Bilson Eleven: what do users think?

Oliver Dhir: . It's a real shame the tasting menu will no longer be available but I sincerely look forward to seeing what the Bilson Eleven team does next. We were all arguing over what our favourite course was and we've yet to come to a decision!

david barrington: Excellent experience at Bilson Eleven. Takes a little bit of finding and parking is limited, but once inside, it was brilliant. Very stylish and personal service. The menu was well thought out and presented. Strikes a good balance of relaxed formality. We have dined at all the best Glasgow restaurants, and this is in the top 3. It's not cheap, but it is very competitive when compared to other similar venues. Highly recommended and well worth a visit.

Chris Long: Absolutely stunning food. Amazing stuff, seriously. In a warm, welcoming environment with knowledgeable, helpful staff. Worth every penny.Dietary restrictions: I have an allium intolerance and the staff were very accommodating when I got in touch in advance.

Adam Balkwill: The food was superb…a veritable array of tastes, sensations and flavours. Wonderfully balanced tasting menu with plenty of variety, with excellent wine pairings. The sommelier was incredibly knowledgeable and gave engaging and detailed explanations of the food and wine. Set inside a ‘real’ front dining room in a terraced house, the setting betrays a real sense of authenticity whilst providing the highest quality of food and drink.

Puti Vegan Cafe: what do users think?

Peter Kelly: This was my favorite restaurant in Glasgow. A really great amount of options and all of them good. Especially love the green curry and curry laksa.Really hope they can open a new location in Glasgow!

Marichula: Excellent restaurant, delicious food. They treated us super kindly, they gave us water with cucumber and lemon for free and they refilled it constantly. We tried soups, spicy tofu and vegetables with exquisite curries throughout.

Robertas Jurkaitis (Robbie): Food was so good! I'm not vegan, but would happily eat any of their meal! Would love to seem them soon! And hopefully, you can re-open somewhere soon enough.

Katie Mack: Best vegan restaurant in Glasgow. Will be sorely, sorely missed when it's forced to close at the end of the month.

David Lennard: The best vegetarian vegan meal ever, very friendly staff. Looking forward to my return.Best wishes DAVID Lennard

Coco Sol: loved the food here. music was quite bizarre and unfitting but otherwise all around wonderful experience and fantastic service.

Scott Morrison: Great vegan food from across South East Asia. Lots of a la carte, but the five set dishes are great value and very tasty too.

Giulia: Really nice food, I am not vegan myself but wanted to try this place for ages. I had a Malaysian curry for main and tempeh for starter and it was really tasty. Kimchi was also very nice. Not too creamy, the taste was complex with subtle spice. The space is quite small so I recommend you booking.

Gerald Nikolai Smith: Delicious food, friendly staff, and omg vegan 😋

Alex Mackay: Enjoyed yesterday food, nice surroundings

Morgan McBain: Absolutely amazing food! Best vegan restaurant in Glasgow. Very helpful, kind & attentive staff. They heard me say it was my boyfriend's birthday when we were there with friends & they brought him out a slice of cake that said happy birthday! They are the best people & it's an added bonus that the food is literally to die for ⭐

steve jobs: amazing food, really ipressive.

Jo Mitchell: This place is incredible! It came highly recommended on a vegan Facebook page so when i visited Glasgow I knew I had to go.The atmosphere was lovely, it was cosy and welcoming. Staff were incredibly friendly and the menu is fantastic making it really hard to choose. We decided on sharing a bunch of starters and were not disappointed, everything was so tasty. I was the only vegan in our wee group but they loved it as much as I did.Such a fab place, can't wait to go back.

Ox and Finch: what do users think?

Thomas Wenn: I'm afraid to say I wasn't particularly sold on the food at Ox & Finch. The restaurant itself is lovely, as is the service, I was just underwhelmed with the food that we ordered. Everything was delicately flavoured, and I really prefer something with stronger complex flavours.I will possibly be back in future and will update this review accordingly, as the quality of the ingredients was good.

Suissi Vegan Kitchen: what do users think?

Michael Blue: , guess the ceilings are too low to accommodate the number of conversations and the music being played.-Main dishes were small.Would definitely recommend and go back; be sure to call ahead 👍Vegetarian options: All good.Dietary restrictions: All vegan, with gluten free options available👍

Artemis Caine: and the waiter was beyond lovely and really knew the dishes inside and out which I never expect but was impressed by.The taste was out of this world. We are light eaters and shared two appetizers and a side dish while my partner and I each had our own mains and I had to get a box for my food.

Anna: Absolutely fantasticThe food was excellent and very fresh.Welcoming environment with lovely helpful staff. Strongly recommend you check it out!Looking forward to returning

Farhat Ali: The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was amazing. I would definitely recommend eating here.Vegetarian options: My daughter had a delicious tofu dish and I had a very fresh vegetable curry with rainbow rice. The gyozas were really delicious.

Jack Breslin: Really super food and super good value too. We totally ordered too much but we will be back.Vegetarian options: All vegan.

Lana Trott: Nicest food I have ever tried, can't wait to go back again. There were 4 of us & the waiter suggested getting 5-6 starters to share & even recommend some things, which I'm glad he did because everything sounded so nice we didn't know what to have. Then when you get your mains they bring you little bowls to share if you want to as well. The staff where so friendly, helpful & made you feel welcome from the second you walked in. The service was also super quick considering how busy they where as we got the last table. There was 2 non vegans in our group & both of them are looking forward to going back again & discussing what to have next time.Vegetarian options: It's a vegan restaurant so then menu is suitable for everyoneDietary restrictions: All food is vegan so anyone can eat it. They also have a wide range of gluten free food on the menu.Kid-friendliness: When we arrived there was a baby in the restaurant everyone was having a good time. It's also dog friendly as well.

La Lanterna: what do users think?

Jo Vial (Vialjo): La Lanterna is a lovely little restaurant in one of the roughest streets on Glasgow. Don't let that put you off, however! It is an absolute gem of a restaurant, the food is exceptional and the service is second to none. We ordered the pre-theatre and they did not let us down portion-wise. The lighting could be a little dimmer to create a better ambiance but that's neither here nor there. Up there with the best.

John Chambers: This is a marvellous Italian restaurant in the basement of the building. It gets very busy as the day goes on but we managed to eat early and avoid the rush.Pretty authentic Italian fare with pleasant, if not always the quickest, service. Price is not cheap but it is competitive. We would not hesitate to recommend it to any visitor to Glasgow.

Brian Maule at Chardon d'Or: what do users think?

Susan Weir: Brian Maule's food is proper grown-up dining. My companion and I enjoyed everything we ate from the a la carte menu. We loved the elegant decor. We had great advice regarding wine selections from a knowledgeable waiter.Brian Maule interacts unobtrusively with the diners which was very much appreciated. The other member of the waiting staff served us pleasantly and offered to book a taxi for us. We'd had such a good time we were reluctant to leave.

Meg S: Lovely surroundings and great food, served by charming staff. It was a tasting menu and I'd sincerely recommend everything! The wines were pared with the dishes, I have a personal preference for anything aged in Pedro Ximenez casks so the last wine was my favourite.

Kitty Feeney: We were at Brian Mauls on Saturday afternoon noon and as before it was a wonderful experience, food 10/10,we were made to feel special by our lovely witty waitress Nick she made our day ,but sadly we didn't get to say goodbye as she went on a break just before we left, will definitely be back again .

chris harrison: I absolutely loved this place and the dining experience. Warm and friendly attentive service and such a great environment. The cocktails were perfect and the wine pairings were outstanding. The highlight dish for me was the lamb - simple but perfect. As close to a perfect dining experience as I have had.

Carolyn McCabe: We had the most amazing experience during our visit on Friday evening. This place really has everything! The minute I walked in it was like entering someone's home. This plush Georgian villa that was just so welcoming with beautiful intimate surroundings. It's a unique experience that leaves behind the pretentiousness of other fine dining restaurants in Glasgow. It doesn't need to be pretentious as the food does all the talking! This is what impressed me the most the attention to detail and the focus on the food and tasting experience. The food is really on another scale and class of any other restaurant within the city. Every mouthful we savoured as it really was a taste sensation. The staff team at Brian Maule are also of a different league. They can't do enough for you and take such care to ensure you have an unforgettable and amazing experience. When you wake up the next day still thinking about the beautiful and exquisite dinner you had the night before you know you have been somewhere very special. That's how I would describe the experience overall.......unforgettable! Thank you to all the team at Brian Maule for such a wonderful evening.

Angela Buchanan: Dined there last night. Food, service and staff were first class.

George Aitkenhead: Visited when a family member gave us a gift certificate. Food was fantastic and we really enjoyed our evening. Was a scorcher and the walk to the restaurant from the town centre was harder than expected but it didn’t detract from the quality of the food or the service which was top notch.

Scott C: Beautiful food and great service. A must visit!!

Kevin Smeltz: The food was fantastic, the atmosphere exactly what we were looking for in fine dining, and the service was top-notch! Highly recommended.

Gloriosa: what do users think?

Сергій Качак: Great place. Super fresh and tasty food.

Chris Armstrong: Visited recently for the first time and it’s one of those rare places that lives up to and even exceeds their reputation. Some of the best food I’ve had in a long time, everything was delicious, atmosphere was good, and the staff friendly. Can’t wait to return.

Robin Shannan: A modern semi industrial ambience with a feeling of vibrant space. A kitchen that is in top form. Imaginative presentations of classic ingredients eg sea trout, chicken liver, artichoke. Focaccia that is a masterclass of how it should be made. A lovely menu that makes it difficult to chose. An eclectic wine list, reasonably priced. Try the white Scillian. A successor of sorts to the much loved, much missed Alcemilla. Same head chef and a new restaurant that shows what made Alcemilla amazing but with wonderfully new.Wheelchair accessibility: On ground floor. No steps at entrance. Good space in restaurant.

jim bates: A fantastic lunch with family. Fresh, zesty Mediterranean flavours. Great food. Great service. The focaccia lived up to the reputation and the red mullet was delicious

Lesley Burgoyne: . We noticed that after the table next to us paid, the girl was waiting for her friend to use the bathroom to leave and she got told she had to move and couldn’t sit to wait, so she had to stand awkwardly between tables. The food was good but not as amazing as usual. The focaccia is amazing and I liked the eggs and panna cotta. But the clams were full of sand, the cavolo so salty it was inedible so that dish was way too expensive for what it was. The artichokes were ok but not incredible. I hope it was just a one-off but we were disappointed overall. We will definitely try again.

David Boddy: Delicious meal. The trout pate and steak and clams with spinach were particularly good. The chocolate, chestnut cake with brandy and pouring cream was to die for!Great attentive service.

Santa Lucia Merchant City: what do users think?

Lynne: Very enjoyable Sunday lunch in the Santa Lucia Glasgow. We arrived a little early, so our table for 5 was unavailable upon arrival but the restaurant staff prepared a table and accommodated us in the circumstances which was very much appreciated. The food in general was delicious but I did not finish my risotto and the on duty manager Richardo insisted that I did not have to pay for the meal, which was an exceptionally kind gesture. All in all very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend this lovely Italian restaurant and hope yo visit again.
