Brian Ferris: This is my third branch to visit and each one has been excellent and a high standard, quality of a simple breakfast of eggs Benedict and coffee.Food hot,served quickly,nice surroundings and good service by waiters.I think this is my favourite branch as it's new and has a lovely interior,it feels so comfortable,a high standard and pleasant to the eye. Definitely a convert but need to try different dishes for breakfast,they certainly looked good on their way to various tables! Highly recommended.

Kassi Darnell: , but this proved difficult for our server. We also weren’t informed that there was a QR code we could scan to split the bill ourselves. Perhaps Bill’s needs a till system that allows servers to easily split the bill based on item or servers should ask if guests will be together or separate at the start of service.

Stephen: The platter was tasty and fresh, generous calamari and shrimp portions. Soft shell crab was nice as was the brisket and fatty burnt ends. Easily feed 3/4 ppl. Had to do takeout. The chicken skin was not great, laced with lots of msg seasoning not that nice.Will return for the side dishes next time. With more ppl!!

All the sauces have a nice distinct flavor without the feeling of being weak or generic which adds to the experience.Come early on weekdays for dinner to avoid the long queue, though the queue seems to be all day long on the weekend. There's a good chance you'll be eating the leftovers as a second meal thanks to the generous portions.All the servers we have had were delightful, including Maria today

Kathleen Ford: Jackson and his team are the dream team, nothing is too much trouble, we had the best night, the food was incredible, they were on top of serving drinks and making sure we were having a good time. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a while, so accommodating, welcoming and the whole team were so friendly and helpful, too marks!

She sang as she took our order, she sang as she brought our food. And she most certainly as we left the restaurant. I have never met anyone as lovely as Leah. Atmosphere is only a 5 because Leah made me feel like I was at a theatre.

Lauren Wilsher: I'd never visited Hachè before the beginning of the year and I've now been 4 times, most recently for a family meal to celebrate my birthday. The food and drink was amazing as always; the Steak Canadien burger is especially a hit with my family and the blueberry and lavender lemonade is my personal favourite. The fries are always perfectly crispy and the steaks are always cooked just how you ask. The atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful regardless of whether it's busy or quiet and the staff are always very welcoming. A special shout out to Ashley, who made my birthday meal so effortless, she's amazing!

Service was good and the atmosphere for a Monday night was buzzing with a good vibe.Portions are really good size and we had no complaints from out party of 9 - we all had starters and mains.There is multi storey parking nearby but be warned for large cars spaces and turning circles are tight.Nice food and good service will return!

The decor is wonderful and the food is Lebanese at its best. What stands Noura apart are its excellent hosts, Mounir is an outstanding host and a consummate sommelier. He ensures that the service is impeccable and that everyone is well catered for.
Ingrid Shayji-Kindred: Food and service were amazing. Moneer, our server was amazing and entertaining. We were there for my 60th birthday. We selected 6 different starters to share, a balanced combo mezza of warm and cold dishes served with delicious bread and Arak . Mains , lamb shank, cutlets, fish and lamb chawarma were also so succulent and flavored perfectly with a nice bottle of bubbly. As a lovely surprise chef Ahmed made 3 mini cakes served with a candle….don’t forget their special ice cream and baklava.They played and sang happy birthday to me. Assistant chef Hani was fantastic as well. All in all a wonderful experience and we will be back again soon.

Susie R: I’ve been looking at this place for years when I come out of Kingston station and having read recent excellent reviews I took the plunge to visit and am so happy I did. We were greeted warmly by the manager and the food arrived very quickly - everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Fantastic value for money too - the bill for 2 of us including a drink and several dishes was £38 incl service. The restaurant is clean and comfortable and I shall definitely be making a return visit soon.
