Ruth our vet is the most caring and professional veterinarian we have ever come across. She really deserves every commendation for the way she cared for our dear Mittens right to the end. Ellie is also a really caring and professional nurse that also cared for our cat. Just amazing service from both of them. We also love the store staff and the friendly kind service we get every time we shop there.

They don't have everything in store but can certainly help where they can. My niece and nephew love looking at all the animals, especially Minnie the Mynah bird and all the fish.

Pip Jones: Great experience - I bought my first Guinea Pig from here a few days ago. I wish I had gotten the staff members name because he was extremely helpful in explaining the housing, social and dietary needs of a Guinea Pig.I'd picked out a cage in the back staff room he showed me but went out of his way to look for an even better cage that cost less than the one I originally saw because it was bigger and had a built in hutch showing a genuine care for the happiness of the animal over profit from a more costly cage that had less for the Guinea. He helped me pick the best food, bedding and treats as well as talking me through the social needs for the animal before confirming the purchase, ensuring the Guinea had everything it needed.He was also the first to ask me if I needed anything when I entered the store first browsing.All in all it's clear this store has the welfare of their animals as their number one priority and train their staff well. Couldn't be happier and the same can be said for my Guinea Pig who is running about happy creating tunnels from hay and enjoying his favourite treat which I discovered is Tender Stem Broccoli.

Shannon: This is an amazing place, with super friendly staff. A neighbours cat dropped a goldfish in our garden, after knocking on doors to finds its home, with no success, I called pets on the parade, and asked if they would take it in. The chap I spoke with, was super friendly, and said he’d put it in his pond at home. After dropping it off, I looked around with my daughter. They have such a variety of stuff, the shop is so much bigger than it looks on the outside. Amazing and friendly service.

C M: My labradoodle Charlie is always welcomed at Creature Comforts. He gets a lovely wash, cut and general grooming. He comes out looking really smart. Sachi and her team are very friendly and helpful and I feel very blessed to benefit from the service they offer. Creature comforts is a very interesting shop to visit with lots of bird and animal treats, food and lots more. There is even a lovely sofa where you can sit if you need to wait until your dog is ready. Highly recommended.

We have always been so happy with the service provided. They are always groomed to an amazing standard and Sachi is always so friendly. The cost is so reasonable. James Hepworth: Old school village pet-shop. Good selection of pets and dry goods. Get a lot of my fish from there! Good selection and always a nice chat with the owner!
Tim Palmer: A great shop that I would guess caters to the need of almost any pet that you can think of - I've used them for my chicken and tarantula food. The owner couldn't be more helpful or polite. Watch out for the shouty parrot though. I've been going there for years, and it still catches me off guard!
Remy Lebeau: The owner Paul is well-versed in every pet you can think of and will ensure that your pet has EXACTLY what it needs. He has a genuine love for your pet as if it was his and has a sense of integrity that you cannot find with most pet stores. He has helped my dog with his diet and also will special order things strictly for your pet if need be. Highly recommend this pet shop for all your pet needs!

Not only was the owner extremely knowledgeable. He kindly dropped the hutch off to my home on his way home as i had parked to far away with my kids. It was so kind of him to do it! A large shop as most Pets at Home are, but oddly a bit short on their selection of Whiskas cat-food, for example not much in the way of big boxes of pouches in all the age ranges. Matt Lewis: Honestly i just use this place as a free "zoo" to entertain the kid when my wife is browsing in hobycraft next door. The staff know this and are perfectly happy with it. The shop is always clean and tidy - has lots of stuff for pets from cats to dogs to rabbit to hamsters to fresh water fish to reptiles.
