barmy rocket: Bizarre experience. The other reviews and the What Pub App, indicate it serves cask ale, notably Banks mild. It does not. The fella behind the bar said not for a long time. He treated me as if I was a fool for thinking so, maybe didn't like my non-Dudley accent. Very odd.
Neal Horton: Place was nice. But no real als on.
Richard Holt: Went here a year or 2 ago.. very run down.. ripped seats dirty floors an that.. but omg what a transformation.. looks like a brand new place.. looks like a lot of money has bin spent on the place.. everything new an clean.. very friendly staff.. very welcoming.. lots of people in there.. karaoke at the time.. everyone having a good an fun night... felt very welcome... drinks are very good.. very nice pints.. we all had at least 5 each... an I was shocked at the price of the drinks.. under Β£3.00 for a carling... so will definitely be going back.. thank u to the staff an new management.. keep it up

Paul gwinnearth: Food ok for price, inexperienced staff not interested playing on there phones.
Diane Davies: If you want a good meal this is the place! Dined out tonight with my brother and our friend, wow... we had the 'mix it up ' where you choose a main, 2 sides and a sauce for Β£10.99. We all had different ones but they were all banging!! And to top it off when we got the bill it was Β£7.00 Tuesday! Great food awesome prices and the staff were really nice! Thanks Bramford Arms! We will definitely return xx
Vicky Fisher: Ordered food via the app as bar was quite busy. Dark haired member of staff brought drinks over, very bad attitude. Didn’t even look at us or say anything just plonked them down (nearly missing the table) abruptly walking away. Food came, was supposed to be a sizzler but seemed to be missing the sizzle and only a small amount of mixed peppers and onions. Very disappointed
Coln Hickman: Never again serving food like that staff don't care
Dave Smart: Nice place for a drink or food.
Pam Millard: Beautiful place
Adam phillips: Nice atmosphere, nice foodNice prices will visit again

Albert Smith: 0⭐️review!I’m always down for food in this pub..I think food it’s always good, but today it wasn’t the best..this young girl with long black hair, not tied, that was on shift around 11:30 am today was shocking..very rude and arrogant..she asked the table next to us if food was okay but not us! Is it discrimination? I ordered steak and have to say that the steak was over cooked to the point it was dry, burnt and sliced, the veggies were burnt too.Never had it like this before..worried if it was some left over!
Colleen Shakespeare: Unfortunately we have just held a wake for my mother in law. The spreed was amazing. Lovely staff x
Ε½ivilΔ— SpietinytΔ—: 4 stars for food. 2 stars for whoever this young lady with long black hair is. (Never got her name) I had never seen her smile. She's not welcoming, and it kind of seems like she's experiencing PMS 24/7. She would make great funeral director.
Autumn Taylor: Very good customer service, food was worth the money. Will be coming back again.
Eve Worton: Not good food will not return again
john aucott: Dive bar
Danielle Ray: Nice food friendly staff
Paul Nash: The Gammon I had was probably the best I've ever had
Jason Pickett: Over the weekend had a fantastic night out here really good enjoyable food with friendly helpful staff serving and excellent value for money well worth a visit for the family and I will be going there again soon.

I was told the landlord was changed due to the pub not getting busy enough?

Karen Hanson: Lovely real ale pub. Warm relaxed surroundings and friendly.
des walker: Wot can I say my favourite pub in DudleyGreat selection ove reel ales
Elaine Westwood: Nice and relaxing good service
Chester: Excellent pub loads of ales
Marc Wilson: Proper old bΓ²ozer .. with a selection of rolls behind the bar to soak up your beer .Hold a selection of guest beers & ciders .2023 It's a thumbs down πŸ‘Ž now .. been in twice since Dec 2022 on a Friday and a Saturday night . It's been empty with no atmosphere πŸ˜•... prices have really gone up which would be OK if the environment was OK but felt like we was the people paying the staffs wages .. little things like NO ice ?? & the place is empty so they've not had a heat wave in January.. fancied a packet of nuts with beer ... ooh & they've run out .. staff must have been so bored they're collecting the glasses just as you've put them down .. after 2 boring visits think we won't be going again .. shame when you just wanted a classic pub with some atmosphere.. maybe it's empty for a reason..
d2vans _: A proper lovely pub. Staff super friendly. Cheers
David Swingler: What a superb pub. Beautiful stout and porter. Highly recommended.
Steph Judd-imgram: Alright
Gene Hunt: I love this pub. New staff and always a 1st class selection of ales and ciders. Without a doubt the best pub in the area.

Jonathan Evans: To dear but ok
Paul Fletcher: Brilliant pub, friendly staff, excellent choice of drinks
Alan Davies: Nice pub good choice of beers
Tanya Elmquist Rees: We were soaked to the skin and fed up of the rain, so went for a drink in The Court House. I had a lovely glass of red wine and Dusty had a glass of local stout. The fire was then lit and we went and sat near it to dry out. We were going to go for a curry next door but unfortunately the restaurant was closed so we had to find somewhere else to eat. If the curry house had been open, the plan was to go back to the pub for another drink before the concert. Alas we didn't make it back to the pub as the weather was so bad and we stayed where we were.
Mark manic Martin: Always great, Always a good pint.
D D: This pleasant and friendly Black Country Ales pub offers a good selection of ales and ciders.
Andrew Hughes: Nice beer, good service very friendly pub.
Michael Slater: Excellent pub
Rob graham: Always a joy to visit the Courthouse when I'm in Dudley.
Keith Bracey: Great big Black Country Ales (owned by my old mate from Dixonians Rugby πŸ‰ Club Angus McMeeking) pub in Dudley town centre with good real ales and ciders and no food other than cobs and growlers (pork pies) no Sky Sports and a well patronised quiz going on when we visited. We were in a large upstairs room for a Black Country ⚫️ Society talk πŸ‘„ and the pub seems to have a thriving community feel to it

aidyaids: Very lively Saturday, the service was still fast considering there was a few at the bar atmosphere was great and the DJ had some good songs on
paul ferraby: Great atmosphere. Friendly staff
Liam King: Can't knock the pub at all! Only downside was my wife dropped me off and our toddler needed to use the restroom but as the pub has a no child policy they refused to allow her to use the facilities. A bit dissapointing considering there was no intention of them staying in the pub, but felt they could. Of accommodated a 3 year old needing the toilet
Chris Knight: Afternoons are the best time to visit ,a typical town center pub , my daughter goes on a evening and enjoys the karaoke
Nigel Hill: Traditional pub with good beer wines and a cracking karaoke
Tracy Cox: Friendly atmosphere
maggie williams: Great for a night out cheap drinks and lots of choice and karaoke night Fri and Saturday
Candy Weston: Lovely atmosphere
katy evans: Sat down to check if a football game was on and apparently the manager come over and shouted at us if we were not buying a drink and just coming in β€˜for a warm β€˜ to get out . Was gobsmacked , extremely rude and uncalled for
Peeturh JAckson: Great space, warm friendly and welcoming
des walker: Great place nice to hear the blackcountryAccent still spokeCheap beer cor be bad Great selection of beers
Andy Harlow: Kicked me out for being too drunk. My own fault. Good bar staff, karaoke was great and door staff were gentle with me lol. Good pub πŸ‘
Luke Taylor: Probably the cheapest pint in Dudley if not further afield. The fosters is Β£2.40 and considering most places are putting their prices up this is an absolute steal! Cheers.
david homer: Nice place friendly staff excellent service
john hopson: Brilliant pub. Great music and karaoke. Good atmosphere. Good prices.
liam smith: Not been here since the refurbishment, been in before hand and enjoyed it here! Decent space and music was on really like this place shame I don’t live in the area anymore as I’d love to go more often, place always seems clean to a good standard, always a good selection of beer/ales to choose from as well. Sarah Westwood: Had a meal here for my nans 83rd birthday so there were 30 of us food and staff were amazing couldn't fault them they made my nans day even more special thank you everyone there will defo go again 😊
Antonio Bay: Great service right from the front door, food was amazing! Great atmosphere. Many thanks for making my daughter happy too, 110% return here in a hurry. Great job guys
chris williams: Great food friend enjoyed aswell
Claudette: What a great find!!! Being Gluten Intolerant it’s always a bit tricky to find nice food. Made it super easy to order from the GF menu, and I was lucky to come on a day that I got a free GF pudding πŸ˜πŸ‘I ordered the Chicken New Yorker. The chicken was tender, bacon crispy and the BBQ sauce complimented everything. Also came with a nicely cooked jacket potato, coleslaw and fresh salad - all tasted great!!!I order a Malibu Colada - Fruity, exotic and a nice Malibu kick. For my free GF pudding I went for Apple & Berry Crumble with custard. First time trying a GF version and you would not know, really tasty πŸ˜‹Love the design & decoration of the restaurant/pub, makes it really individual and interesting. Also got seating outside for warm days like today.Top shout out to the lovely staff who made my visit special and really looked after me.Great Service, Great Food - Highly Recommended!!!
Megan Hinton: Great.
Emma Collett-attwell: Excellent service always. The manager always goes above and beyond with her customer service. The food is amazing.
Jason Plader: Nice friendly service but a bit pricey on the drinks
Hannah Carr: Myself and my partner came to Birmingham from Dorset for the weekend, we had dinner booked here for the first night, we then came back for breakfast the next 2 mornings. The service we received throughout all of our visits was exceptional. We were always greeted with smiles and kindness. The food was cooked perfectly and served hot and always came promptly. Several staff always checked that we were ok throughout our meal. We felt so welcomed here, all the staff were really friendly, particularly Edel the manager, she saw us on the first night and the last morning we went for breakfast she recognised us and greeted us yet again with a smile and a chat. Credit to her and her team to be trained in excellent customer service, we will definitely be returning again. Thank you again for such a lovely weekend of great food!!
Sherrie Parkes: Food was fine, very cheap, staff were pleasant but the toilets were in a very bad shape and were not useable.
Robert Hickman: Had a problem with my Granddaughters meal just asked and was sorted out immediately, very impressed and would recommend.
ben howarth: Good solid food and really excellent service. Would come back again in a heartbeat
Amanda: Gorgeous great quality food, lovely staff, friendly
Donna Pitts: Went for breakfast it was deliciousService was great100% recommend πŸ™‚
ZesT: We most likely came in at a busy time, but had to wait ~40 mins for food and when it did come we got a burger with salad and mayo despite ordering one without. The bacon in the burger was a little lukewarm and the scampi in another part of the order was practically hollow, but those were the only issues with the quality of the food itself which is why this is a 2-star instead of 1. Would perhaps be better at a quieter hour but would not recommend at rush hour.
Mark Randell: Sorry to say this is our second time there, and it was worse than the first. The steak was disgusting. Not value for moneyBut the assistant manager has given us a free meal to use at a later date. That's if we go back....
Wendy Macefield Horton: Visited yesterday on my birthday, the staff are ALWAYS so welcoming and work very hard to ensure a good experience.Food was lovely as usual, thank you team xx
Paul Jenkins: Food was okay.
Simon Payne: Went for a meal with my wife n waited over 45mins for our food was disgusted with the food they sent out chips barely warm but burnt? Chicken like jelly corn on the cob stone cold I ordered a curry hardly anything in it u cud see the bottom of the dish so when waitress came over all we got off her was ill change it its fine I kept trying to tell her what was wrong with food she said again its fine ill change it so ended up getting the manager over to be fair he did listen n when food came out again it was hot then but won't be going again terrible experience
Keith: Lovely breakfast.
Lee Constable: The food was good and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Served quickly and food wasn't a Long wait
Matthew Jackson: I didn't think I'll bother ever again. When we got there we had already pre booked. The chap on the door took ages to see us. Then he couldn't even find our booking. I literally had to point it out to him. Then he sat us at a dirty sticky table. That was it. No thanks.

Lynt Nugent: We went with the intention of ordering two main meals. However, the new menu has removed vegan options such as the Vegetable Lasagne and the Chilli, leaving just a salad or a burger for us. This was very disappointing so we drank up and left. As you offer vegan sausages for breakfast I find it hard to see why they can't be on the menu as a vegan option served with chips and baked beans for example. We used to enjoy eating there and in fact held our small wedding reception there last year. Sadly, we will not be dining there in future unless more vegan options are available.
Paul Herman: Awful service waited well over an hour for our food, staff very unapologetic. Will not be coming here again.
Susan Palmer: Awfully night, full of kids running about and screaming
Nathan Hudson: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Mixed Grill Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lotMore
Angela Johnson: This is a lovely pub for food, my Daughter and myself went in for a meal . The service was great and staff were welcoming , prices were great too. There was a lot of choice on the menu and reasonably priced. We both had a steak meal , the steak didn't have a lot of flavour even with the sauce we had for it ,it could have done with some seasoning while cooking . Everything else was greatVegetarian options: There were plenty of options on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Ideal for children too.Parking: Parking was great they have a free car park.Wheelchair accessibility: It is a wheelchair friendly place .
