Caroline Miller: Sean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the ski boots I was interested in (Apex). I have had 2 days skiing in them and they are fantastic! Not only are they comfortable for my very difficult feet, they are warm ( important as I have Raynaud’s) but they’re great for skiing in and for walking when I remove the exoskeleton. I have found it much easier than in normal ski boots to keep my weight forward and to use edges when I need to - overall very satisfied indeed.

Ordered a stand up paddleboard that I'd seen online, they were selling it at the same price as amazon and offering free delivery whilst it was over a certain price. It was estimated to take 3-5 business days but I ordered it on the Monday 10pm and had it by Wednesday! Everything was packaged perfectly and I love my new board 😍 would use again

I’d been having problems with my ski boots as they had suddenly become very painful but two hours later, after a thorough consultation, I walked away with a pair of comfy (well as comfy as ski boots will be) ski boots. David Sheffield: Such a shame to have to provide a negative review. This is solely based on the online returns policy. We brought over £700 worth of gear of which some items didn't quite fit correctly due to the sizing's of some brands. On checking how to return goods I found that we had to pay for the privilege. Snow and Rock need to up their game as competitors have a free returns policy. Very poor.

ken Stapleton: Tried to purchase a ski mask/hat and the manager was asking what I need it for?!!! Tried to purchase an item that had no tag and the ginger head manager just found any tag to go with it. I said that's not the rite tag and he said dnt buy it then makin me want to punch his head in!!. Dont go this store lazy workforce
