Hands down the best/most positive and professional piercing experience I have ever had.The piercer explained everything that they were doing, why they were doing things the way they were and the general customer care and advice was friendly, informative and fantastic.You should definitely consider getting your piercings here. The duty of care is amazing and the after care is for a lifetime.Just a few things to note before you go:1. It is cash only. (There is a cash point at the texaco opposite that you can use free of charge).2. The piercing technician is only available Tues-Sat between 11-4. (Bare in mind that the last time slot in which they will do a piercing is 3:30 pm.3. There is a multi piercing discount if you get multiple piercings done in one go.I cannot believe I have been in Dudley for as long as I have and I've slept on this place for so long. I couldn't recommend them more.

Im prone to passing out at the first sight of a needle lol, but Dena put my mind at ease from the moment i walked in the shop. Very clean and i wouldnt go anywhere else for a tattoo or piercing. Ashleigh Sheldon: Called up to get a tongue piercing. The whole process was smooth, booking in, getting it done quickly. Seemed all okay until a few hours passed and my tongue reacted to the Jewellery put in and swelled up to a point I couldn’t breathe and had to go to A&E to have it removed. Whatever Jewellery you use is not efficient for tongue piercings. I could have really done without being in tears all day following the agony of this reaction.

Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance for myself and my partner for a tattoo for 16:30 today, turned up on time and was waiting for nearly an hour as they were doing other tattoos that were barely even started when we got there , came out once five mins into our waiting time and told us it would be 20 mins... 40 mins later and no update and also no sign of them being done anytime soon! No apology and no communication about how long they would be. Very disappointing as I made sure to book in advance. They also did not answer any phone calls leading up to the appointment and took an extremely long time to answer emails. Would not recommend!! Lacking in customer services and cannot keep to appointments.

GABRIEL the baby: Had two piercings done today: vertical labret and nostril. Both done super professionally, and pain is already easing up! And best yet: they were less than £25 in total! I was a little confused since it is a normal home you'll be entering for a piercing, but as the process started things got much easier. Overall an amazing business, decor is BEAUTIFUL! Vibes are immaculate. Couple are welcoming, lovely and professional. Can't wait to come back again in the future. ❤

stuart tait: Tattoo was booked in for myself and a friend. Chased the design prior to the session but very little communication. Arrived on the morning having not seen the design, 10 minutes prior to booking, I was messaged and told they were running late. We Waited half an hour and had to contact them, only to be told couldn’t happen on that date and could reschedule. To this date I’ve still not had deposit back and this was 2 and a half weeks later. Messages read and ignored or not read at all

Callum B: Never been one for leaving bad reviews but they’re honestly awful, my tattoos all patchy and every single line is wonky, messaged and was told to wait until after they’ve healed and if still unhappy they’d give me deposit back, which I was fine with but since asking for the refund with photos of the tattoo etc I’ve been completely ignored, they’ve been reading and ignoring all my messages for a month. I even tipped him at the time too without realising how bad it was so for both of them to ignore me is just frustrating

ziggy pop: I sent them pictures based on the tattoo I wanted, very slow establishing any communication. Gave me a price, £240, wanted a deposit, no problem I said. Can I pay the rest over a couple of sessions as it’s a large tattoo? “No it’s better if you have it all in one go” was the response, in other words money you front. After several days they said I couldn’t have an appointment as are full the rest of the year! Shame Lye tattoo studio is gone as they weren’t like this.

Trish Hanks: First time visit and was made to feel very welcomed. I’ve got an old tattoo that isn’t great so I’m looking for it to be covered. Time was taken to discuss options and what can be done. Really happy with the advise so I’ve booked in for some laser work to lighten it and then booked in for next year to get the cover up done. A test patch for the laser was done and I was given lots of info about what to expect. I took my son to get his first piercing and based on the previous reviews I felt that my son would be put at ease for his first piercing, which was exactly what I was looking for. The guy was really professional and took his time. He didn't rush us and I had a lot of questions. He made sure the piercing was in the exact place we wanted it and talked through the aftercare. The studio seemed clean and we were welcomed on arrival, even though we were running a little late he wasn't rude about it, like some people are. My son is pleased with his piercing and said the guy was kind to him. I had a look online at the tattoos before our appointment and have to say that the artist looks so talented, I would have got my first one done, but she is booked up. I'd recommend and great to support local private businesses.

Our little girl decided to get her ears pierced with a needle, as it is the safest and cleanest way.Gentleman who did the piercing was very gentle and calm. He made our kid feel safe and what was very nice there is a choice of stuffed toys to hug for the kids.Very professional and clean place. M G: If you're thinking of getting tattoo'd by Martin please take a minute to read this review. I've paid him a £1000 over the course of 18/20 months for a tattoo on my neck which has consisted of 2 sittings. First sitting was 7 hours, I had a voucher for £100 and then paid £550 by bank transfer. Second sitting we started at 11 (due to him being late) and finished at 2 because he had to be somewhere? I paid £350 as he said he would get me back into the studio within 2 weeks. 12 months later, months of him ignoring my messages and texts we booked in for today at 1pm. I turned up, Shop was closed, again he didn't answer texts or phone calls. After speaking to the lovely staff at frankies cafe which is next door, this seems to be an ongoing occurance with multiple customers who pay for work which never gets completed and some never even get started (whilst him keeping your money)I feel sorry for the staff at the cafe as they get the brunt end of customers chasing Martin when the shop is closed when it shouldn't be. Other tattoo artists who worked in ink envy have left due to Martin never being reliable ie Dev's & Amelia. This guys word means nothing. People like Martin give the industry a bad rep. I've finally thrown the towel in trying to get back into the studio after 12 months. Its apparently a gesture of good will if he gets you back in after being paid £350 for 3 hours work, work that out. I now have to get the tattoo which isnt completed lasered off as other artists wont finish it. Honestly stick to tattoo studios you know because I wish I did.
