My favourite venue from 20+ years ago from when I lived in Glasgow, visited recently and it had lost none of its appeal. The iconic lights outside still have the wow factor! The sound, atmosphere, everything was brilliant and 20 odd years later its still my favourite venue. It helped make it a night to remember.

The Barras is iconic in Scotland, it was shut down in the 60's after being Bible John's hunting ground only to be re-opened to allow Simple Minds to play as a one off, and hasn't closed again since. The decor has also stayed true to the day and hasn't been updated since re-opening. There have been thousands of acts to grace the stage in the 2000 capacity venue since that day, bringing joy to millions of fans.

Phenomenal venue, acoustics have always been fantastic. The sound quality is top-notch and it never disappoints.

Made the trek from London especially to visit this iconic venue and to see Stiff Little Fingers here on St Patrick's weekend. Cracking venue. Great atmosphere. Stood way too close to the speakers and my left ear is still popping even after 3 days!
