Fiona Allan: Absolutely awful customer service experience from a male staff member, It was such a bizarre experience that I feel this man must have personal difficulties. He should not be allowed to work on his own with the publicI was with my 78 year old mother who was requesting to take a pair of shoes back as they were too wide.Ge went on to antagonise and question why she was stupid to buy them if too wide. He was aggressive and rude, and when my mother became upset, accused her of being rude. Totally

To which I sadly had no answer!!His manner in my oppinion was totally unprofessional and I really feel that after reading the previous reviews I dont think im alone.Never plan to revisit that shop again!!!!
Natalia Doran: I phoned to make a podiatry appointment.The man was so rude and aggressive on the phone: interrupting, arguing, refusing to answer questions, that I did not even bother to make an appointment. Bizarre experience.
Sonali Bhattacharya: I went in today as I needed to buy winter boots and have painful feet. I saw the stock online and wanted to try a couple out. I was trying one which was painful on the left foot but as I said that the staff rudely said thank you and goodbye I need to attend to others and walked away with a stormy face with the boots from me. There was just one other customer in the store so it wasn't busy. I sat dumbfounded as I would have liked to try some of the other boots but was so humiliated by the man's rude behaviour I left and will never visit again. He also was rude to an elderly lady who came in while I was looking and simply asked if a particular shoe was available in other colours. Unless the staff member has some condition because of which he doesn't understand social norms, it was the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere.
C.kadar1961@me.com Albertkadar: Had an appointment for 30 foot treatment cost £45.called into the treatment room but my feet into a beday very uncomfortable with lukewarm water then she left the room and said il be back in a minute.she came back 12 minutes later which left 18 minutes to do my feet.not good at all.wil not be returning.
Jill Smith: My feet are not the same size and I wear custom made orthotics. I have, therefore, many years experience of having to adjust shoes to fit me with insoles/heel grips etc. in my left shoe. I asked whether they had any heel grips without padding. I was very rudely and abruptly told by 2 members of staff [one of whom was just passing ] that if you need a heel grip you have the wrong sized shoe. when i repeated my question they got angry and abusive. the female followed me out of the shop shouting and wagging her finger . I am not used to and do not like people shouting at me especially in a public place. this was rude and unwaranted . they should be properly trained or sacked.
Lesley Cross: My Friend and I went into the store two weeks ago and although it was busy the two female assistants were lovely and helpful, unfortunately the inner soles moulded for Her were a size too big and She was told to cut them down at the top, still didn't fit at all well and my Friends feet were painful from being scrunched up, She was told that She could take them back it they weren't suitable which is what we did today. Steven served us and from the beginning he was passive aggressive, he said the inner soles were only for trainers which we weren't told at time of purchase although he insisted we were, my Friend was very shaken with the service and although we got a refund we certainly will not refer him or use the Kingston store again, I see have to give a star to be able to post so can only give one star

Served by Fran who was wonderful, helpful, informative and able to keep my son ( who often finds social interaction and attention focussed on him very difficult ) calm and even happy to communicate with her. One star is mandatory to provide a review, but I will put them zero.I went to book an appointment and use the "free professional advice" they announce on their door.The manager didn't even say hello. I asked to see a specialist and she immediately asked me "why?"...well clearly because I have a foot problem. I detailed my situation, then the manager with a very arrogant attitude asked me if I was a runner, which I confirmed, and she immediately told me "there is nothing we can do", without even looking at my feet or nails, so if I was already a lost cause.I asked if I could see the specialist and she came forward from behind her desk and "dare" to have a look, she told me I was lucky to have the nails I have as a runner, as most of the times runners lose the entire nail and have fungi. She asked me if I wanted to book an appointment for later....which I obviously won't do.Terrible experience.

Malek bouarab: A friend of mine recommended this shop as they sell orthopaedic shoes.I went there thinking to get 2 pairs for my parents and another 2 for my in-laws ,Naturally I asked in a friendly way if by any chance they had some promotional deals or discounts.But the guy there (Manager or Owner)was really unfriendly and even arrogant which was surprisingly unusual in answering my questions.Imvgiving 1 🌟 for the service not for the quality of their products.

Masha Gerz: They have nice shoes but the service is awful! We walked in and there was two customers apart from us and three sales assistants. Every five minutes they stopped listening to customers and began talking to each other about loosing a boot or that they put it in the wrong box. Took half an hour to get someone to bring me the size I wanted, and when I wanted to pay the shop worker left to chatter to other workers in the office! It was comic to some extent, watching three shop workers 'loosing a boot' or misplacing them all the time, but got frustrating

I realise it's not his fault personally but I made a special trip and it was a waste of time. what's the point of a "specialist" shop when they don't know about common foot complaints?

Lois Rogers: I first registered here in 1994 I think. I moved away and have since come back. I can honestly say it is better than any GP practice I have used. Really efficient, nice people
Frankie Price: I've been at Canbury medical centre a few years now. Honestly the best practise I have been a part of. Their reply times are fantastic, their staff are pleasant and friendly. Would recommend if you're in the catchment area!
Louise Hill: We have been with the practice for eight years and the doctors are absolutely brilliant. Canbury is particularly good at seeing young children at short notice. The booking system is easy and the reception staff and helpful. At a time when people are struggling to get face to face appointments, I cannot fault Canbury.
Cathy Hadden: I have been a patient at this surgery since 2016 and wanted to say how helpful, supportive & efficient every GP and staff member have been. I saw Dr Shah this morning and he was so understanding and explained everything so well which I think is so important. I feel so grateful to have such a wonderful team looking after me. I would recommend anyone joining the surgery.
Eleanor Hall: Incredibly helpful and responsive practice. The GPs we have seen are genuinely caring.No problem getting an appointment urgently when we have needed one. Good online request system and telephone consulting where appropriate.
Matt Coales: Canbury Medical Centre is a fantastic GP surgery. Our family has had a lot of health issues this year and they have provided a consistently brilliant service for all of us, on many occasions greatly exceeding our expectations. Naseer Yousafzai: Unprofessional Doctors specially Dr Shah Dr Statham & Dr Carver, Receptionists are very rude & lazy useless unprofessional staffs, GPs landline is very bad never receiving a call from Doctor,It’s better to stay sick at home,I'm registered with my family about for more then 4 years,I went & asked the receptionist about the HM Passport Identity Check for my daughter British Passport renewal to do but the lady which is assistant practice manager Anna Matlali refused to do she said that we are not doing it, I asked them does it says in GPs surgery policy, She told me that it’s not written in the policy I asked them then what’s the problem with it, She Anna Matlali become aggressive to me & started to shout on me they called Dr Shah, Dr Shah was very aggressively & angry on me without my explanation to him he denied & refused it too,The Dr & the receptionist kicked me out of the surgery,I had an extremely bad experience at this surgery there behaviour towards me was un acceptable,If the School & HM Passort Office telling me to do it Identity Check in your GP surgery so why they are refusing to do it,Completely frustrated,

However the last few times I’ve had to deal with them they don’t follow the simple things put on the appointment request forms. Not available in the morning so they then make your appointment in the morning? Then proceed to complain about the high level of missed appointments, how does that work?
E M: Doctors are great but the admin team are unprofessional. It never used to be like this, they used to be very good and I used to recommend the practice however I won't be doing that again.The admin is one star or less -the doctors are 5 stars. I wonder how the staff speak to vulnerable people I hate to think.
Pete Vine: Poor service (e.g. lost hospital discharge forms, don’t see you in line with hospital guidance), unhelpful reception staff (e.g. refuse to help you book appointment over phone on Friday afternoon, even though ‘online team’ had already logged off… so will need to wait until Monday), limited opening hours. Used to be much better… shame.

I’m not sure who was dealing with my request today but they were able to register me promptly and book an appointment for tomorrow which is the best service I have had from any GP ever.
