Juju Sébastien: Tdlr: On top of being excruciatingly expensive (£150 for a 30-minute GP consultation), if you go there, chances are that GP won't help with anything and you will be referred to someone else with even higher rates. Avoid if you are not willing to lose £500-700 in a day for a minor medical issue.I came with an ear infection and booked a same-day appointment with one of their GPs. Being uninsured in the UK since I live there temporarily, I knew how high the fees were but I couldn't wait much longer to obtain a consultation with a public practitioner. I was hoping that, as a doctor with at least 10-11 years of training, this GP would be able to help with that (I am French and idk about the UK, but essentially every GP in France can deal with a simple ear infection and give the prescription you need). The GP in question was cold and patronising. Despite filling in a pre-appointment form, I had to re-explain everything from the start and even repeat myself many times because they weren't getting it. They looked at my ear, first saying there was nothing, and then proceeding to refer me to their friend, an ENT specialist, for an immediate consultation that they said would cost £250. It was quite urgent and I was unable to reach my parents at that time so I accepted through spite. The specialist in question did help but charged £400, while asking me to come back for a follow-up that would cost the same price. That is a total of £950 + the prescription for an ear infection.
Ayeza & Co: Please please don’t use this place. THEY ARE A CON. They did a smear test and caused me so much pain. 3 different individuals tried to get a swap causing me so much pain. Then scared me I have some infection. Charged me £300 for no reason and gave a FAKE result. I went to do a smear test at two other places including the NHS and found I have nothing wrong with me. Please AVOID THEM it should be shut down. The amount of stress they caused me thinking I have something wrong with me. Fake doctors fake and rude reception staff absolutely disgusting people AVOID

Donald Allen: I walked into this clinic without appointment for some blood tests with my family. We were all seen promptly by the doctor before going downstairs for the blood tests he recommended. Nurses were very patient with us, even allowing my daughter to sit on their medical bed for a minute as she is scared of needles. Very happy with the follow up care and will be coming back in 6 months for another test as recommended by the doc. Cheers all.
mike filer: Appallingly inaccurate blood tests that failed to pick up something crucial that another tester did , not once but twice . Do not trust their blood test service at all. This was even for their most expensive service ! DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. DANGEROUS TO BE SO INACCURATE AND UNRELIABLE AND INCOMPETENT . Trevor Bailie: Really not surprised to see this pharmacy closing. In all the years I have been here, the number of straightforward transactions can be counted on 1 hand with fingers left over. The slow grumpy service was a bonus.

Go to the appointment and no one is qualified to do the test. Only answer I get is to maybe try again in a week. A morning wasted plus the cost of petrol. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Do not recommend using any of their services.

Phil Duncan: I have used this pharmacy regularly for 10+ years and over that time have had great support and help from regular staff members, I'm thinking particularly of Tarek and Wendl. Recently there has been a total change of personnel for reasons unknown and the service is now dreadful, provided by people who don't seem to have a clue what they are doing and when you ask a question they look at you blankly, I think just hoping you will go away. I'm due some new repeat prescriptions and will be sending them elsewhere because I doubt it could be worse.
Col Bourne: Closed for an hour each day for lunch. Like going back in time, just ridiculous. They overcharged me, didn't realise until next time when it was cheaper. They get 2 stars for being efficient and getting it right on one occasion. The staff are nice enough.

Suzanne Perrett: I have used this pharmacy for most of the 10 years I've lived in Kingston - with mixed customer experience - purely for convenience, I carried on collecting my prescriptions there. I switched to LloydsDirect a good while ago during the pandemic but recently I chose to use this pharmacy again as I needed medication urgently - but they had no stock. I was told to come back the next day but as I have difficulty walking at the moment, I asked if they could let me know when the meds were available before walking down to them again - they NEVER answer their phone! They grudgingly agreed to call me - making me feel like they were doing me a favour. I actually arranged for my prescription to be re-routed to Ham Parade Pharmacy - who are excellent - and they delivered the meds to me that night. I never heard from Lloyds Sury Basin! If there was an option for no stars, I would have selected that!
Deanne Ford: Shocking service if any service at all. I have been to this Lloyds 3 times since moving to the area and every time has been a VERY poor experience. The are disorganised; unfriendly and have an air of "them doing us a favour". After waiting in long queues and finally reaching the front i am greeted with a sour face... if greeted at all... only to be told after requesting my script for collection to come back in half an hour to 45 mins to collect. Oh and dont forget they have 1 hour training between 1 and 2 where they close the whole pharmacy.
Em Ski: Lloyds Sainsburys sury basin.Terrible service. They closed for a week so I couldn’t collect my prescription and when they opened they denied having my prescription. A day later I was able to show proof of delivery and 30 mins later they found it. It only took me 6 days in total. I highly recommend using boots in Kingston instead. I won’t be going back to Lloyds in Sainsburys.
L Gilles: Awful Pharmacy. Every time I go they tell me my prescription isn’t there, I have to call my surgery for them to tell me that they absolutely have sent it. Literally go through this every single time I have to pick up a prescription. Also they have been closed all Saturday and Sunday and because of this I have been without asthma inhalers! Terrible service! Will be changing. Lloyds you need to sort this out! People depend on you!
