Liam Morris-Budd: Fantastic service from Chanel: Entered the boutique and was promptly greeted, being asked if there was anything I was specifically looking for. I explained that I was looking for a bag, and was taken to the relevant area of the boutique. On waiting around two minutes myself and partner were greeted warmly by Mavda. I told Mavda what I was looking for and a few minutes later she returned with some options.I have to say Mavdaโ€™s service was exceptional, and her knowledge of bag aftercare really helpful. I asked if we might have some drinks, and these were organised very quickly. After choosing my bag I was taken by Mavda to the payment area of the Boutique, and when this was finished Mavda presented me with my purchase and walked me out of the boutique.It was great to receive such excellent and expedient customer service here, especially considering some of the negative reviews. I definitely will be returning in the near future.

Jasmine the assistant manager at the flag ship store in Bond Street London said she had the authority to change it for a new bottle but refused to do so which was humiliating. Instead she made my wife fill out a lengthy form to send the bottle back to the factory. I am serious this is what happened. I was expecting the faulty product to be repaired on site or given a replacement.I was intending buying my wife and 2 daughters all another bottle each for Valentineโ€™s Day but walked out the store in total disgust. My wife and I will never buy a channel product ever again.Probably would have costs Chanel a few pounds to make the perfume but will now lose hundreds of pound. Senior management at Chanel need to have a serious look at Jasmine decision making and how a member of staff can damage the brand

meera mahmood: Walked into the store in search of the Chanel top handle mini flap in gold tone. Politely asked if they had it in store, the lovely lady who assisted me at Selfridges told me they were the only boutique that had it in stock.I was met with the most shocked gasps and expressions of abject horror. It was as if I walked in and asked for Chanel themed Doritos. At first, they were unfamiliar with the bag Iโ€™d requested. Upon showing them a picture, a salesgirl proceeded to make the same ridiculous expressions being ever so unhelpful. Horrifically rude overall, painfully awkward encounter.In the end, I bought the bag from the same unpleasant woman. Terrible experience, would never go to this boutique again and advise everyone to avoid it and head to selfridges instead.

I was served by an Asian lady I wish I had taken her name, very rude and tbh I think she was actually racist, she claimed that they didnโ€™t have the bag so I asked her to check other stores which she did but now when I think back in my head there was a different bag on the screen so I think she hadnโ€™t even brought up the bag I wanted. She then goes onto say thereโ€™s only availability in Heathrow, I replied perfect I am travelling Thursday I can pick it up with the personal shopping services and she replies they donโ€™t do it anymore since covid. Anyway I knew she was behaving funny so I went Sloane Street and guess what they had the bag and in multiple quantities which was funny because the SA had mentioned only Heathrow was carrying the bag anyway I got my bag and to top it off I emailed Heathrow and YES they still offer the services. This lady is a liar and very unpleasant, she needs customer service training on how to treat customers no matter of their race.

jennifer Bataller: I was looking for this item, so I first called the store and luckily they answered my call so quickly and they allowed me to hold the item which was the last piece. So I went straight to the store, theyโ€™re very accommodating. I also asked the staff if she could give me an extra dust or pouch bag for my card holder as I lost the original one, and she didnโ€™t hesitate to give me one, which was way much better than the one I used to have before :)Also, the packaging is superb as I heard that on the other branch the packaging was not complete knowing for this very expensive brand. So thank you to this branch. Definitely Iโ€™ll be back.

Shame A Name: The initial location on the map was wrong, I had it changed so this should show the right spot. Queued for at least an hour, you get your temperature checked + you are required to disinfect your hands + wear a mouth and nose covering. You are then greeted by a sales associate and the fun begins. RAE looked after us, friendly, polite, helpful - she made our day. You are then brought into a room to pay, Covid secure environment as expected. The item we bought was beautifully packed. RAE accompanied us back to the main entrance and we said goodbyes. Parking around the area is tricky, the closest NCP underground parking is about 15 mins walk and will cost you ยฃ22 for 3 hours.

Williams: I just left this location inside the airport and noticed that none of the customers were being โ€œassistedโ€ until I arrived as the sales lady stood from a distance watching my every move, she wasnโ€™t paying any attention to ANY other customer. I quickly realized I was being racially profiled.I informed her she should attend to other customers as much as she was watching and hovering over me, she started arguing and being very rude and disrespectful towards me and I matched her energy and she threatened to call security on me for pointing out how she was racially profiling me! She followed me outside the store and kept making threats as if I did something wrong to her.It was a group of sales women all casually chit chatting in one spot not assisting anyone until I walked in, very sad and unfortunate experience! I am fully capable of buying any bag in the store and was traveling first class back to the states, but was treated like low class rubbish. This is how Yvonna from the Chanel Heathrow Terminal 3 store treated me as a customer. Not only was she curt and borderline mean to me on the phone (I didn't have the exact style number so that completely set her off) but once we did find the right style number she told me she didn't have any in stock. I was suspicious that she wasn't telling the truth so I called back 4 hours later and lo and behold, there were 2 in stock. Really? Everyone, no matter who you are or where you come from, needs to just be considerate and treat people with kindness. You would think that a luxury brand such as Chanel would have even better customer service but in my case, I was treated like I was parasite that shouldn't be shopping there. I did end up getting help from a woman named Matea and she helped me find the perfect purse. She was kind and lovely!
Jasmine Xie: Very lazy stuff. I want a black small le boy at the beginning, when they say they dont have it, I offered to check on other colors. Yet they don't understand me, keep telling me there's no black when I specifically asked to see other colors. After they accept the fact I want to see other colors, they asked me to wait. I asked how long it's gonna take and how far away is my gate since I am running late for the flight. They said 10 mins to get the bags and 20 mins to my gate. so I decided to leave. Yet it only takes me 10 mins. Guess they just wont bother to serve their customer and provide the most basic service. Disappointed!

Thereโ€™s another store at Terminal 5 too if youโ€™re looking for something hard to find (I believe they will call and ask for you). Staff are helpful and professional. Was able to browse and complete a purchase of a purse within a 10 minute span or less (flight was departing soon). The saleswoman was able to get the purchase done efficiently and get me out the door to my flight.

Must say every time I come here people are just nice, friendly and welcoming. I think this store needs to be a role model for other stores in the whole street. Cla Cla: Giving a good review for the good serive. ;)After visiting the Hype Park nearby, tried to visit this store, and wait for about 2mins then can go inside, the SA is very nice and helped me to find a dream bag, but it seems like can buy 1 bag only, its always not enough though. :)))) she recommended a heart necklace which is very very nice with the heart earrings that I am looking for, be patient to answer my questions about leather and action very fast. She showed me WOC, LeBoy and Classic flap as well. Very happy at the end.

Dogi Suites: Starting from outside there was a man asking me why I would like to enter in the shop ! Then I asked for bracelet and the young lady did not help me at all she said she had no bracelet I had to show her the bracelet in the shops but she went to do other things at the end I decide not to buy in this shop even if the bracelet on the window was exactly the one I looked for !

Naziyat Khan: I am not sure why there are such bad reviews, since my experience with the team was lovely. One woman helped me find the exact bag I wanted (the CC trendy) & a lovely gentleman helped me with my purchase. They packaged it exactly as I had wanted and assisted me around the store as I looked for other items. The only downside would be having to queue outside the store for other customers to leave, but the limited number of customers definitely made the experience better when I was inside.
Niki Zhang: The blonde cashier with short hair that helped us was extremely rude. She was on her phone the whole time and did not even greet us hello or goodbye. For the money that we are spending, you would expect much more respectful and polite service as the bare minimum. We are very upset as we have been loyal customers of Chanel for many years, but will definitely not be coming back to this branch. Everyone who visits this store, please keep it mind of the poor service at the counter as you will most definitely be disappointed!
mengting ho: I think they discriminate severely against people who are not white.There was an Asian saleswoman with glasses (she refused to tell me her name) with a poor service attitude and was very unwilling to provide help and assistance. The way of introduction was also very unprofessional. I felt discriminated against.
Austin Kan: I visited the shop three times during my recent visit to London. Day 1, bought a bag, cold service, but not impolite; Day 2, asked to see a bag, which was put on the display table top, the sales girl then turned away chatting with her colleagues. I was left alone with the bag. Day 3, I went in, the sales girl who was supposed to serve me, as per the doorman, was having her back against me, facing a mirror tidying up her hair, then turned away as if I was transparent. No one else greeted me. Ever encountered such a bad service at any shops, not to mention Channel. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SHOP AGAIN! (It should be zero Star)

Louise Johnson: I was very apprehensive to try this store after all the negative reviews. However every single person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. My dog was offered a bowl of water and me a seat whilst we waited for someone to help with my purchase. Pri: My visit took place around 4 June 2022, was assisted by lovely lady called Cassie Ng, very welcoming. I bought some shoes but had many questions about the shoes and she was happy to answer. I was provided water, lovely service. Cassie NG is an asset to this place and the gentleman who served us water. Sadly the ladies on the ground floor seemed odd and laughing at something. Well done Cassie NG I will only visit to be served by you :) thank you for the sweet note. Made me smile :)
Adriana Adu: We have been customers since years. My husband was about to get me a bag as a birthday gift but after being questioned by a doorman about why he wants to visit the shop and if he wants to buy anything combined with rude staff telling him that what he is looking for is seasonal he decided to leave without a purchase. So his advise, do not visit this shop unless you want to have a horrible shopping experience.

Refused me to look around the display and I want to text my friend with her opinion about the earrings only for 30 seconds and she kept urging me to stop use my phone! B P: Terrible experience at Chanel store. I was loving looking at the new bags and went to look at one. Security guard came up randomly to say alarms go off if I take the bag. I was so confused. He then asked .me to leave. 4 staff stood there and never offered to help when I entered the store. I reounted what had happened to me. The gentleman handed me a card and said I could complain on the email if I like.

Our entire conversation was in english, she should have known I had understood every single word she is โ€˜whisperingโ€™ to her colleague. When I proceeded to make payment, again she made a comment by telling her colleague to attend to another group of ANNOYING customers. Iโ€™ve bought my items but is was a really unhappy shopping experience. In all the staff attending to us is very very rude and unfriendly the entire time.
Jun Wee: I was there at around 8pm yesterday and requested for a bag that I had checked the availability pior to arrival with the Heathrow Shopping Service staff.The first staff had no idea what I was saying and had to refer me to a senior staff.The senior staff offered me the bag in a different color but it was not the right one.She requested for the product reference number instead of helping me to look it up. In the end, they did not have the bag in store.The senior Chanel staff, an older lady with short hair and glasses laughed at me when I said I had already checked the product availability with the Heathrow concierge staff.None of the staff acted professionally, nor did they look like they were interested to do any sales.
W Leung: Small shop without much to offer. Was interested in a bag and they didnโ€™t have a new one. A senior staff took a new bag with a similar colour out and said theyโ€™re the same but they were clearly not. Then she went to the computer to see if they had a new one and they didnโ€™t. She tried very hard to persuade me into getting the display item by saying โ€œitโ€™s the last one in the entire Europeโ€ and โ€œwe only put it out on display a few days ago and no one has touched it yet so itโ€™s like brand newโ€. Not impressed so end up not getting anything. Also, staff would ask where your destination is before you buy anything in store, a bit bizarre of them to do so.
