Holly Sadler: I went in today to buy my monthly whey protein supply and I overheard a conversation between a customer and a staff member called Cameron. The customer was inquiring about "diet protein" and as someone who has recently lost a lot of weight and is now helping others do the same, it was absolutely refreshing to hear Cameron kindly and patiently educate the customer about caloric deficit and good nutrition, instead of trying to push a product.I purchased my whey at the till and was served by Georgia who was very friendly and professional. And I enquired with her if management was available so I could put in a good word, Elise was able to put me on the right track, and now I'd like to share this so others can see too!

Carmen McTernan: I’ve had 3 piercings done there so far, Chloe did two of them and she’s amazing- very calm, takes her time to give advice and talk you through the options. My daughter had her second ear lobe piercings done there too, by Lauren, who was great as well. Would highly recommend as they know what they’re doing there. And the jewellery is lovely too of course!

When it wasn’t possible or the best option she gave me a couple of alternatives which actually worked out perfectly for me. This piercing has a lot of meaning to me and so it’s a forever piercing!

Sabrina: I went to the Fenwick store in Kingston to purchase makeup and didn’t really know much about makeup and what my shade was.Aniko at Chanel was very helpful in helping me find the right foundation shade for the Ultra Le Teint Fluide foundation which blends seamlessly into your skin hydrating it and leaving a natural finish.Aniko made me feel very comfortable and was more than happy to answer any questions I have on makeup giving me advice. Her manager was also very kind and friendly. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase makeup whether it’s for the first time or not to go to the Fenwick store in Kingston particularly the Chanel department which offersamazing customer service.
