Kingston Community Furniture: what do users think?

Петър Цветанов: Incredibly polite and helpful staff, and the items for sale were reasonably priced and of high quality.

Stephen James: Great place 👌🤠

jenny P: Great furniture at good prices 😜👍👍👍

peter Pickett: reviews may be more on what is recieved or sold, but from the donate side i have to say the service i got was second to none.we were moving out and had surplus furniture we had no time to sell and unable to dispose due the virus restrictions at the council refuse depot, although the items were far too good to just dump.Tracey on the admin side suffered my many e mails and phone calls to alter dates as our exit date changed over and over.Timely reponses , much patience and understanding and we got there in the end.the two guys who collected were also very timely and professional.weird to pay to clear something you could sell, but if needs be the service works extremely well, and as important, at the end gets used for a good cause. job well done with a feelgood factor.

Chao Wang: computer asked for house name. What??? I had to spend well a few minutes to explain to her that "terraced house" is a type of house, just like semi-detached house

Sophie Bellamy: Great selection of sofas for us to choose from, the one we have picked out is arriving on in 3 days and delivery is only £45! Really happy with the service and speed at which the sale has gone! Would recommend anyone to go there that is looking for a second hand sofa! Thanks guys, keep up the hard work!

1girl 1passport: Large store, mostly furniture. Very reasonable prices.Unfortunately a very small selection of clothing and the changing rooms were closed.Book selection is good and most books from paperbacks to hardcovers are £2.

Tomas Gray: Staff were both pleasant and helpful. Amazing mid century bargains to be had

Pablo Orlando: Lots of great stuff at good prices.

Oxfam Bookshop: what do users think?

Read By Roxanne: This little bookstore is one of my favorites, the staff are super friendly, always helpful and know their stuff when it comes to the written word. The genre sections are sorted so well they literally the best of any charity shop I've ever seen. You do have to spend a little time hunting while you're in this shop but that's the best part for any secondhand book lover. 5stars all ground and I recommend anyone looking for a secondhand book treasure to check it out.

Rani: Lovely, beautifully arranged bookshop.

Hossein Jafari (HJ): It was a great experience visiting Oxfam Kingston bookshop, the staff were very helpful and friendly♥️🙏🏻♥️

Laurence Ferrier: My favourite shop In Kingston by far. Clean, tidy with the books nicely arranged and categorised. I always come out with a book, most recently a keenly priced copy of Dickens's 'Great Expectations '. Nice staff too.

James Preston: I had frequented this establishment in the past and made a number of purchases, however today I was greeted with the most putrid stench of body odour - even with a face mask on I couldn't bear it and had to leave immediately. A quiet word ought to be had with the staff.

Stuart Hodgetts: Great little bookshop, always filled with treasures, unique books - great selection!!

Philip Hall: My favourite second hand bookshop in West London.

Gian Kaur: Varied selection of books useful now libraries are closing

Peregrine Roscorla: Lovely store, friendly staff, good selection

Sean Smart: Excellent second hand bookshop which often has a good selections of used DVDs too, plus sometimes vinyl and comics. Very friendly staff.

Rob Sedgwick: Love the themed window displays. Full of interesting non fiction books, and plenty of fiction too.

Raymond Jenkins: Keep your eyes peeled and find a bargain

Nike Anderson: Fabulous place. Ladies very welcoming and helpful for those in need. Would highly recommend any mother or mother to be to visit for support and community.

Carly Bolger: Such nice people, I was so worried about going but you all made me feel so welcome 😊

Brina Bre: Very friendly stuff. Very helpful for families with low income. Always worth going to seek help. Even if you need no clothes or diapers or stuff, they all still always have an open ear to listen to your worries and they give good advise.

Gayle Hanslik: Absolutely love this charity which is so committed and supportive of those who are expecting babies and those with young children. The breadth of their care and support is incredible. They provide such practical support which really improves quality of life for those who reach out for help, and which also reassures people they are not on their own and there are people who really care.

ash ward: The people who run this place are absolutely lovely always make you feel warm and welcome and will always help you as much as they can.
