David Williams: Great shop, first visit. Only disappointment was the lack of aggressive skates... But I thinkd that's probably due to the fact aggressive skating seems to be a dying sport!
Morgan Blood: Excellent shop very well presented, staff very helpful and professional. Sean was absolutely fantastic, went above and beyond with my enquiry on the phone and ensured 100% customer service.
Su Langley: Visited for the first time today to buy my daughter her first pair of ice skates. Didn't do my research and didn't realise everything was stored out the back so was a bit disappointed until the fantastic team saw me looking lost. Nothing was too much trouble and offered great advice and came away with exactly what we needed.
Vel Manco: Went there with my mom for new skates and bag and the staff were absolutely amazing, letting me try on different skates for my preference. Definitely recommend coming!!
Colin Morgan: What a fantastic place. Customer service and support was amazing.I took my old Bauer inline skates in to get new wheels and bearings. Ellie and her colleague spent ages trying to find the right bolts as the ones originally fitted aren't used anymore.I can't recommend this place enough.Thank you for all the help and support, I'll be back for more for more items in the future.
Jim PRICE: Got what my granddaughter wanted so all good. Found staff helpful & friendly
K P: Love the new shop, lots of great stock, friendly staff. My son was very happy with the stickers he was given for his skateboard, thanks :)
Ajo G: Cool shop, loads of selection for roller skating, skate boarding and others
Luke Nicholls: This was the first time I have used skatehut Halesowen and they were fantastic, I took my daughter to our local store to buy her a few things and to get her some safety gear, the guys in the shop were brill and fitted her up with all the right sized stuff she'd need, the shop has loads to choose from and even did me a price match against other stores with the same products, I'll definitely be returning here in the future, if you need anything skater or bmx related give these guys ago you won't be disappointed. 10/10 😁
Jon Watts: Visited the physical store to get advice on parts needed for my son's scooter. Very friendly and helpful staff and great prices. Lots of tips too for fitting. The store had plenty of parking, lots of products out on display and plenty of space to move around. Although you can purchase online, I would recommend visiting if you are in the area.
Ryan Diver: I bought a gravel bike from this shop in October, and the staff couldn't have been more supportive. They even refunded me for the bikes first service, because I live a long way from the shop they suggested I get it done by a more local bike shop. Thanks especially to Lee, Megan and Dave for helping with the cyclescheme questions - I can't recommend SkateHut enough.
Dan: Absolutely awful service ! Customer service terrible . My order never arrived , cause they don’t have stock . Customer service were unhelpful .Avoid
neil scott: They have sent the wrong order and still haven't given us a refund even though it was there fault
Ruth Blair: Still waiting for my order, trying to get customer service is the worst ever. Shocking 😡
Ravi Gore: AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I purchased an item 3 weeks ago for my son's Xmas present, it has been 3 weeks and nothing has arrived despite calls and emails. Now I receive an email saying they have cancelled it and no money was taken, despite PayPal showing otherwise. NOT TO BE TRUSTED STAY AWAY
Martin Duffield: Friendly helpful and efficient
D M: I’m not sure wether this is the branch Amy works at but thank you so much for being a gem!Denise
REAL HERO: I didnt know what i wanted! But Molly helped me out a lot and i bought the pair 3 days ago and it was a great decision! Love it and amazing quality!
Nathan Ridgard: Helpful staff, lots of top brands of bikes, scooters, skate, skateboards, outdoor sports, kids stuff and loads more. You can get what ever is on the warehouse there too! Thanks 😊
Amy Aldridge: Absolutely brilliant customer service! Certainly know their stuff and gave great advice. Wouldn't go anywhere else for skateboards and accessories.
Dan Collins: Couldn't have been better. (Well, maybe a copy of Wipeout 2097 for the PS1 in the corner 😉).Everybody was really nice and gave great advice for kitting us out for roller boots. Christmas sorted! Thanks guys 👍

Caitlin J: The next time I visit my family in brum I will definitely be stopping by here. I ordered a hoodie online on the Sunday and by Wednesday morning it had arrived. Beat Asos premier that’s for sure! The hoodie even came with a discount which was great. The fit is also perfect, I was worried it would be too big. I am very pleased, thank you!
David Daly: Hi thanks so much great online service you kept me informed with the delivery fast and friendly service will definitely use Ideal skate shop again. Thanks again and cool stickers.

Joel Foster: Gotta love Ideal, one of the best skateshops out there.I visited with my mate who was shopping for new trucks, hardware and bearings. Feel as though any other shop would've suggested a new complete, but they suggested that he kept his deck as he didn't need it replaced yet. They basically have everything you could ever need, and if you're looking at getting into skating, these guys will push you in the right direction.
Fin Singleton: Very friendly staff with loads of stock for everything you need. Would definitely return!
J W: Great service!

Melissa Dudley: Great experience buying skates here, super helpful and friendly service and very knowledgable
Tyler Adams: Everyone at sliders is very helpful, Jackie and Ces will always help with whatever you need. Anything that isn’t already stocked will be ordered for you and usually arrives quickly.
Alexandria Hopton: Amazing skate fitting. Very friendly and amazing service. Fantastic sharpening service too 💜
Colerina Aulton: Great day out
Steve Hardwick: Nice staff good selection of skating equipment friendly family run with sound advice
jeanette macneill: The lady we saw in the skate shop was lovely and very friendly, also very dedicated to her job and knowledgeable, she was also very helpful and patient. She went the extra mile and kept my new skates for someone to sharpen for me and left them at reception for me to collect later.
Brian Goss: Excellent range of skates for figure and hockey. Great prices on hockey kit and always special offers. Staff are super friendly and help to correctly size the skates to you. You also get the first skate sharpen for free when you buy.
Daniel Barker: Great skate shop with very helpful staff.
Jarekthroughthelens: Very friendly and helpful staff with a lot of knowledge about skates and skating equipment. They will gladly help you to choose the skates to the level of the skater and advise how to lace, store and protect skates. This is a small shop but there is quite a large assortment for both figure skaters and hockey players. For more advanced skaters, if there are no skates on the shelf, all types of shoes and blades will be ordered.
Mary Lamb: The shop is hardly ever open. The staff aren’t very helpful either. One of the men have ruined my blades, they didn’t ask my preference on how I’d like my blades sharpened either. After being recommended by someone in the rink I thought, as it is local to the rink, it must be a good shop.I have been skating for many years consistently. However I don’t understand why so many grown adults are in a recreational skate. When I ask them where did they get their skates from? Sliders. However I took my custom to another shop after hearing of the negative reviews in the rink AFTER my visit to see what the shop was actually like and after having my blades sharpened. I don’t understand how the rink is still letting sliders operate their business here as customer service is none existent.Luckily as I’m from outside of the Telford area, before I moved here. I knew of other skate shops that are better with customer service, knowledge and more stock variety. If you’re in need of urgent stock, then I recommend coming here. However after speaking to a few of the adult skaters, I myself, won’t be coming back. I think it’s disgusting how they have treated my blades and other people. The lady can be overheard talking about other customers in a bad manner. But based upon some decent stock? 2/5 stars
John Bradshaw: Well stocked skate shop, friendly service and competitive prices.
Craig Hancock: Brought daughters skates, very knowledgeable and brilliant staff.
