Welder 007: We can do this that and the other they claim, false advertisement!Waste of time!
Aki Jay: Stay well away just want to fill there pockets lack of legal assistance but want to charge £250+ and hour wasted alot of my time on something that should have been dealt within 3months
1 CEO: Robin Hemmings is the worst solicitor we have ever had dealings with. Facts. Impolite, rude and unprofessional- avoid at all costs. Why the firm still have him there is unexplainable.
Natalie Hancox: They were really friendly and helpful and they constantly keep you updated and help you with any problems you may have I would highly recommend them
Michael John Scotford: Thought Waldrons was a name I could t trust. After several attempts to obtain advice they never bothered to get in touch. Jerry could not be bothered to let me know he couldn't help just left me waiting.
David Green: Had cause to us Waldrons in Dudley and found them proficient and pleasant to deal with. Miss Bangra was great at her job and kept my Daughter abreast of all goings on in her case under trying circumstances. Thank you to all for your work hope we won't need you again.
Christopher Byrne: Handled our house purchase. Couldn't be happier. Chantal and everyone else we dealt with were nothing but professional, courteous and efficient all along the way.
Sharon Sargent: I appointed Waldrons Dudley to act as the solicitors to purchase a property back in November 2021.I would like to thank the whole team for their efficiency, help and professional approach through out this lengthy process especially Shantel and Kim who have both been exceptional.
Sandy Singh: Called them was told someone will call me back never happened so went elsewhere.
Lottie Lawton-Hall: Very close to the magistrates which is very useful 🤣🤣
Amy Beard: Really impressed with the great service we received from Shantel through our very first house move. She was super responsive, helpful and provided regular updates throughout the process. Thank you.
Harmzilla: Easy to talk to when just enquiring and had no idea what I needed to do. They warned me about estate agent cons who tried to push me to sign up with them instead.Glad I chose Waldrons.
Lucy Harris: Friendly staff, clean and proffecional.
Gav Whittingham: I used Waldrons for last two years and I was very pleased with the professional service I'd received during that time, especially Luke Boxall as my main solicitor. He was great at his job and very professional and I was happy with his work.
Neville FISHER: Acted extreimly, unprofessional, offensively, rude and possibly libelous whilst dealing with the estate of my late mother.I do not recommend this company.
Tom Russell: Thank you so much to the team for all their assistance, particularly Kim towards completion date who reassured us of our concerns, thoroughly and extensively protected us against liability and left no stone unturned in ensuring that all risk was mitigated for. I am sure there are cheaper options however this is certainly something I can confidently say that it is worth paying for quality and Waldrons, having come from a recommendation have delivered a 5 star service. Well done to you all on your efforts.
Andrew Stevens (AJS): Highly recommend this legal firm. Unlike a lot of lawyers this company really gives you a feeling that you are supported and always available if you need them .
Crim3: Still waiting for them
Jackie Acaster: Very professional and good to see available during lockdown. Reception good and informative.
Michael Ellery: Absolutely top class service. We hired Waldron's to facilitate the purchase of a new flat and Emma and her team were fantastic from start to finish. Very timely and easy to get hold of. We didn't have the easiest chain, but all issues were handled professionally and with minimum fuss.
Neil Non of your business: Really look after people

Lee Cotterill: This is a great practice very helpful and seam to know there stuff . If your looking for a family solicitor you could do much worse. So give them a call .they just might have the solution to your problem
june gurney: Brilliant solicitors. Guided me through the process I needed right from the beginning. Everything was explained clearly, including the price. Thank you Jesse for all your help. Would highly recommend.
eevee one: Let me tell you a tale. A woman calls a solicitors and asks if they do a payment plan, they say yes. She arrives and gives her account of a very traumatic situation. They then tell her they don’t do a payment plan. The woman politely asks if they can let her know when the bill reaches £1000 they say they will. Spoiler alert.. they don’t. She pays the first bill in full at 1.5k. She asks again if they can let her know when the bill reaches 1k. In the months following this, she attempts to contact her solicitor with no response at all. With the court date looming she tries again. Still no response. 2 days before the court date the solicitor calls her to arrange a chat before the hearing and decides it’s the best time to give her a 2.5k bill. The woman feels that she will have to represent her self unless a payment plan can be reached. The solicitor offers to do the important paperwork and send it off by dead lines for a fixed fee. The woman agrees. Another court date was given. After months and months of trying to reach her solicitor for her court bundle and documentation that she still has not received by the way, only the day before the hearing did she get a response. The solicitor told her that she would need to fully represent her self and he did not inform her that he did not do any of the work he was obliged to do, she only found that out when she was stood terrified and balling her eyes out infront of a judge being ripped apart because NOTHING had been done since the last court date.So in short I’m up a creek without a paddle and I can’t help but blame wrights solicitors. At any point they could have said “ we can’t represent you” but apparently the prime time was the day before the hearing and 1 month past all the dead lines. Now I’m weighing up whether or not it’s worth writing a complaint because the chances are it will take months of time that I do not have and they will just find a way of getting out of it any way. That has been my experience
paul fox: Friendly staff and nothing a problem for them
Joanne Wilson: Lovely staff felt completely at ease
Izzy Hanson: I’ve been told someone will call me back 7 times over the past few weeks and heard nothing at all. Sick of trying!
Manuela Birchley: Positive:ProfessionalismVery good, professional service. What I appreciated most was the calming, solution focused approach that helped in a really difficult situation. I can highly recommend Wright Solicitors.
Navdeep Kharbanda: Choosing Wright Solicitors was the best decision I have made. They swiftly and efficiently took all the facts and got the injunction in place. The peace of mind and relief is immeasurable and I am ever so grateful!
Dawn Harper: Very expensive. So shop around to get a better price!
Emma Wilkes: Failed my son for 4 years now a serious accusation from my son has come up they don't want to represent and won't fight for him another solicitors been phoned now to help! Won't recommend at all treat you like your nothing and not worth fighting for!
Rosie Sodhi: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessExceptional service. Very caring and professional team. Would definitely recommend Pardeep Jassal and use his services if ever needed.
K KAUR: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessI found them to be very helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Mr P Jassal for his professionalism and advice.
Amrit Grewal: Very professional, supportive and approachable. Provided excellent advise and guidance. Would have been lost with the team at Wright. Made my entire experience seemless.Thank you.
Curts Enterprise: Used these before, quite a few times actually. Promised a call back, didn't happen and been waiting 4 days for an email that was suppose to come within 24hours.. disappointed isn't the word, certainly won't use again.
Aazmeen K (Aaz): Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Jake Longshaw: Do not use Wright Solicitors under and circumstances regarding family law (child access/custody). I got advised by Wrights to not have a solicitor at my initial court hearing what a mistake that was, set me back 6 months! The staff don’t have a clue what they are doing and only care about the money. I spent over £1,000 and got absolutely no where. I could of done everything better myself. If you are going for a solicitor in the Dudley area do not go with these I would advise using HRS as they are attentive and actually care about you case not just your money they are like polar opposites. As someone who had no idea or experience my advice would be apply for mediation yourself and get the MIAM form (which you will need to apply for court) See if mediation works if not have a free consultation at HRS and go from there.
Graham Rollinson: Top rated solicitors. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Would recommend to anyone 👍👌
Becky Turner: Excellent service.
Ndiho Amahoro: Excellent
Isabel Hill: Friendly, approachable staff, amazing experience with all everyone that helped me. Would highly recommend.
Jade Walters: Very Poor representation, Solicitors with very little experience, go on the Legal500 Website and choose a firm who are well recognised and have plenty experience. Ignore clients when you query the bill, do not reply to emails, calls etc, Charge ridiculous amounts of money for very little work.

Stan Chacko: It is not often I take the time to leave negative reviews as I feel my experiences are unlikely to apply to others but the consistency in the appalling service, lack of empathy and total disregard for your needs has driven me to share my experiences with talbots law.I was recommended talbots law by my estate agents (Connells) who were fantastic and whilst a quick google search didn’t flag up any concerns with talbots, I expected the excellent level of service to continue given the recommendation. This however was far from the case, the overall customer service was disgraceful. The company uses trainees to communicate and handle all levels of your legal needs which I suspect keeps their costs down. Consequently, the emails and phone calls were riddled with incomprehensible legal jargon with the subtle undertone of disdain as they have no experience in speaking to customers who don’t posses the same legal understanding they do. So, you were often looked down on for not being up to date in the world of property law – as if there could be anything more boring than property law.Additionally, the team were not proactive and would always provide the same templated one-word responses of “its in progress” across all matters even urgent items that were holding up a sale/buying process. The notion that this could delay or worse lose the house was not comprehensible in their robotic minds. The cherry on top is that if I missed a call from my lawyer, it was almost impossible to call them back again. The direct lines would ring through eternity, the receptionists would leave sticky notes plastered across the lawyers desks till it looked like a crayon book but you still wouldn’t get a call back. Eventually, the receptionist would recognise me by my voice given the frequency of call-ins and would put me through to a manager instead. The managers were thankfully understanding and often empathetic but would always put you back into contact with the trainees once your initial discussion was over which would trigger the endless cycle of despair again.Given the choice to re-do this again, I think I will take my chances with google and probably come off better financially and probably even legally - I hear AI laywers & Chat GPT are proving themselves valuable. Save yourself the headache, pain and frustrations and find someone else to handle your property legal needs.
Doug Millington: I have used Talbots law twice both times it was because some one else's solicitor messed up.Both times have saved me a lot of money and time. Also I have to say I asked for advice was given good advice without any charge being mentioned by them and they never charge me eitherWouldn't use any other solicitors..
katie cottle: Really disappointed. Would not recommend. The communication throughout has been incredibly poor, and we could only ever get answers after practically begging for someone to contact us. The stress that the lack of communication caused was severe. We were first-time buyers, so naturally would have questions that sometimes google can't answer! And we wouldn't reach out unless we *had* to. We had no reassurance or support from our solicitor. Speaking on the phone is not really an option, and when we did (on completion day, during a stressful situation with the seller on site) they were dismissive and rude. We felt like we were an annoying burden to our solicitor, which is not how a paying customer should be made to feel.We completed in October 22 and we're still trying to tie up the loose ends. The last communication we have is from December, despite my emails since then.
Paul Harrison: Absolutely shocking, totally unprofessional, never in to accept calls, poor communication, and the person called chanelle is plain rude and incompetent, so slow, customer definitely doesn't come first and they don't care about their customers needs!
lifeis abook: Very helpful staff and very understang helped me with great results I recommend them to anyone needing a solicitor
Tracey Faulkner: Talbot's LawTalbot's Law, Dudley. As my buyers conveyancer we both had to endure the poor service and lack of communication. They were either too busy or completely disinterested to move the sale along. Constantly having to chase to get anywhere all the way through to the day of exchange. Lack of guidance and questionable requests for additional funds... Cash buyer on a property with no chain, 4 months to exchange!!! Now if they had said that they were too busy and wouldn't be able to look at it until January ( agreed sale was October) the buyer could have gone elsewhere instead of just being ignored. Unnecessary, additional stress and anxiety caused through lack of professionalism and poor performance. You need to be better!
Paul Compton: Never in my life have I experienced a solicitor so bad that the buyer and seller have to chase relentlessly for a resolution to a house sale taking 4 months with zero chain as the solicitor was so appalling throughout. Even when the exchange date was agreed this company were still asking questions the buyer hadn’t asked and staying it further. Oh and if you do ring, they’re usually out of the office or unavailable, utterly useless. Avoid like the plague, the single worst experience with a solicitor I have ever experienced. Be warned!!!
Jessica Murphy: I would highly recommend Elliot Lothian he is extremely friendly, efficient and professional.
LRozman 1: What a terrible, over expensive service I've received from this mob.. I've waited nearly 2 years for a land registry document to come back, no sympathy, no apologies, no communication, I'm currently going down a formal complaints route.. Still had no phone call or apology. Please avoid these solicitors like the plague.
Brian Smith: Very poor service would not recommend to anyone
Simon Fox: Very poor performance. Don't answer phone calls. Completion dates missed twice on a simple first time buyers flat no chain. Would not recommend
Tom Meadowcroft: Cowboy firm. Utterly disinterested and lacking basic honesty and professionalism. Still waiting since July 2022 to complete on a small flat with no chain. Don't respond even when complaints procedure is followed. Have had to contact several third parties on their behalf as they don't seem interested in doing the job I'm paying them for. I urge you to object if your estate agents refer you to them. An utter nightmare to work with.
Maritess Medina: Talbots have been good when dealing with the property we purchase as first time buyer. The team of Emma Taylor and Rachel have been friendly , supportive and responsive. Rachel and Emma has been particularly helpful and has remained professional and informative whenever we have had a query. Highly recommended to first time buyer.
Matt Wilde: Completely incompetent, misleading and terrible service. 3 times having been told everything is ready to exchange until the agreed day then suddenly something else is needed. 2 completion dates missed causing undue stress. They do not reply to emails, and are generally difficult to get hold of.Avoid at all costs, it’s not worth the stress.
Lisa Stewart: DON'T USE EXTREMELY INADEQUATE COMPANY- POOR COMMUNICATIONDON'T USE PLEASE SEARCH FOR A REPUTABLE PROFESSIONAL SOLICITOR! Check reviews first, like I should’ve done!!!!I purchased a new home via Charles Church who recommended Talbots Law as being a professional company, this was my biggest mistake. The trainee advisor Natasha always failed to return calls or emails, I had to chase at least 5 times before I got an update, I didn't exchange on the correct day as on the day of exchange she realised she needed further info??? the same info I had posted, I then completed on 21.12.22 and apart from being called by a secretary a day before for the remaining funds, I received and heard nothing from Talbot Laws, no congratulations, no update, no reply to my emails, my mortgage advisor and me both sent Natasha several messages with questions and til this day we've had no reply. Absolutely shocking bearing in mind I paid for their service. I have questions regarding my new build and I'm unable to get a response, I sent an email on completion to express my concerns and surprise surprise I've had no reply, so I now have to contact the Ombudsman and escalate this further. If I was a first-time buyer I be left thinking this was normal but I'm not and I'm aware Solicitors normally send you a pack with all the important info, but please research and get a professional company.
filip morawski: Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very poor communication, childish behaviour - Solicitor!, such a no professional approach. Solicitor changed the exchange contract date a several times without even telling me, she stopped picking up the phone, stopped responding on emails.. definitely don't recommend.
kofi owusu: Hello, All. My experience with talbots law. Was very disappointed. Poorly updated, very poor customer service, l bought a new house from redrow development. Talbots lawyers was exchange contracts. There was push by redrow sale team. To fix date for contracts exchange, am not even sure if contracts was exchanged alright or not. Lawyer. Emily Dixon.was confused .
Ashley BX: Very, very dissapointed to say I contacted the solicitors with regards of a court date I had set, I was asked what my monthly income was, I responded 1300 per month & was told I wouldn't be eligible for any help so would have to pay £450+VAT only for the next solicitor I ring to say I'd get free representation, they just wanted my money unfortunately.Dissapointing, especially with the difficult times we, the public find ourselves in currently.
Shaun Towner: The other negative reviews are true with regards to service , communication (lack of!) I only used Talbots as per Pureplebricks recommendation and that the their fee can be paid upon completion .Well …. Dulogi the payment provider on behalf of Purplebricks allege they have never received the fee thus has passed to debt recovery who are harassing me for payment. Talbots say they have paid them however Duologi can’t ‘find’ the payment ! Still not resolved 7 weeks post completion and have the worry of bad credit marker on my file due to no fault of my own . Shambles . Avoid
Hayley Whitehouse: Had Mr Talbot-Webb as my solicitor a couple of days ago, was meant to be represented by a different solicitors but it was the best thing that could of happened. Very friendly man, very attentive, and absolutely wants the very best outcome for clients. Honestly couldn't of asked for a better solicitor, or a better outcome for that matter. Would absolutely get in touch if I was to ever need a solicitor again.
Daniel Jackson: Where do I start... They sent 3 months of my parents bank statements to my partner, extra money demanded on completion day as apparently nationwide "underpaid" our mortgage fee not to mention they had these funds for 3 days already! 6 different completion statements which are completely different to our contracts so we can't work out what we have paid for and talbots can't even tell us either!Complaint made and they are satisfied with how everything was dealt with but only reviewed what the solicitors told them! was offered £150 in compensation.Currently in the process of taking Talbots Law to court for the Financial Data Breach & Negligence.

Pip Pipj: After two rescheduled appointments I gave up on this company found a better reliable solicitors
Richard Wedgburrow: They go above and beyond the call of duty.
Richard Benham: Was allocated Stephen, Nadine and Ellie to deal with a property sale and it was handled very professionally and promptly. Calls and emails were answered promptly and regular updates were provided. Highly recommended company
Qaz mohamed: Brilliant solicitors, shaid was extremely helpful, always available on the phone, highly recommended
A: If you’re looking for competent and professional solicitors then do NOT come here. Solicitors do not return your calls. We had to constantly chase them up for the next steps. We had to send in paperwork more than once which could’ve been avoided if the solicitor would bother specifying the first time round how they needed it. Delay after delay for 6 months. Not worth the stress and hassle.***UPDATE*** we went with another solicitor for a new property which they were able to complete smoothly within 4 months!!! Just shows how utterly unprofessional and incompetent gloverpriest really are.
Ronald Pun: A simple conveyancing process took 8 months to complete.I had to call nearly every day and being told I would get a call back but that never happen. Not recommend.
Kirstie Ashby: Horrible service, constant delays and lies throughout then dropped the case when we complained about the service (or lack of) complaints do not get handled or acknowledged when following their procedure so this has been escalated to the obusimon. Avoid if you do not want your mental health to be affected
Nomad Giulio: I chose GloverPriest as my conveyancers because the reviews seemed to be ok. How wrong I was. The main issue was contact. Abysmal. I had to call nearly every day and being told I would get a call back just to never happen. My conveyancer left midway through the process and after waiting about 2 weeks without hearing back I called and someone finally told me that they'd left and no other conveyancer was assigned my case... House purchase is already a really stressful process and GloverPriest were the most stressful aspect of it all. Please do yourself a favour and get personal recommendations. I'm still very tempted to complain to the legal ombudsman.
bullybosskennelsuk bullybosskennelsuk: Lack of communication so far. To be continued
Mark Masters: Good Solicitors for family wills, conveyancing etc.
James Morgan-Jones: We recently used GloverPriest for our house purchase and associated sale. From start to finish Chloe was amazing. She kept us informed throughout and was friendly polite and professional. We really valued her knowledge on all aspects of the process. I'd highly recommend
Seniha Chakir: Just had a conversation with this company regarding a matter with current conveyancer in the middle of purchase. Solicitor and I quote “is not willing to support this matter”. The solicitors regulator authority asked me to find a solicitor to advise but these guys sent me back to them! Heartless. Not what is advised as a caring company and solicitors. I’ve worked with you before but not anymore. Not after today. Not after not supporting me at this stressful time. No way.
Ayaz Younis: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueWent to Glover Priest in Kings Heath, part way through my house purchase as the last conveyancer has issues, and Kiran from GP took on my case. Very professional. Knew her stuff, knew what forms I needed. Timely. Got my house purchase completed today and super pleased with Kiran and her teams work. Would definitely recommend.
Steve Lindquist: Helpful and friendly recomend
12 mh: With delight, I am totally surprised by receiving a cheque of several hundred pounds after two years of your service for my property sale. I recall there was a confusion about a charge from a third party, but then we all agreed some new final figures of the sale and the service charge. I was happy with your service and reasonable charge as they were consistent with the descriptions at a comparison website where I first found your company. Actually I had ignored a recent email from you about a bank transfer arrangement due to suspicion of phishing. The thing happens now gives me huge trust and respect to your company. I won't hesitate to call your service again in the future and recommend GloverPriest to other people.
Sally Jones: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI would highly recommend the team at Glover Priest Kings Heath. They were informative, helpful and great communicating.Thank you for your assistance with what was a very stressful time for me.If I need any further services, I will be back.
Natalie Steadman: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessExcellent service from Glover Priest Solicitors. They responded to all my queries and gave excellent advice when required. I would highly recommend Glover Priest in the future.
Amjid Ali: This company is a joke. Have dragged a straight forward sale for months. No one gets back to you and you seem to get told a different story depending who you speak to, that is off course when you can speak to someone. Waste of time and money.
Ibrahim Hassan: Too late Special the lady Sarah, and lost my money
ian furze: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessI would not recommend this company they took ages sorting the house that I was buying half the team quit and took 5 months to sort out a no chain house and the staff are non responsive when trying to contact them would never use this company ever again.
Sarah-Louise Warren: Very poor communication. Never managed to get through to solicitor directly - didn’t respond to calls, emails or digital move online portal; even when just attempted to pre-arrange a brief discussion. Ended up pulling out of the whole thing because of poor communication - lot of time and money wasted. Have since started the process again with a different solicitor and having a much more normal experience - can actually speak to them which is a good start. Wouldn’t recommend and would suggest researching other options.
