Always able to get an appointment by using the online request system which I think is great. The repeat prescription requests I put through via the NHS app are approved quickly. Convenient to have the chemist next door.

David Hunter: Feeling compelled to write a review to give a bit of balance here. I truly don't recognise half the issues people seem to have had with Churchill Medical Centre. I find them kind, efficient and proactive - especially getting sms msgs for various service delivery reasons. I've had reason to see a Dr and a Nurse there in the past few years and both experiences were fine.

Graham McDonald: I have only good things to say about the Churchill. Following an accident during Covid I have had to use the GP far more than normal. Appointments easy to make, advice and follow-up both good. Calls for vaccinations and health checks are timely. Hard to see what they could do better.

Maria Kroczynska: I think the reviews online are a bit mean and unfair. This practice is actually alright from my experience. They will have a hiccup every now and then but that’s just normal considering the state of NHS in current days. Overall this is the best practice I have been with in London.

Katie Greenwood: This surgery is part of a 3 practice group, with two locations in Kingston and one in Surbiton.I have never had a bad experience here. Booking is done through an online triage service which is quick and simple to use and you are responded to promptly.The doctors, pharmacist and specialists are extremely thorough and make you feel at ease.

Tim Husain: Amazing hospital, outstanding service.I have been here quite a few times in the last 12 years for various issues and had two operations under general anaesthetic, ankle surgery and wisdom teeth removal.Also been to see consultants for other issues. All the staff are very friendly, pleasant and helpful and appointments are prompt. Great aftercare too.

Tracy Johnston: I came as a new patient to see Dr Lowry Bailey after a recommendation from someone I had crossed paths with at my work .I booked an extended face to face appointment as I had a few things I had wanted to discuss .Dr Bailey listened without interruption and was clearly interested in what I had to say as she has a very keen interest in Menopause and its symptoms .For the last 6 months to a year I have felt not like myself , tired all the time , have hot flushes of my cheeks , have suffered weight gain for no apparent reason ,have mood swings and generally felt yuk !I had been put on HRT gel by my own GP but had no follow up on it at all .I have no desire to bash the NHS as I think it’s an amazing service and a very over stretched one at that but I just didn’t feel I was making any headway nor was I feeling any better after repeated trips back to see my GP about this issue so I booked an appointment online to see Dr Bailey the next day .. and blimey was it worth it !After a few blood tests I got the results the very next day and I can’t tell you how happy I am !I have a clear plan going forward and feel I am in the best hands ever !THANK YOU Dr Bailey for being so kind and caring and for getting me on the right path ..You are amazing ⭐️

Anna Sigler: I had a mole removed from my upper lip recently with Dr Misch. My experience was excellent. He is professional and caring. Exactly what you want from a doctor! I felt fully informed prior to the procedure and the procedure itself was quick and went fine. Thanks to the lovely Sister who let me squeeze her hand as the local was administered! Follow up appointment was also excellent.I’d also like to mention the reception staff who were very welcoming also.Top class service.

Priscilla Conti: I was admitted yesterday at the New Victoria Hospital for a nose surgery and it was my second time, as I previously, back in 2021 I had a major surgery for breast cancer. Obviously not gonna discuss about the facilities, as pretty much amazing to me, clean, staff helpful since the moment you walk to the reception. My feedback goes to the monitor team at the day unit, where the efficiency and the politely attitude of the staff is above expectations. Not to mention that, it was destiny that I got Myna as my nurse monitoring me before operation and after. A destiny yes, because she was also my nurse back in 2021 when I had my breast cancer surgery as I remembered her name. Thank you so much Myna as we could have conversations about everything to ensure I was fine and all well.

Alexandra Simmons: I came to New Victoria for an operation with MYA, and all I can say is WOW, the room I stayed in was beautiful for a start. The care was impeccable, I was made to feel at ease the entire time and made to feel a priority by each person that saw me. I cannot rate the nurses high enough who checked on me, everyone was so friendly and attentive, definitely went above and beyond! I even left my phone charger there and thought that I’d never see that again, the next day after arriving home it was posted through my door, I couldn’t believe it but was so grateful. Just want to say a big thank you to everyone there who saw me, from the receptionist, to the lady who walked me to my room, to every nurse that checked on me, the doctors, the anaesthetist, the catering staff…the list goes on, I was made to feel so calm and at ease. Thank you!

Robert MacPhail: Having been forced by NHS delay, obfuscation and total lack of concern, my wife took the option of having her operation here. Thank goodness for our private medical insurance. This hospital was superb. The staff were very sympathetic and helpful. The facilities were excellent. The whole experience showed us what we are missing in public medicine. Why on earth have we let this happen?
