One nurse stroked my hair while I had some stomach cramps and I wanted to cry and give him a big hug!A big thank you to the doctors and nurses for reassuring me and making the procedure a lot easier.

Prakash Maharjan: Good hospital and nurses and doctors were very helpful and caring. Though it happened some 22 years before in 2003 may 6, when my son was born. I want to thank all the staff members and hospital managing teams for their tireless efforts to serve people.

Felt lucky to be in her care through a difficult time. The anaesthetists were also so friendly and calming pre op and my after care on Alex Ward was very much appreciated

Joni: I've had to come multiple times for ongoing treatment. The young man who's always on the reception desk is so friendly and welcoming. I cannot fault the treatment I've had from doctors and nurses alike here; everyone has been extremely caring. If you're in SW London and have any doubts or apprehension, come to this clinic. They will put your mind at ease. An example of fantastic service from the NHS.
Kayleigh Chalcraft: for my implant removal today who was great! The implant was difficult to remove to had to get someone else in to help. But April made me feel so comfortable and played music I liked & chatted to me throughout. Offered me water & a snack after to make sure I was okay.
Gabrielle Ferreira: I had an amazing experience thanks to nurse Mary and Liz. They were the loveliest people ever, extremely patient, kind, and gentle. I was very nervous and anxious about my first screening and they were incredible at helping me feel at ease.I felt that my well-being and health truly matter to them and I was cared for with respect and empathy.The people at the reception were also lovely and helpful. The best healthcare experience I ever had.
Zoe Mae Walker: I had a lady called Lindsey fit my copper coil in for me and she was absolutely amazing, very calming and talked my through the whole process. Would definitely recommend. Very professional and safe. Amazing experience.

Nadya Cheetham: Every single member of staff here are absolutely lovely! Been going here for the last 2 years for female contraception, and had my contraceptive implant done here. Have never had a bad experience, and the staff are beyond brilliant. I was terrified to get my implant but the nurse was so kind and put me at ease.
