Boyana Pashova: 10 days ago I booked a phone consultation and receptionist didn’t asked for my name, but only said my appointment it’s booked and they didn’t called me back. So I have ended in emergency 🚨 also , many times when I am 1/2/3rd in line the phone is shut and I have to try again and it’s happening same. I read here a reviews and I see I am not the only one. …. Also, when I went to emergency or private doctors I have been told that there is need of referrals that I was never getting from this clinic, doctors were just giving me medications and that’s all!!!! Once I was with really nice GP who paid attention on me

Ana Garcia: Recently moved out of the are and I think the worst of moving out is having to change my GP. I've been with this GP for 2 years and can't say enough good words. Many times I went there it was with a different doctor and all of them were amazing, very comprehensive and patient in explaining everything and making sure that you understand. I'll truly miss you but keep up with the amazing work, this is how every gp around the country should be, you're setting an example!

Gabriela L: The doctors are absolutely fantastic, probably the best I've ever experienced. The problem is to get through to them. You have to call at 8am not a second late, wait over 30min on the phone in a queue only to hear there are no appointments left, call again tomorrow. I have been calling for 2 days, waiting 40min and 35min respectively - still no chance of getting an appointment. Voicing my frustrations I have been offered to register for an online booking system (first time I've heard of this in 4 years) and with this to try my luck again the following day. My 3yo is vomiting and every extra day to book him to be seen makes me beyond helpless. The receptionist cuts you off in a middle of your sentence. Understaffed? Very.
Gloria Campbell: I recently attended the Physiotherapy Department at the KHC seeking advice to improving my levels of strength and mobility after a period of inactivity. Following a discussion and thorough assessment of my needs I was given an exercise plan which was clearly explained to me and supported by an excellent online resource. The Physiotherapy Team at KHC are clearly highly skilled and dedicated practitioners and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing to improve their health and well being.

Philippa Lacey: I cant recommend Dr Kalia enough!! He replied to my email on a Sunday and then moved heaven and earth to get my Mum a prescription filled, which took time, patiences and a willingness to really help. I am so grateful to him. I wish there were more like him!

Dr Kalia immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed so that I was able to really discuss my concerns in detail. He was thorough in doing an assessment and helpful in identifying suitable steps forward. Having had poor service from my NHS GP for so long I had taken this to be the norm. I wish I had gone to see Dr Kalia months ago instead of worrying about the problem and not being listened to by my NHS GP. The White Hart Clinic is also a very pleasant and comfortable environment. The reception staff are helpful and this makes for an overall good experience. I would recommend Dr Kalia to family and friends and not think twice to book an appointment with him if I needed his services again.

Yulia Konovalchuk: Very supportive and polite receptionists who've been helping me with all my queries for the last few years. I am always able to get the appointment the same day if it's urgent or book the routine appointment as soon as possible and they managed all my enquiries very well. Very good and skilled GPs and nurses, so I am really happy to be registered here, highly recommend.

There is no understanding of an emergency and all you get is “call back tomorrow to try to get an appointment or a telephone call” or “to call 111”.There seems to be no duty of care towards patients who are in an emergency but not requiring A&E.Asked to speak to a manager and I have to fill out a feedback form to get in touch.
Ammo Singh: They have forms to fill for everything but they switch them off when they are closed and even when they are open they switch them off when they have reached some random number, which usually happens around 11am. That means if you want to request a repeat prescription or have an admin question, you have to do it in a very short period between 8 and 11.Appointments are extremely difficult to get and are usually several days away.I filled the form with one health issue and got a message back saying they would call in the evening. I never heard back again.When I moved here I needed some inhalers I've had on repeat for years and two stopped working so was running low. I was struggling to get an appointment and it wasn't on repeat here so I rang and asked what could be done urgently and the receptionist was very rude and just said its my fault if I run out so they can't help me. They said to send a message and it might be looked it and gave no other advice. I got the medicine a few days later which is the longest it's ever taken.I also have concerns that the group also own the other surgeries near me so I have no choice to switch.

Cici: 1 star is far too generous. No other choice but to use this practice due to my family members disability . Truly abysmal. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional surgery in my life. The lack of patient care is astounding. The receptionist sounds half asleep and is quick to hurry you off the phone without carefully listening to what you need. Their phone directory is out of date, which was a hindrance, as it meant I had to chase down current phones numbers instead. The worst part is the receptionist didn't even attempt to help with getting the contact I needed despite the fact that they are part of the medical team and should have updated their details! Months upon months of waiting for new home medics equipment. A lot of negligence, I'm honestly flabbergasted they're still an open practice. You would think with all the horrid reviews they would fix up their work ethics, but it seems they couldn't give a monkeys. Disgraceful. Avoid if you can.
DEBBIE LOCK: My husband and I joined this surgery last year and I am not overly impressed. Yhe receptionists don't answer the phone all the time. When you do get through there are no appointments available. I had to go into the surgery and make an appointment as they didn't answer the phone. There is no answer machine to leave a message. The nurse was rude to me when I had my flu jab.
Bell: Worst surgery ever, I phoned in from 8am from when they opened, called every second and nobody’s answered. When I finally got through they said they were fully booked. I don’t understand how others got through and I didn’t after calling so many times. Receptionists are very rude and don’t have any consideration for others, clearly do not like their job!

A very very unhappy patient and will look possibly to changing to different surgery as there has been number of issues this seems to be ongoing problem.

Layla: I’ve been a patient here for over 2 years and never had anything but wonderful experiences. The reception staff are wonderful, friendly and kind. The doctors I’ve seen have been some of the best I’ve ever had. Kind and give you patience and are pro active. I really appreciate having female doctors and I’ve seen all three of the female doctors at this surgery and all are wonderful and put me at ease. This is the best surgery I’ve been to and I feel safe and looked after there.
L M: Unbelievably rude and patronising reception staff on the front desk today, has zero customer service experience or understanding of how to talk to people like a normal human being. Went in to complete a registration and she was so hostile, told me ‘well you’re not on the system as a new registration’, so I showed her the email I received saying to bring in my passport to complete registration, she then told me ‘I don’t have time to deal with this, write your details down’ and I said I needed to complete it today and then try to get an urgent appointment this week as I am suffering with painful sinusitis infection, she then looked at me with this rude expression and remarked ‘we are going round and round in circles’ - seriously who treats patients like this? She clearly has issues and should not be working in a customer facing role, she was horrible and unprofessional, I left in tears.

Anti Antono: I've been a patient here for at least 6 years and the service has been consistently good. Everyone I see here -- the reception staff, nurse, GPs -- are all friendly, attentive and respectful. Since the pandemic they seem to be a bit busier, but for minor issues I usually can get a phone consultation within a few days. I hope the online service will be better in the future, it's convenient for admin tasks like getting test results and booking appointments.

Sisi Doneva: Postcode descrimination. According to the NHS find a GP website this practise serves our area but apperantly they have decided since last year not to. We filled in all documents, went there at opening at 8am only to be told we are too busy come back at 9am. Ok we came back to be told come back at 11am. We said we can't as we have work and then were told we can't register you. We showed them the NHS site clearly shows them as an option for our postcode but were still turned away. Now it could be because we are not English or they just want only central posh Chiswick but it was descrimination none the less. The receptionist Rose was particularly unhelpful and clearly just wanted to get rid of us. We will be reporting this to the NHS trust and raising an official complaint. You can't just decide on changing your catchment area without informing the NHS.

I was promised that Doctor would return my call on Friday as I’d run out of medication, no call back. Call first thing Monday after a weekend of severe withdrawal symptoms and both ladies did not want to hear me out or listen or help. Just claiming its not urgent and to call back later. They hung up on me twice and have left me crying in a state not knowing what to do or where to go for help.

The Ck: Been a patient here for 6 years. I have never waited longer than 2-3 days to see a doctor, and for emergencies just went to the urgent care walk in at the hospital. Often helps to let them know you are flexible and can show up if there is a last minute cancellation. Reception staff are LOVELY. And my GP Dr Syed is awesome - practical, rational, helpful and sympathetic.

I have been with this practice for 8 years and I have raved to anyone and everyone who moans about GPs and the NHS. I have always had great experiences with the doctors and the staff have been so personable, kind and professional. There are very few things i would feel so passionate and confident to give such high praise for.
