Off to another job then…So thanks TP that’s the second time you have pulled the ‘accident’ excuse.By the way, a local firm in Tipton agreed a price fully £40 cheaper and delivered in 3 hours. That is customer service.TP are a shower, staffed by incompetents ( you know who you are, sweets) and disingenuous sales and management.I tried to complain on the TP website but that’s hopeless too.Avoid these cowboys and girls at all costs.

Dean: I recently had two bathrooms designed, bought from and fitted by this branch of Wickes. My designer was Petra and my installer was Dean.All in the work cost us £10k, which included high quality tiles, tiling, two showers, replumbing of a bath and all other fixtures bar the radiators and lights being replaced.Petra only charged us one admin fee despite it technically being two projects, which saved us a lot of money.The work was completed over two weeks and it was completed to a very high standard. The builder even installed a few extra things for us for free such as fitting two extractor fans, putting up a mirror and installing surface mounted door stops.We're very, very happy with the results and we can't recommend Petra and Dean enough.

Having had appointments with other establishments for kitchen designs, Wickes is the best by far in my opinion. 5 star every aspect.

A A: wickes obviously don't care about their reputation. Worst staff I have ever seen. Couldn't seem more interested if they tried. I asked for help twice and was met with the worst customer service imaginable.I ended up going to screwfix who helped me find what i needed and spend my money there.

MattChu Wood: Quick and easy. The places is clean, Tools and meterials are easily locatable. If your not to familiyer then ask one of the employees they will surely point you straight to the object or soft meterial.

Please save your money, don't waste 20k like we did, from the first fitter trying to pocket £2000 for work already paid for to them not actually designing it correctly so we can't use the appliances we paid for in a £7k custom cut ceramic counter.It's your hard earned money, you deserve better, go somewhere else.

I couldn't have anyone at home when my delivery came, but they were happy for the driver to drop and run and fair play to him, he stacked my order really neat and out the way so my partner didn't drive into it when she came home from work! I just wish I'd found these guys before I'd built my workshop, I could've saved a fortune!
