Physio & More Ltd: what do users think?

Chris Ridout: I have been using Ben at Physio & More for many years to look after my back, and more recently after having two partial knee replacements.I cannot recommend highly enough the service provided by Ben and his whole team from an administrative and physio support perspective. They are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the client is fully supported while under their care - well done indeed !

Tim Husain: Been going on and off for many years for various sports and other injuries. Always very efficient at reception.Seen different physios and all been brilliant. Helped me with my back, ankle and wrist.

Dean Morley: Could not recommend Physio and More highly enough; I am a regular marathon runner and have been going here for about 15 years, with Ben Wilde and his team helping me get to the start lines on numerous occasions when I thought all hope was lost. This includes a lifetime ambition of completing my first Comrades ultra marathon, which was touch and go due to an achilles issue. Ben W worked with another member of his team to not only get me to the start, but in good enough shape to run it with relative ease.

Ian Mahoney: I’d had a long standing sports problem with tight calves. Ben Wilde systematically assessed, tested & designed a rehabilitation programme that has paid dividends in rapid time. What particularly impressed me was his positive attitude to an activity lead solution rather than sedentary static treatments. I continue to regularly train one-on-one with Ben to enhance my overall fitness levels now that my calves have never felt better. I would highly recommend Ben & this facility

kingstonbob1: and also forward appointments

Anthony Brooke: to do as told.Even if not injured I find it beneficial to pay Ben a visit for an MoT, and a good chat about rugby.

Hun Wong Joo: Back in 2020, during COVID lockdown, I had a serious nerve impingement and I was looking for a Physio who were open for business/emergency treatment.Ive find Physio and more by coincidence but I was blessed to find this place. Despite the COVID risks they’ve opened and treated patients like myself. Not only do they have qualified Physios but they have additional expertise such as Chiropractic and acupuncture. There is gym downstairs to help you get through Rehabilitation.Top recommendation!

Chris Harold: I've visited numerous Chiropractors, Osteopaths and Physios over the years but none better than Maisie Chan at Physio & More. Always come away feeling brand new. Totally agree with the other reviews about the exceptional and friendly reception team. Thank you Maisie, if Chiropractic ever becomes an Olympic event you will win the Gold Medal.

Jan Howard-Williams: Fantastic treatment from Nick for troublesome hip bursitis. From arriving in a tearful mess , I was back running normally within 8 weeks . A definite number to keep in the wallet for any sports person . Highly recommended.

Henry Stewart: This place is just great. Ben has really helped, both my elbow and the Haglunds on my ankle.

Hamish Grant: Incredible from start to finish. Ben and the team were so welcoming and really took the time to understand the depth of the pain I had, where others hadn't been able to. They were then able to put together a programme that really worked for me and supported me over the last few months back to stronger! So knowledgeable and friendly.

Jack Le Feuvre: My experiences of Physio & More have been outstanding. Very kind and responsive reception team who are great when it comes to scheduling appointments, incredibly knowledgable and personable team with an extensive field of knowledge between them. What I love is the collaboration between the team, specifically when there are sport specific injuries - they are all very personable and client focused. I would not go anywhere else. Entirely recommend

Keir Cranton: Great physio team.

Tom Greenhalf: Can’t thank Richie enough for treating my lower back pain this afternoon. Acupuncture has made it possible to function. Highly recommended!

Joe J: Been using Ben and the team for 5 years now and would highly recommend to anyone, particularly for sports injuries and rehab

Sabrina Maria: . Physio and More ensure that the treatment is in accordance with the instructions by the consultant to optimise results.I wrote this review a while ago but it was still saved as a draft. Since my treatment, we have sent several friends and family members with shoulder/back/knee problems. Everybody was delighted with the treatment. We would not go anywhere else, thank you!

Kingston Physio Group: what do users think?

Derek Mansfield: Really enjoying our reformer pilates with Melissa. Sessions always run at a pace suitable for you and considering any niggles or strain you may have. Melissa builds varied and challenging exercises which keeps it interesting. Thank you

Dilara Arin: I’ve had 3 sessions with Kush who has been very informative and caring. Very happy with the results!

Zenghui Huang: I recently had a sports massage with Kush for my back pain and was thoroughly impressed by her expertise and friendly demeanor. She skillfully addressed my specific pain areas with a perfect balance of pressure and technique, providing both relief and relaxation. She also provided some exercises to do at home. Will definitely recommend!

stephen hole: Great physio ☺️

Fouad Jazayeri: I have been seeing Mika for my shoulder pain. He has been amazing, highly recommended.

Sophie Spring: Great sports massage and felt a tonne better afterwards - Mika is great, thanks so much and will see you again soon!

Ian Haylock: Mika was brilliant in sorting out my hip, hamstring and adductor injury to get me running again - highly recommended and hands on approach 👊👊

Christopher Jenkins: Khush was superb. I had an issue with my lower back which resulted in limited mobility/flexibility and a certain amount of pain, so I couldn't run and could barely ride a bike. I started to see improvements after the first session with Khush and, after a few weeks, my body was in a much better place. Provided me with a programme to try to improve my core strength, but will definitely go back to Khush if I have any more issues.

Kim Lorrentie: Great appointment

Jean Rodriguez: I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism. The exercises I've been given have really helped. Many thanks.

SMTK (smtk): . I was seen the same day I booked which was great. Antonio is friendly relax demeanour, great for nervous patients like me. He's practical and capable with his approach. Noticeable gains in the first few sessions which was a great relief. I've had 12 sessions now and I'm back to 95% movement that last 5% needing time and remembering to do the prescribed exercise.

Carole Murphy: Kush is a great therapist. Very efficient and friendly and knew exactly how to treat the bursitis in my hips. She also recommended exercises to aid my recovery. I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone who needs excellent treatment. And the acupuncture is an absolute bonus! Thank you Kush!

Stella King: I have recently had two hip replacement operations which left me with reduced mobility. Khush helped me through this difficult time with care and encouragement. I have now regained my mobility and I am very grateful to Khush and the Kingston Physio Group.

Rex Carter: Really great treatment - would recommend!

Jonathan Daniel: I was in agony with Sciatica, with 2 visits I was cured,

piyatissa liyanage: I had few sports massage therapy sessions at Kingston Physo by physiotherapist Kush. It was brilliant and take great care to make sure the patient receives great care,

Chris Cole: Great physio, used for a number of years. Really helpful and very knowledgeable. Enabled me to play cricket at the top level after a ACL injury

roberta merlo: .I had to find someone to help me get back on my feet and quickly before the window of time when improvements on your "new joint" are still possible, was closing.I was lucky enough, to find Mika, one of the physiotherapists working for "Kingston Physio Group", conveniently located not far from where I live.He managed to help me with my recovery with weekly sessions of "hands on" soft tissue work and manual therapy to decrease my pain and increase my knee's movement made stiff by surgery.I was very lucky, because I am sure that thanks to his help the outcome of my total knee replacement was classified by the surgeons' team, as one of the most successful ever.I honestly recommend his help for any of your physiotherapy problems.

Jeanette Nieman: I was able to get a fast appt and I was very pleased with the treatment.

All Things Physio: what do users think?

Jess Dibble: . I found all things physio by chance post op, and they have been a superb find. Fantastic support and understanding from both Nuno, and now Toby who really is an expert in his field. Highly recommend!

Matthias Kunz: "Outstanding shoulder physio treatment! The therapist was knowledgeable, supportive, and tailored the exercises perfectly. Noticed a remarkable improvement in my mobility. Highly recommend their expertise!"

Catarina Bandeira Morais: After sustaining an injury I was very grateful to see Toby for treatment within 3 days of trying to book an appoitment. Very grateful that I now have some exercises I can do long term to prevent another injury.

Matt Taylor: I saw Calum at All Things Physio with a back injury - he quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what was happening and the exercises to help. He got me moving again in no time - it only took a couple of sessions and I'm back to normal. Recommended!

Susan Avenell: As always, Andreas quickly identified what was wrong and tailored his treatment specifically my needs and as a result my knee is recovering well.

Chris Smith: Excellent practice, takes good care of client and very knowledgeable.

Adriana Thomas: I went to All Things Physio after months of having a back problem and not knowing where it stemmed from. Calum quickly pinpointed where the injury was and set a programme of exercises to strengthen the muscles. After just two weeks of following the exercises he set for me I felt a big difference and I now back to my pre-injury exercise routine. Calum is friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring.

Veronica Monroy: Excellent service, Calum was brilliant, very professional and kind, he helped me to get back on track within two months! And all thanks to him. I’m very happy and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a speedy rehab.

Farida Ebrahim: My son recommended me to All things physio for my persistent knee pain.I saw Calum and his assessment was very good and thorough. Just after two sessions with him I got better, the exercise that he gave me really helped.I will highly recommend him for his exexpertise.

Gary E: , Calum diagnosed my injury in the first session, a bicep tendon injury where it inserts into the shoulder. What I like about Calum and I've seen dozens of physio's over 30 years, was he told me my recovery would take 8-10 weeks, I was hoping for 6 weeks. He explained my injury in detail so I could understand the 8-10 week recovery. He gave me better exercises than a physio I'd seen previously for the same injury and he brought in new exercises and strengthwork week by week. I didn't see Calum every week, sometimes we left it a fortnight or 3 weeks towards the end when I returned to full sport. I highly recommend Calum and will continue to use him and recommend him.

Michael Stott: Saw Calum at All Things Physio over the course of a couple of months for bicep ligament damage. Calum was able to quickly identify the problem and completely rehabilitate me during that time, adapting the exercises over the course of my recovery to improve results. Really knowledgeable and super friendly. I’ve seen a few physios now and he’s one and definitely go back to…

Hassan Abdo: Great Physio sessions with Calum Lawson. He is very knowlgable and excellent at dignaosing, working through the issue, and providinng the needed exercises and stretches to keep up with. The centre is in great location and is well equipped with acess to the gym.

feras kokash: My physio sessions were done by Calum Lawson. He is an excellent physio that helped me recover from my persistent shoulder and low back injuries. The Centre is great and well equipped.10/10 I highly recommend it.

Andrew Lynch: I had a calf injury and was treated by Calum Lawson at All Things Physio, and am very pleased with the outcome. He quickly identified the specific areas causing the problem and gave me strengthening exercises to increase the flexibility and on-going durability of the muscles in my calf. Calum has a great consultation manner, was obviously very keen to help, he is extremely personable and very assured. I am very happy with the treatment I received.

Simon Garwood: Calum is a fantastic physio, I would highly recommend his services. He was very thorough in his investigations before coming to a diagnosis. He explained everything very clearly and was able to start a treatment plan straight away.

La Femme Physio: what do users think?

Vicky Elmes: I wasn’t previously aware that this support for new mother’s existed and it is such vital care. Claire has helped me manage and significantly release the scar tissue from my C-section which has helped it heal so much more cleanly and smoothly. Having a medical specialist as gentle and understanding as Claire ensuring that my recovery is on track has been so reassuring and I’m so pleased with the way the scar has healed. I would highly recommend Claire.

Hannah Gwynn: I cannot recommend Claire highly enough. I saw her after my second pregnancy with some pelvic floor concerns. She was extremely thorough with her assessment and made me feel so comfortable and completely at ease. Claire is so knowledgeable, kind and supportive and I finally felt listened to and understood. Claire has given me my confidence to exercise back and I would urge anyone to see her!

Jen Chapman: I have been working with Claire both during and post pregnancy. She has been absolutely fantastic. She has made me feel so comfortable and at ease during examinations and listened to my concerns around symptoms. She takes time to explain what she is looking for and what potential issues are. She has tailored her advice and approach for me and known when to push me to do more vs when to be more cautious. She has given me the knowledge and confidence to return to exercising and progress what I can do without making my symptoms worse. Thank you Claire!

Trixie Kixx: I cannot recommend Claire highly enough and regularly tell any woman I know to go and see her! Particularly if they are going to or have had a baby.I saw Claire during and after pregnancy and even after some terrible birth injuries and horrendous back pain, she has helped me back to dancing, running and just existing with so much more ease, confidence and strength. She particularly helped with some tight and sore scar tissue.Claire is instantly calming and incredibly knowledgeable, you feel comfortable and supported to follow a plan to reach your goals. She is a genuine gem and I couldn’t have got through postpartum without her. Solid 5 stars.

Emma Myhill: Booked a ‘Mummy MOT’ with Claire and would HIGHLY recommend for all new mums! Had a very comprehensive assessment with follow up exercises for post-birth. Cannot recommend a post-natal check enough to anyone who has recently given birth and Claire was lovely and really put me at ease.

Ana Carolina Sauer Liberato: Claire is an amazing physio. I had an postnatal MOT with Claire and she did a very comprehensive assessment. We had follow up appointments after to check on my progress. She is very knowledgeable, explains the exercises and your body physiology with details and clarity. She gave me an exercise program that would help me achieve my health goal after pregnancy. It is not easy to find professionals that are so knowledgeable and respectful as Claire.

Michelle: Claire is amazing, she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, dont know what i would of done without her.Highly recommend.

Stephanie Atkinson: Claire is brilliant! So knowledgeable and kind… her advice and reassurance is just what every new mum needs. 100% recommend

Kate Beamish: After a vaginal birth and forceps delivery I was feeling quite low about my non existent pelvic floor and like I wouldn’t ever feel like myself again. My 6-week GP check left me feeling quite lonely and lost as I was told to ‘just Google it’. I didn’t know that a women’s health physio existed and I’m so pleased that I came across Claire via Instagram and booked the postnatal MOT. I felt so seen and listened to, and so reassured by the end of it, leaving with lots of really interesting knowledge and the confidence to embark on an structured plan to restore my pelvic floor and core muscles, so that I can get back to exercising without worry of prolapse or diastasis recti. Now I’ve had a baby I’m shocked by how little I knew about my own anatomy and physiology, and how little the hospital educated me about how to rehab my body after the birth. If you’re worried about anything I highly recommend a session - Claire is so kind and super professional and knowledgeable, I’m confident I can enjoy my mat leave now and focus on carrying my ever-heavier baby rather than the weight of my anxiety.

Rebecca Poccachard: Highly recommend La Femme Physio. From my first visit I was treated with such care and understanding. I’m a year into treatment and I feel so much better. After a complicated birth I was left with much discomfort and was told by my doctor that I wouldnt get seen or get a referral for a year post-partum. I had to find help and with La Femme I was in the best hands. I have a good understanding now of what my issue is and was even taught how to work on it myself between appointments. I can’t thank La Femme enough for helping me get back to myself.

Sarah Read: I saw Claire during my pregnancy and for rehab after my c-section to get me back into exercising post-pregnancy. Her advice was invaluable. I now feel back to my old self. I have just done my first 5k post-natal - no pelvic floor issues! I highly recommend a session just on the scar as well. I will definitely be going back to Claire if I have another baby. Cannot thank you enough Claire.

meredithloftus: Claire is extremely helpful and professional, would highly recommend to anyone looking for guidance and support with post natal recovery.

Helen Ricketts: I visited Claire regularly through my pregnancy as well as post natal. Claire is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand your issues so she can provide the best advice and treatment in a friendly and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend an appointment with Claire.

Anne-Marie McGarry: I went to Claire after having my baby and couldn’t recommend her enough. She helped me build back my confidence post pregnancy. Claire guided me through a series of exercises which made me feel stronger to get back to doing hiit. She’s absolutely fantastic!

Katie Gains: I visited Claire following the birth of my second daughter and I can't recommend her highly enough. Following a difficult birth, Claire gave me the tools to strengthen my pelvic floor and the confidence that I was doing the exercises correctly. Claire is very lovely and put me straight at ease. My sessions with Claire were invaluable and I would encourage any new mum to visit her.

Francesca Green: I cannot recommend Claire highly enough. I was aware how important physio was post birth and keen to get back to fitness in the safest and most effective way possible but didn't feel I was given any information how to when I left hospital. Thankfully I found Claire who has so clearly explained the recovery process, tailored the rehabilitation to my individual goals and post birth needs - and given me such confidence in regaining my fitness and strength. Thank you so much Claire!

Christina Brattwall: I first met Claire after giving birth to my eldest son. The exercises Claire gave me helped reverse damage and regain my strength, both physically and mentally. When I had my second baby, I therefore knew where to go, and I've kept recommending Claire to all the new mums I know. I cannot describe the benefits the exercises gave me or how much it speeded up the healing process. The fact that you need bespoke physio to recover fully from childbirth isn't widely talked about, and I am so grateful I by chance came by Claire as otherwise I would have no doubt suffered in silence. Thank you again Claire from the bottom of my heart!

Ruth Brooker Kidd: Claire has changed my life around. 3 years after having a very large boy, I still had pelvic pain, and after a few sessions with Claire I can walk and exercise pain free. I’d never thought I would look forward to seeing a Womens health physio, but spending time with Claire is such a pleasure, Im sad I don’t have an excuse to go and see her any more. I really can’t recommend her highly enough.

Tamara: I could not recommend Claire highly enough! I had an antenatal physio check up and have since been seeing Claire on a monthly basis post having a C-section. She has been instrumental in my quick recovery and helped me get back to exercise with confidence but in a safe way that suited me.She makes you feel relaxed and listened to, adjusting her approach to suit you.I look forward to our appointments every time.I never hesitate to recommend her to those around me with half of my Bump and Baby group having seen Claire post giving birth!

Charlotte Staples: Claire is a superwoman. After having my first baby a few months ago I was suffering with pelvic pain that made even walking incredibly painful. Claire solved this after one session, single-handedly improving the quality of my life and allowing me to focus on enjoying my baby. I also had the mummy MOT which gave me the tools and knowledge to heal my body properly post-birth, a must have for any new mumwhich is sadly missing from the NHS. I can’t recommend Claire enough, my only regret is that I didn’t start working with her during pregnancy.
