Argos Blackheath in Sainsbury's: what do users think?
Annetta Birch: Ok
Jamie Blandford: Customer service skills was awful staff just standing around talking waited 5 mins to be served there was no customers in a que will never use the blackheath argos again!
Connor O'Grady: The listed opening times aren’t even correct. Waste of time.
Celia Hodgson: Care more about profits than customer satisfaction. Be careful about what you're buying because if you change your mind you won't be able to get a refund or exchange for something else. From now on I'll be buying my products from a shop where I can see what I'm buying instead of getting it home and realising it's not what I'm looking for and being told by a stroppy sales assistant that I won't be getting my money back!!!
Emma H: Never normally too big a queue, carries quite a bit of stock on most things.
Colin Whittle: Never a queue and always a parking space
Tom Whitmore: Not too crowded, quick visit and obtained what I required
MSB 0121: Very quick service, not busy. Great staff.
Maxine Warrican: It's ok, if you need to pick up goods from click and collect.Staff a bit on the short tempered side.
george cooper: Great staff however not enough done to help the flow of ques outside in the cold. More staff may help
Archibald Lobon: Where do we begin ordered a black laptop got home its silver even though it clearly states on the order Black. No cash sales hard to believe our currency is turned away now days. Anyway last you will see of me cash is king no cash no buisness
Candy Playz: In these difficult time for everyone great staff very helpful keep safe #bekindSainsbury staff XxX
Brett Webster: Poor show. if your disabled as I am you still have to stand in a queue that can be twice / three times round the disabled car park. Except the disabled car park is shut for disabled parking. They make no provision for disabled at the moment. Mothers and children yes but disabled you have to take your chance and join the end of the queue which can take some time.Only one star as you can't give it none.
David Holmes: Quick service, brought a kettle and the staff member was moody and grumpy, wouldn't use Argos in this Sainsbury's again if I'm honest.
John Wall: great people who served you
Paul Langford: Does not hold large items can have delivered to the store and then collected by you
Carl Barrett: Don't buy any electrical products there, I brought a Lynx tablet there, it didn't last 1 year and, then I brought a WiFi there the charger connector went, I brought a watch there, I had to get the battery changed at the jewellery repair and also I brought a mobile phone there, the USB c port went under 1 year, I wouldn't recommend Argos from Rowley Regis to anyone, avoid it like the plague.
A Kj: Good service
kevin turner: Very friendly and efficient place
Angela Johnson: Very quick service when you have ordered on line and paid for your items, you don't have to wait in the queue.
Mobile Booth: Righting it while waiting no body came to serve yet 4 -5 People behind definitely need more staff

Argos Merry Hill: what do users think?
Tracey Aston: Really good customer service today from Jo @Merry hill store , helped me to find my lost receipt on the Argos system, sent it to my email and exchanged my broken airfryer with a great smile , a lovely attitude and a real credit to your store 👍Thank you Jo for all your help
TDM: Rude and unprofessional staff. Tried to return an item under warranty and a young guy went into the back with my item. Returned 1 minute later laughing with other staff members and tried to say it was accidental damage. Left after clearly pointing out it was a manufacturer fault. Fast forward a week I contacted the manufacturer and they sent out a replacement straight away. Wouldn't buy anything from them again as the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.
Sunny Sky: Fantastic service provided by the Merry Hill team, ordered and was zble to collect product straight away. Argos staff were very friendly, welcoming, professional. A lovely lady from the collection point called Jo was very kind and offered herself to carry my product to the car park as it was a big heavy box, as i was unable due to being heavily pregnant, that shows how much kindness and empathy staff provide, and they're ready to go thd extra mile for their customers.5+ star service, truly recommend them!
yaqeen tv: Its a worst experience for me in this store . I have bought two tab of Amazon 27th of August which I went back to return to change with other one cause I didn't know how to use ( complicated to use ) so I came back to store 30 of January to change .even thought I am eligible to change it in 15 days which is my system in every shop even the day I bought these two tabs sales man even said to me that you are allowed to change in 15 daysBut when came back.very poor customer service I LL give them 0out of ten . And I LL go to court against them . I LL sue them to change the staff even manager behavior was being rude
Wendy Tibbetts: Lots of shops disappeared, only a handful of decent shops, lots of eating/drinking places
Kiran Patara: Amazing customer service… thanks in particular to Stacy at the Merry Hill branch. She went the extra mile and went and found my item for collection which had arrived late and not been checked in , from 30 cases of deliveries. Especially this time of the year when it is extra busy. Thanks again 😊
dean Phillips: Quick service
Paul Harrison: Argos was closed
Matthew Stanford: Staff great and friendly
Moez Monastiri: Any one baying anything from argos make sure you check it b4 you leave the store, even if you have to open the box do it ,i ordered pressure cooker on Sunday 16/10/22 the box wasn't secure at all when i opened the box in the store it was used ,out of the plastic cover no instructions ,i was disgusted with the service .
june gurney: The store seemed bland as there were no items on display like there used to be. Very clean environment.
Tim Matthews: Really happy with my visit this morning. Having had a bad experience in a different store, I visited Argos to find the store well staffed with helpful, knowledgeable and polite staff. Good value for the item I purchased and priced matched with the store I’d visited previously. Very quick and efficient and felt that the staff genuinely appeared to enjoy their roles.
Sarah Collins: Have visited recently and always had a post it I’ve shopping experience rather items paid in store or online both easy and never see any queues like before, morning are quieter times I reckon though but staff are lovely and always happy to help
Karen: Bought a few items and one was damages. Returned and replaced same day. The staff even checked the new item to make sure it was OK. Great customer service
Christopher Byrne: This Argos is in a great location, but the customer service is terrible—not so much from the rest of the staff, who have always been helpful and polite, but from the store manager named Chloe. I was spoken to in an incredibly rude, condescending and dismissive manner when I went into the store to try to return an item. I had lost the receipt and was hoping they would be able to trace the purchase using my card. The manager basically implied that I was lying because she couldn’t find the transaction. I knew I had purchased the item with a certain card, so I was a bit bewildered and was asking questions to try to find out why it wasn’t traceable, but I was spoken to appallingly, as if I was stupid or lying and the manager became very agitated for seemingly no reason. Thankfully when I called Argos later they were easily able to track down the purchase using my Apple Pay details and send me an email receipt so that I could complete the return at another store. Looking at the other Google Reviews, many of which raise similar issues with the manager Chloe, it seems like this happens a lot! Why Argos allows one of their bigger stores to be run like this I have no idea.
Sylvia Wall: I needed a gift for my daughter in law's birthday so popped in for an epilator. Not busy but staff in short supply if you want to pay at a till rather than use the self service ordering system. I'm getting on a bit but can use new technology but choose not to. I hope we don't lose the facility to pay in cash or speak to someone in my lifetime.
Sonam Kaur: Really really poor service by the manager chloe, she does not know how to speak to customer she does not know what is gdpr, if she is know she would not ask my argos statements for no reason, i went to return she insulted me in front of customer service, She asked me show me my argos statements if want refund, I don’t understand why she wants to see wants? For what purpose? Is that argos service, I showed her all receipt I showed her my argos card she still wants the statements which is unacceptable from argos, she refused to do refund without statements and I felt like argos do you require to learn gdpr as it is breach because she got same system which she can see which she and her colleague wants to see the statements? She do need training to speak to customer ? She do need control her anger as seems like she got mental issue, no manager skill as she does not know how to manage things. She made it more worst .
VAL P: Brilliant stores and plenty of coffee shops and dining out places, excellent weatherspoons, shame there isnt the big clothing stores now like bhs and debenhams. Though you do have M & S
W R: Not good anymore, customer service gone down, I rather use currys
Karen Jones: Ordered a car seat two weeks ago should of been delivered today still no sign of it being delivered just done the chat on the webpage as there's no way to phone them and speak to someone and I've been told it's still in France the people I spoke to on the live chat couldn't care less would never bother buying something off them again been totally let down !!!!!
