: Awesome
Douglas: I've been coming here for 22 years and it's just as exciting going in today as it was the first time. Well worth a visit even if you've never tried before. Friendly staff and you can paint a model or play the game for free.
Mike Seymour: Great store. Just fantastic. So I have been into warhammer my entire life.I left the hobby for a long while, but like many others got back in during the pandemic.I was ordering online, but popping in to the store made me remember what I was missing.Especially talking to Laura, absolute credit to the company, really passionate about the hobby. And best of all, I didnt get the power pressure sales rammed down my throat. So I ended up being very happy with my purchase, rather than feeling like I'd been beaten into it.(something that sadly, can happen in some Warhammer stores).Easy easy 5 stars.
C A: Great store, one of the best ones in London by a fair margin. Excellent clutch of managers over the years (Joey, Dave) and always space to enjoy hobby. 10/10
Piers Pearson: My fiancè and I went in today to try out the model of the month. The store manager made things extremely awkward for us. We just started collecting and weren't aware that you couldn't receive the model of the month if you are already collecting the army. That's fine as we didn't realise this, however the store manager was extremely patronising and did not make us feel welcome as beginners in the hobby. Very disappointing considering we have spent money at the store previously.
Ελενη Βλαχακη: Staff always smiling and always welcoming
Adrian Green: As my first experience of a Warhammer store I have to say I was a little dissapointed. Rather small store with limited selection and really rather quiet, despite Christmas being just days away. The staff however were the highlight. Exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to help with what you needed and has a keen knowledge of what they did (and did not) have in stock which made shopping a breeze. Had a lovely display up as well, which was appreciated.
Kristina Vi: Great shop
richard newman: Ok but got very expensive over time but you pay for what you get
Gavin: Popped in for some new paint brushes and got some excellent advice on which would work best with the new contrast paints.
manel marrero parron: It was great and the shopkeeper was really kind
Nunoxp Pinote: Got a personal class into the 40k universe.Amazing
Jedi Wifey: Dave from the Kingston Warhammer branch is an awesome human being! Very informative, super friendly and incredibly helpful! A fountain of knowledge! Clean, neat, tidy shop with fantastic range of products. Will most certainly be visiting again. Luv Rosie xx
Byron Tunnell: Great shop friendly helpful staff
robert grant: Prices high
Ben Watson: Super friendly and inviting atmosphere. Too many models and not enough money to buy them all.
Daniel Thornton: Amazing service and attention to detail. These guys know how to get you started offering helpful, friendly advice.

CeX: what do users think?
Arie Darbandi: Most staff are very helpful one of them isn't. Most likely he is the manager
Adriana G: Friendly and helpful staff. I came in to sell my item here after a poor experience at a different Cex store - the service here was great! It didn’t take long to get my item checked over, which was also a plus. Thank you :)
Станимир Георгиев: Good store but the staff most of the time is incompetent and the website has really bad support
Keith Galloway: Only looked in to see if they sold what I needed.
Jerin James: Easy deals for a second hand selection
peter ewbank: It a Great place loads of games and great staff..I restocking on DVDs Discovering series like Trueblood,Skins,Walking dead,Game of thrones, life on Mars, Luther..
Pip Jones: It’s an okay store, good variety of stuff but the service could be faster and there’s an odd smell in the store, maybe it’s all the second hand stuff? But plug in a couple of those electric air freshener things at least
Matthew Green: Magic m8, good selection and a cool team. Dazza is a star
samantha brown: Alway friendly and helpful
Michael Hudson: Wouldn't sell anything here to be honest.Has a few good movies and some other stuff
Luke Brock: Learn to do charity shop and second hand arbitrage for trade in with these shops and your laughing! you can trade in games that cost you £1 for £5+ and build a gaming collection on the cheap.Staff nit pick heavily though and find any reason not to accept games so be selective and learn the things they look for as to avoid sunk cost on "unacceptable games". E.g lazer burn on the edge of discs or deep scratches. I've been burned by this one a few times if you can pardon the pun.The selection in this particular branch is rather extensive and ranges in price from daylight robbery of the consumer to a bargain deal if you know what to look for.Honestly the staff are generally the same nerds that play said games which is great if you need a recommendation or help. But useless if you need anything done with a sense of urgency as the two that served me had clearly came back from a toke on the devil's lettuce and stunk of the stuff. Not the worst cex by any stretch but room for improvement for sure.
John Tindall: I never go to Kingston without popping into CEX. I've picked up some great gear here over the years and have sold some stuff. It's pretty well central and next to Wetherspoons for a swift pint and lunch.
Tim Ward: Probably my favourite shop
Terry Phan (OriginalReviewer89): Nice staff and a lovely collection of games and movies
Alex Koh: It doesn’t smell funny!Every CEX I have been smells like the garbage pit but this one is fine. Great staff and there is plenty to man the counter to avoid long ques compared to other places.Only issue is that you can’t find any hidden gems or things you need. So this shop ends up as a returns Cex base for me as I get my stuff online.
Nicola Els: Friendly staff and a great selection of secondhand tech, but some of the equipment could do with a general cleaning. We bought an Xbox controller and the amount of grime on that thing was beyond disgusting. The place could also do with some improved ventilation.
Martin Warner: Bought a used ipad. The staff member was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions and explain the product.
Leon Hady: Just super for what it is, staff are always interested in what they do and the stuff around.Like you’ll be having a conversation with one of them about a game or console and another just jumps in on stuff and adds third knowledgeBeing here and speaking to staff is like being in a stack overflow forum - that’s a good thing
Michael Hammami: Processed refund no issues at all, very friendly staff
Twana Karim: Very rude staff and bad service I’m so disappointed the way they treated their customers I don’t recommend it at all
Formula Fan Deluxe: Cute staff

The Entertainer: what do users think?
Connoisseur: Highly recommended.Big fan of Entertainer, loads of cheap toys with nice staff. Their staff are always from such diverse backgrounds. I also appreciate the Christian background of this company where they close on a Sunday. Most businesses are money grabbers and with Sunday being the second busiest day in the retail week, this company puts morales and staff in front of profits.
Dana Glaiel: Always a great selection, good proces, good offers
Stella Baldock: Great service and very helpful xxx will use them again xx
Jay Bhatt: Good Stuff and reasonable price
Raspberry Fluff: Lovely shop lovely staff member
M H: Amazing people working at this store! Really enthusiastic and go above and beyond to satisfy! Best toy shop around!!! Thank you!
Lesley Shuter: Love going there, always clean and tidy, with amazing choices at all levels of cost, so you can always find something within your budget
Alan Lanes: Lots of variety for all kids ages, soe good cheap ish buys
Chris Berry: Busy store. Went xmas shopping.
A B: The worse shop you can ever buy.Avoid at all costs.I’ve had a terrible experience yesterday. My little one bought a toy ,that I would say dangerous to use for 3 yr old. It pinched his finger twice and hurt so badly that he was terrified to play with again. The pieces wouldn’t close properly ,it was a struggle to put it together,so we took it back ,and the manager refused to refund because it wasn’t faulty, although it was almost impossible to close.Despite spending 17£and trying to explain the reason why I return they totally refused to take it back. Will never go back again, that’s for sure. There’s no customer service in this place and definitely no returns accepted.
Terry Phan (OriginalReviewer89): Very nice place that has an amazing collection of toys. I love the toys there and staff are very friendly. Has a unique collection of toys you can choose from but the thing is that it isn't open on Sunday which is a shame but other than that I would recommend The Entertainer!
Janet Rice: No stock.... And some of the pricing was ridiculous
Aileen Tingley: There was everything you could want here. A queue but moved quickly very nice staff.
Joanna Malinowska: Great service and very busy shop before Christmas 🎄
Amr Gawish: Went in the busiest day ever, but the staff on the counter makes it worth your while.
Sanita Heidemane: Helpful staff, lot of toy's for all ages
Maria Gallego: Muy organizada
Matt Batten: Great place to get young kids toys. Good selection.
Viv Irvine: Brilliant toy shop...so much choice and reasonable prices.
L A: Lovely staff and great selection but omg some of the prices are out of control. Most toys are like £28 or more.
Malek Nasser: Great selection of toys and friendly staff.
