Patrick 218: Ordered in store, asked to use my bluelight discount as advertised by pizzahut and blue light, the colleague on the till said he doesn't know if they do or not and just stared at me blankly for a few seconds, i then asked if there was someone who did know and they said the owner would, I said great and again they just starred at me blankly.I then had to prompt them by asking for the owner and they said oh I don't know where they are...Was really uncomfortable and awkward.

Chalize: I'm NOT ordering from this place again. Every time I order a pizza, the meat topping is getting smaller and smaller. This is not value for money. I get more topping on a £1 frozen pizza than this place. Do better and stop scamming your loyal customers.

Had great deal for 60% off on collection.Upon arrival carpark is not most inviting but was empty. Lady inside appeared to be alone but was polite and friendly. Pizza was available for delivery quite quickly.After eating the pizza, side and dessert it was all very nice and would certainly return again.Vegetarian options: They have vegan and vegetarian options.Parking: Parking is at the side of the building. Taxis usually park there when waiting. It a small carpark and little unkempt but it does the job.

TheMattygates: Do not order from this store please for your own comfort do not order from them. at 8:50 I placed an order.... 45 minutes I waited before I called and asked for my order only to be told they had taken my money but not processed my order, I then was offered a refund or my order be fulfilled again to which I wanted my food obviously I asked them to fulfill my order... by this time its 9:45 by 10:25 still no order no delivery I called back be greeted by a very rude ignorant lady who clearly didn't care said my order was on its way and slammed the phone down on me let's go to 10:50 my order arrives missing 2 items the pizzas are stone cold and wrong and my night is ruined. Thank you papa johns for messing up my night. Never will I be ordering from you again I knew I should've stuck with pizza hut at least their customer service is 10 out of 10.

Once the clock turned 23:00 it stated my order was delivered.. which it was not… when I checked google it stated the shop closed at 23:00.What a shambles.. now most places are closed having waited 2 hours to eat. Disgraceful.

Ross Jones: Ordering was fairly difficult online so had to call the store direct. The initial offer doscussed on the phone worked out as more than what I was provided online but when I questioned it, I was offered a better deal. Make sure you check for the best deals yourself as you might not always get the best one by calling in.The pizza tasted nice to be honest however was lacking in toppings. As the picture shows this is supposed to be a chicken pizza however there are only around 4 pieces of chicken on.There is a very small car park to the side of the shop with wheelchair access.

Pamiętniki Z Gruzów: I have been waiting for 2 hours for a courier only to find out that he missed me and will not deliver my parcel. Funny thing is that he never arrived at my postcode. I have also paid 10£ for “VIP” option... I will never use DPD company again.
margaret tromans: Well I would use this delivery service if it was free terrible service drivers couldn't care less my delivery was for Friday 16th had a hour slot for 9.40/ 10.40 am I was here all day they never rang the bell just left a card say sorry to have missed you will redeliver Saturday 17th Dec well I was up at 7.00am waited all day not a sign of a dpd van I rebooked it for Monday 19th Dec again I was up at 7.00am waited for my one hour slot which came through for 15.41pm / 16.41 pm I had ask in the likely hood that I might be out could they leave it with my neighbours next door no 8 the message I received was stating that they had received my instruction and would be delivered to me at no 6 if I was out they would deliver to no 8 I kept an eye on the tracker and it arrived at 16.45pm not to me or my neighbour the van turned into coxcroft avenue no not even close to my address on the delivery lable I ran after the van asked where my parcel was and just waved towards no 8 coxcroft 2streets away and drove off I had to walk to this house the people to which I don't know and explain they had been delivered a parcel that belonged to me .applauding service wouldn't give one star if 0 was available

Stephen Guest: DPD are one of the few delivery companies that offer real time tracking and accurate delivery timeframe windows, these timeslots are not only precise but incredibly useful in planning your day. Even during lockdown, we still need to go out to shop, and with DPD timeframe information in advance you can plan your day and not come home to a missed delivery card, only wish other carriers would adopt this technology. Recommend DPD to all..

Nigel Robinson: I am not complaining about delivery, but it has been a rotten experience for me. I asked for my parcel to be left at a pick up location to ensure I did not miss the delivery. It was vital i received my parcel on Tuesday 18th January. Later, on the day of the delivery I was informed that it was not possible to deliver the parcel because the store shutters were closed and no one answered the delivery person. The delivery was rescheduled for the following day. I had very deliberately arranged to pick up my parcel as I had negotiated with the sender to have it delivered specifically on the day.My comments are: when a bad thing happens a professional business would respond to make sure this did not happen again. I recommend 2 options. 1, a plan B so if the delivery fails, a second option would allow delivery person to contact me for alternative instructions. 2 When I saw that the delivery option was unacceptable to me I desperately wanted to alter it. There was NO WAY TO ALTER MY DELIVERY EVEN THOUGH THE ITEM HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED AT THE TIME. You should allow customers to amend delivery options if they are not OKThis has caused me a great deal of inconvenience including letting down others who depend on me as well as severe frustration and anger. Please take my comments seriously. By the way when I went to the delivery drop site I confirmed it was closed at 9.30am.Checking the store web site it said the shop was permanently closed so it was not surprising it wasn't delivered.
Andrew Poole: I would give 0 stars if possible. Nobody answers the phones. Even when senior management rings the drivers they don’t answer to them.Didn’t even attempt to deliver my parcels. They took a black photo & uploaded it saying ‘we’ve missed you’. They’ve uploaded another blurry photo saying the same thing.They also attempted to ‘deliver’ my parcel 3 times & they didn’t bother.The worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
Barbara Berto: If I could put zero start I would. I was expecting my parcel on Friday, booked a time slot, the app was saying the driver was 3 stops away…. He took a random pic of some road that wasn’t mine and put that he missed me because I wasn’t home. Next day same put a picture of a door (wasn’t mine) without number on it and said that I wasn’t home…. Called them and a woman at the phone from the Dudley depot told me that the manager was calling me by 5pm, nobody contacted me, so this morning (Monday) DPD guess what? They told me that the parcel as been sent back to the sender!!!!!!

Friar: Please never use this company, they have no respect for their customers and are impossible to get a hold of.have been selling on ebay for a while now, and always used royal mail as most of the things I sold were smaller items. I decided I was going to sell my xbox and thought I would use DPD Local as it was cheaper then royal mail, and I wanted proof of delivery.On the day of delivery I was informed through the DPD app that it had been delivered to Tim (the recipient), despite him not being home, and a picture of the package left outside of Tims door. When Tim got home he found a note saying that it had been left in the shed, but upon checking the shed he found nothing to be in there. Tim checked the neighbours to see if they had taken it, and they said they were home, but the delivery driver did not even attempt to give it to them.The fact that a high value item was left in a shed was absolutely careless, plus I do not understand the purpose of taking a photo to prove delivery if this picture is not even taken in the location that it was left? Was it also not possible for a delivery to be attempted the following day? I used DPD because I wanted proven delivery, and I was not given this.I am not claiming that this package in particular was stolen by the driver, but judging from the similar reviews I have read on trustpilot, more needs to be done from DPD in stopping this sort of thing happening. The whole point of having a signature is that it proves a person has received it, I know this is not practical with covid, but there needs to be something else, and a picture of it outside someone's door is not sufficient. DPD clearly do nothing to stop the drivers from stealing packages, and watchdog seriously needs to investigate it.I have not even begun to touch upon the struggles I have had with your customer service. I first opened the claim, as soon as the package was missing. It then took DPD over 3 weeks to respond with nothing except from the picture of the package outside of the house that I had already received. It took me multiple attempts of talking to DPD Local Online chat to even get past this stage, and it became clear that no one really knew what was going on. I was then told that an investigation was being taken further and then an interview was going to take place with the delivery driver, and I would hear back about this in 3 working days, this was now over 2 weeks ago. I just spoke to David on the online chat and he says he has reminded the depot to follow up, which makes me wonder if I didn't say anything would this just have been swept under the rug?The distinctions between DPD, DPD local and DPD local online also seem purposely confusing, the amount of times I have been told I am talking to the wrong person is ridiculous, and there must be a better way of doing this.I was offered £50 compensation, which just seems ridiculous considering the package was lost solely due to the DPD driver's actions. I was told that you no longer do signatures, but this is no excuse for a high value item can just be left in an unsafe location.I never heard back from the "employee interview" they claimed they were going to do on the driver who lost my package, despite me asking them multiple times for updates. This further leads me to believe the whole thing is a scam, as I was told by multiple people they "nudged" the depot, but still never heard back. Did they ever even set up this interview? It certainly doesn't seem so.Find attached the picture of what they claimed was proof of delivery, keep in mind this is an expensive item.

Elisaveta Tencheva: Waste of time and money! Booked DPD local which is part of Parcel2Go. My parcel was delivered shop to shop. Instead of awaiting recipients collection the shop shipped the parcel back to me the day after it was delivered. I have filled in online forms twice, sent 3 emails and spoken to Richard at DPD local who explained it was DPD fault but told me to go on online chat to try to resolve the issue. So basically I have wasted a lot of time chasing this parcel which is somewhere in transition. It was a present for a 4 year old birthday which is tomorrow. Massive disappointment and frustration as nobody seems to be bothered to put it right!
