Ansh Singh: Lazy, irresponsible, and rude staff. Went there to collect my mum medication and was told to be waited for an hour. They never answer phone calls.

Katrina Knott: Drove here after work, arrived for 6.37pm to collect much needed HEART meds. Absolute joke, shut the shop early with no advanced notice or explanation. I’m asking them to return the script to the spine and NEVER using this place again. Trust the 1 star reviews and do the same. The meds are obviously for a poorly person. Ridiculous.

Stan Hanson: Avoid this pharmacy if you can. My single visit was enough to ensure I shall nominate another pharmacy. Very poor service from unhelpful, dismissive and ( if I heard it correctly, untruthful) staff. I am unable to post the minus 5 stars that is their due.

Steve B: My son went for the first time for a prescription at 6.45pm to find they had closed at 6.30pm, according to a note on the door, despite their website saying open until 7.00pm. There were staff members still in the shop but no one had the courtesy to come to the door and offer an apology for a wasted journey. Customer service appauling

David Johnson: Waited more than 40 minutes for them to open today apparently the pharmacist is always late it's disgusting when people have work in the morning any other place would of been sacked or written warning given.

Lucy Gamage: I’m afraid to say my review isn’t any better than any of the others on here. Awful service, went twice to collect my prescription to be told it hadn’t come in, so in the third time I asked what that meant to be told that “ all but one of the items on my prescription were either discontinued at that chemist or discontinued altogether”. I replied “ oh it would of been nice to of known this on my first visit so I could of got it sorted instead of being left without dressings”. I was told I could take the prescription and try elsewhere or ask my dr for another alternative for the several items. The one item they did have , that they showed me and said I could with me, I still ended up leaving without cause although she was holding it in her hand I was told I’d have to wait 15 mins to take it with me. I replied that I’d pop bk as I only live 2 mins away. My partner has been in tonight to collect for me to now be told that they don’t have it in stock as there’s a distribution problem with it even though she had it in her hand ready to give me on Tuesday . Every single item iv requested from this pharmacy iv been told has been discontinued or there’s distribution problems with it. Awful practice and honestly don’t know how they’re still going with the amount of bad reviews. I wouldn’t even leave one star unless I had to in order to have my say , cause I personally think it’s shocking!!!

saadia akhtar: Absolutely shocking, I’ve been a customer for around 8 years, I’ve always had to chase the repeat prescriptions on a monthly basis as they are always late or forgotten about. I needed antibiotics for my disabled child, my partner had gone to collect, they sent him with the repeat prescription that was already late and missed the antibiotics out. I immediately called to ask why it was missed and if I can come to collect, I live 5 mins from the pharmacy but they had to close and were not willing to wait 5 mins for me to arrive. There no was apology or empathy, Infact it was our fault they didn’t hand the fridge item as it should have been asked for separately! I’ve always had issues but this time was the last straw for the lack of compassion and no care for their patients

Aydin Rashid: Literally the worst pharmarcy ever. They can’t between them sort out any prescriptions without some sort of mix up. When going to pick up prescriptions there are long waiting times, today my son’s antibiotics have been missed but they refused to provide the antibiotics due closing in 5 minutes even though it’s their mistake. We will be starting a petition for this pharmacy to be closed down as it’s services are less than adequate.

Adam Browning: Extremely poor service. Was told I would have to wait 20 minutes for my prescription to be sorted. 45 minutes later it hadn't been done. It was obvious we had been forgotten about as 3 people were served before us. I was eventually handed it without a word of an apology. Bad customer service and rude counter staff member.
