Jane Taylor: I am writing the review to express my massive appreciation for the care and expertise of Joanna Lea. I came to Kingstonfeet with Plantar Fasciitis having seen physios etc. I have been unable to walk any distance comfortably, my sleep has been disturbed by pain for months and my quality of life had deteriorated.I saw Kingstonfeet had a pressure plate analysis machine and booked a consultation. During the consultation Joanna correctly diagnosed my foot problem - not plantar fasciitis it transpired. Following some mobilisations, exercises to do at home and some supportive orthotics, the difference is phenomenal and I can walk 20,000 steps with ease and no pain. Incredible and I am very grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joanna and her practice. Jane

Denise Oreilly: .I have had so many failures through the NHS sadly, and also with private physios, orthotists etc. My additional challenge is that I both teach horse riding, and ride competitively too. My teaching all happens on an arena surface which is neither level or stable. I had resorted to walking with a stick, which I hated, and even then my right ankle would collapse severely with every step meaning that by the end of each day I was in agony. I found The London Orthotic Consultancy after a desperate internet search, and made an appointment to go. My orthotist, Jack Choong, could not have been more helpful.My 2 hour appointment ran over, and Jack moved heaven and earth to send me off with a useful leg brace and an orthotic for the other foot. My new brace has since undergone some adaptations, and refreshingly, I felt listened to and that my problems were not as insurmountable as I had been led to believe.I am now able to walk most of the time without my stick, and have managed a holiday abroad for my 60th birthday. My arena surface is not challenging me nearly as much, and Jack Choong remains optimistic of finding the right sort of brace to fit inside my riding boot, as well as my 'work boots'.I have gone from feeling as though my life was over, to feeling that I can participate again in all the things I love.Most of all, a huge reduction in the daily pain of walking is bringing my fitness back - and that is a great lift for me.Thank you Jack and the team at LOC

Eve Dabner: My husband had a motorbike accident which shattered his pelvis and hip. This resulted in one leg being slightly shorter than the other. We visited the Kingston branch shortly after his operation and after scans etc. they arranged for his shoes to be slightly raised and made a shoe insert for him.That was 7 years ago and we have just revisited as my husband had to have new scans etc. to check if anything had changed. We saw Jack, one of their orthotists. He was very professional, very friendly and super efficient. He made a pair of inserts for us within an hour. Cannot recommend him and LOC highly enough.The prices may seem expensive but they are certainly worth every penny. The inserts last for many years.

Kerry Walker: I have seen jack several times over the last year to have a splint made to help with drop foot caused by M.S. Always been very thorough and knowledgeable and when I had a follow up appointments after the splint was made he went above and beyond to redo it as he thought I could get more lift with slight adjustments. Very happy and thankful he was able to give me the best outcome.

Olwen Capper: The orthotics have been produced are really comfortable, can walk miles in them, the first pair weren't quite right so they went back to the begining and produced a new pair from scratch. I feel much more confident when walking. Connor and team have done a very good job and I would recommend.

Aidan Bell: I had been feeling a twinge on the inside of my knees from running and having looked at my footprints thought it might be because I was running to much on the outside of my feet.A single appointment in Kingston and a pair of insoles were made that have over the last couple of months removed the knee pain.It's nowhere near as serious as the work carried out in the majority of these reviews, but certainly improved my quality of life and the service was truly first rate.

My mum suffers from PTSD due to a long period in ICU and extended hospital stays! Jack was aware of this and was professional and reassuring and put mum at ease immediately. Dominic Longmuir: I came in to see these fantastic people in November 2018 with the most excruciating pain in the heel of my foot. I could bearly walk. After 25 years working in the TV industry lugging heavy cameras around, and with two active little boys to keep up with my body needed a lot of attention. It wasn't a quick fix but within weeks I could walk without limping or pain. Both my legs are now the same length - for the first time in years. I have more flexiility and moevment. I wish I had discovered Gale and Grant years ago - but at least I'm under their care now. After a intense first few weeks of 2 or 3 session per week I now see them once a month - or so - work permitting. The benifits are real and they have worked wonders for me. I've recommended them to my wife who sees Grant and/or Gale very regularly and also recommends them wholeheartedly.I think £40 per session is a very fair price for a 20 / 30 minute session - but frankly who cares how much they charge given the amount of pain and lose of mobility I first arrived wit - and cured me of. Its not as if I'm an old man - I'm 49 but I was walking like an 80 year old.The whole team are lovely - great fun and always up for a chat and banter.I will recommend Irrefutable Health to all my friends in the area. - As I said I do wish I'd sought out this type of maintenance - actaully - years ago!
