Only one negative to mention is the mess that was left afterwards, I understand they do not take the scraps with them but they could have scraped it all together in one area instead of leaving my apartment with the scraps and rubbish thrown around everywhere. Just think they could have a little bit more respect for peoples homes.

Ferno Mods: Best carpet shop in the midlands. I purchased a full house of carpet, after they fitted which they did an excellent job. The manager rang me and said that he had saved us £150 from our original order. I was very surprised as i didn't know any better and i found this to be very honest because i wasn't aware and they didn't have to give me a refund. Thank you Carpet Elite, I will definitely be back.

mohammad anjum: A fitter from this store stole my wife’s phone from our house while fitting laminate. Price of phone was over £500 at that time. Owner absolutely denied that his worker stole the phone. Luckily I had tracker n the phone so knew it was a fitter from the shop as I found out his address. After owner admitted that his worker stole the phone he was sacked, don’t know if that is the truth now as I do not believe a word from the owner. Bare in mind that we as a family have always used this company.At that time I did not want the money for the phone as we were desperate for the phone back as it had pics of kids etc with no backup.We did not want to take any cash from owner thinking that next time money will be taken off.(Speak to your brother) Then again I don’t trust anyone from your storeThis was agreed that time for the phone value.I went today to the store after a few years as you don’t need laminate everyday.Ok so went in to store today saw different laminates and chose a laminate. Now, started discussing price and was told £80 will be taken off. Bare in mind that previously it was agreed that my next order will cover the value of my phone. Also £500 was mentioned by the shop employee or owner. That lad was not in today.I felt insulated that this man is offering me like £80 off.I did not walk in for a freebie or something even if you had offered me half the price knocked off I still would have been happy.Took £90 cash and walked out of store.They all are nice and sweet until things go wrongI should of took this to the police or courts and against the owner as they are responsible for the people employed. I was under the impression that the owner is a nice guy and would stick to his word that’s the only reason why I never took it further at that time.Lesson learnt

Jamie Hicks: Overall happy with the experience. Carpet quality is good, competitive pricing and the quality of the fitting is great. My only negative is the mess that was left after installation. I appreciate there would be some mess as per their T's and C's, I'm not naive enough to think they were going to leave the place spotless. But leaving nails and screws on the laminate flooring knowing I've got a 1 year old son, I just think it could of been left a little tidier. That's my only concern but this wouldn't put me off using them again 👍
