4worldlovers: My name is Jenny and I am a fully qualified, Hypnotherapist and Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and Reiki Master.

Over the last 15 years, I have developed a strong interest in self-development. Fascinated by what it takes for people to achieve their full potential and heal from some of the major difficulties life has brought before them.

My own personal journey is where I discovered Hypnotherapy and NLP, along with Life Coaching. Experiencing it first hand I was truly amazed at the results and positive changes it brought to my life in such a short space of time. That's when I decided to develop things further and become accredited in all of the above fields.

I currently work with clients all over the world, guiding them through this healing process.

I have experience in areas of Life Coaching, Counselling & CBT, Root Cause Trauma Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and NLP. I don’t offer a ‘particular therapy’ but I combine all of my knowledge and tools to be able to help you the best I can within the sessions we have together.

I have been on my own healing journey as I, like many, have suffered stress, anxiety, toxic childhood trauma, internal conflicts, and many limiting beliefs stopping me from living my life to the full.

Since getting to the root of all my problems, and reconnecting with myself, I have created the life that I want.

I have been working on updating my website, and instead of changing all of my prices twice within the next few months, I have added the new prices to the services pages. The sessions are split into different sessions which are adapted to various age groups so there are sessions that support little one's from birth to pre-school age.

With the first 2 stages, you receive a full-colour parent manual that includes the stories and techniques for you to continue to integrate into your homelife.

The sessions are child-led and we provide a safe and welcoming space for everyone who attends. We are also able to accommodate and adapt for any additional reasons.
