The procedure is relatively pain-free and offers so much more flexibility than waxing. I can’t wait to spontaneously jump into a pair of shorts when the sun comes out, as opposed to thinking ‘oh no 1 week until the next wax’! In the long term, the costs will even out as well. Reflect Skin and Body are a highly professional team and have the most up to date, state of the art lasers – what more could I ask for! “

Nicola Reeve: The facial skin treatments which Kate and Charlotte recommended have made such a difference and the results are clearly evident. We have been attending the clinic for over a year and will continue to do so as we have been so pleased with the results. I didn't think that the treatments would be so effective but they have been brilliant and I would highly recommend them. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and have also given good practical advice on skin care techniques. We were finding it really difficult to get good advice before we came to the Body Clinic and the skin specialists at the hospital were only interested in extreme medication. I am so pleased that we took Kate and Charlotte's advice.

Rachel Hadley: Was referred from Nottingham gic and trying to get hold of this branch is rubbish. All I get is the national call center and when I ask for them to pass a message on they never or or no one actually calls me back.Very unprofessional for such a big company.I've changed my referral now so I don't have to deal with this company ever again.If you can be bothered to call back on such an important referral then what would the service be like if I did stay? Hhhmmm
Katie Pugh: I would not recommend this place, the whole experience I felt uncomfortable. Firstly, I did not feel as if there is much dignity or privacy for those if the issue is in a sensitive area. There is no curtain, you have to get dressed in the room infront of them. The whole experience was not explained to me so I had no idea on what I needed to do or how the consultation was planned out. i don’t feel as if I had many answers or solutions to the issue I went with, I left with a lack of answers and understanding on potential solutions for the issue. I wasted my money to feel even worse and be back to square one.
