kaarin scanlan: Noura is a wonderful restaurant that capably strikes a balance between being a luxurious setting for a special occasion or a cosy setting for an intimate dinner. The decor is wonderful and the food is Lebanese at its best. What stands Noura apart are its excellent hosts, Mounir is an outstanding host and a consummate sommelier. He ensures that the service is impeccable and that everyone is well catered for.
Ingrid Shayji-Kindred: Food and service were amazing. Moneer, our server was amazing and entertaining. We were there for my 60th birthday. We selected 6 different starters to share, a balanced combo mezza of warm and cold dishes served with delicious bread and Arak . Mains , lamb shank, cutlets, fish and lamb chawarma were also so succulent and flavored perfectly with a nice bottle of bubbly. As a lovely surprise chef Ahmed made 3 mini cakes served with a candle….don’t forget their special ice cream and baklava.They played and sang happy birthday to me. Assistant chef Hani was fantastic as well. All in all a wonderful experience and we will be back again soon.

The food was simply outstanding, with each dish bursting with flavour and expertly prepared. I particularly enjoyed the shawarma, which was a true delight. I want to extend my gratitude to the team at Noura for providing such an incredible experience. Thank you for the amazing food!

Emily Toogood: wine when I requested a glass. Usually it would be the first wine listed by the glass, or a house wine, or at least checked before pouring the most expensive option. It was very nice, but made for an expensive lunch

The cuisine is simply delightful, with standouts like the French onion soup and calamari. Today the Lithuanian manager went the extra mile to make both me and my little daughter feel special. Brian Ferris: This is my third branch to visit and each one has been excellent and a high standard, quality of a simple breakfast of eggs Benedict and coffee.Food hot,served quickly,nice surroundings and good service by waiters.I think this is my favourite branch as it's new and has a lovely interior,it feels so comfortable,a high standard and pleasant to the eye. Definitely a convert but need to try different dishes for breakfast,they certainly looked good on their way to various tables! Highly recommended.

Kassi Darnell: , but this proved difficult for our server. We also weren’t informed that there was a QR code we could scan to split the bill ourselves. Perhaps Bill’s needs a till system that allows servers to easily split the bill based on item or servers should ask if guests will be together or separate at the start of service.

Susie R: I’ve been looking at this place for years when I come out of Kingston station and having read recent excellent reviews I took the plunge to visit and am so happy I did. We were greeted warmly by the manager and the food arrived very quickly - everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Fantastic value for money too - the bill for 2 of us including a drink and several dishes was £38 incl service. The restaurant is clean and comfortable and I shall definitely be making a return visit soon.
