Dev man: Came out promptly to repair to my washer that had stopped draining.The technician discovered an elastic band had got into the filter and wrapped partially around the pump, so he simply just pulled it out. Job done & problem fixed but £85 for 5 mins work. He didn’t have to move that washer out or take it apart or anything like that and was done and gone before the kettle had boiled.Service:Washer/dryer repair

Alan Howes: Our 10 year old Bosch washing machine started to make a loud banging noise on the spin cycle . Found several numbers on-line to phone. Phoned ABRS late on the afternoon of Thursday 31st December. By Tuesday 5th January we had a new machine fitted and the old one taken away. We replaced the machine with a Bosch and having checked the price of ABRS found that they had the best deal. Really pleased with the service they gave and I highly recommend you give them a call.
Shahien Khan: Darren came out to check my washing machine that had stopped working and advised me to buy a new one rather than pay for a costly repair. I appreciate his time and honesty and would definitely recommend him to others. It's also good to know his company supplies and fits new appliances. Darren recommended certain brands based on his expertise but wasn't pushy or salesy in any way.

He checked the machine and cleaned the filter but couldn't find anything wrong. He was with us about 1/2 hour and would not accept payment as nothing was wrong. This kind service is certainly special in this day and age when a lot of people are just out for a quick buck.ABSR are certainly in my address book.
